The parking lot was extremely small, and the other guests were loud well past midnight, having a party in the parking lot. The office was closed from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m., so there was no way to report the noise or get assistance. You also can’t check out before 8 a.m., which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the room itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, and the bed was great. Overall, the stay had some good points, but the noise and lack of overnight staff were major drawbacks.

Rooms were pretty clean, especially for the value. The staff was very pleasant. Loved that it was gated at dark!! We enjoyed our short stay.

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we were told my ESA (emotional support animal) was not allowed, which was very disappointing. The entire property had no electricity starting about 30 minutes after we checked-in, and while power was eventually restored, we didn’t have Wi-Fi access until around 11 PM. There was also no hot water available during our stay—only cold, which made showers very uncomfortable. The TV was unable to connect to Wi-Fi the entire time, rendering it unusable. Additionally, the guest in the room next to us was high on drugs frequently complained about minor noises and seemed to be watching us whenever we stepped outside. This caused the property manager to have to come tell us multiple times that she was complaining again it was definitely uncomfortable and bothersome throughout the stay. Overall, this was not a comfortable or welcoming experience, and I would not recommend this property to others.

Love the gated access but more than 1 trashcan and a luggage rack would be awesome

I was moving from out of state. There was no adequate parking for medium moving truck with car in tow. Property appeared run down, bars and locks. Perceived as a bad area! I had to secure a different hotel. This motel refused to refund my reservation.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. They have a gate that is key card protected so you feel very safe. The rooms were quiet, very clean and modern. Overall a great value - highly recommend!

Despite adding a note to the rm reservation that explained the occupants would be arriving atbthe airport/hotel after midnight, there was no one at the office and no one pucked up the phone. My niece saw a person's shadow inside and was relentless about getting in to register/go to her room. The rm was described as Non-smoking, but the smell of pot and tobacco was heavy inside/outside the room and there were burns on the bedspread. The room was FILTHY with trash on the bathroom floor, dirty sink, shower and toilet, rag left on the AC/heat unit and a plastic trash bag was placed over the smoke detector. A remodel that had been done was like putting earrings on a pig! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

People that worked there were very nice and helped accommodate me when I had to change rooms. But property is dirty, my room was dirty, floors were filthy, towels seemed dirty, internet and cable didn’t work, no trash can, missing some toiletries, etc. I booked for two days and ended up leaving after a day.

They charged $20 more.Said it did not matter that the reservation was 4. Be careful with your reservation at this place.They will chargeing more than the reserved price.
