Mycket servicevänliga i receptionen och lät oss checka in ett par timmar tidigare då det fanns lediga rum. Hotellet är ett av tre och man kan nyttja alla poolområden och övriga faciliteter. Amerikansk frukost men stora ytor där det hela tiden fanns mat. Rymliga tysta rum. För dig som har egen bil fanns gott om parkering. Ca 20 minuters promenad till outletbutikerna.

I had a good stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Lake Buena Vista in Marriott Village, especially considering the price. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and appeared newer than expected. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection and plenty of food available during breakfast hours. It added a lot of value to the stay. The pool and hot tub area were also very nice and were a great way to relax. My only significant disappointment was the Wi-Fi in my particular room. I stayed in an interior corner room, and the connection was extremely poor. I was unable to connect to an important meeting, which was very frustrating. The Wi-Fi issue ultimately prevented us from extending our stay another night. I had another important meeting scheduled for the following morning, and after my experience, I did not want to risk being unable to connect again or have to host the meeting from the business center. Reliable Wi-Fi is important when traveling. I also wish the pool and hot tub remained open until 11:00 p.m. rather than 10:00 p.m. With so much to do around the Lake Buena Vista/Disney area, an extra hour would have been wonderful. I felt rushed to return so I could enjoy the hot tub before it closed. Overall, I would stay here again. For the price, cleanliness, breakfast, and amenities, it was a good value. Improving the Wi-Fi, particularly in rooms with weaker signals, and extending the pool/hot tub hours by an hour would make a good stay even better.

The worst experience I have ever had. Had to wait almost 3 hours in the lobby for our room key as the systems went down. After waiting for 2 hours I asked the receptionist how much longer the wait was going to be and was told “see all these people, they’re in front of you so you need to wait another hour”. The shower was disgusting and filthy and I didn’t even bother going downstairs to complain because of how rude the staff was. On our check out day cleaning staff let themselves into our room at 9:30am when check out is at 11am - worst stay ever!!
