The parking lot was extremely small, and the other guests were loud well past midnight, having a party in the parking lot. The office was closed from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m., so there was no way to report the noise or get assistance. You also can’t check out before 8 a.m., which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the room itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, and the bed was great. Overall, the stay had some good points, but the noise and lack of overnight staff were major drawbacks.

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we were told my ESA (emotional support animal) was not allowed, which was very disappointing. The entire property had no electricity starting about 30 minutes after we checked-in, and while power was eventually restored, we didn’t have Wi-Fi access until around 11 PM. There was also no hot water available during our stay—only cold, which made showers very uncomfortable. The TV was unable to connect to Wi-Fi the entire time, rendering it unusable. Additionally, the guest in the room next to us was high on drugs frequently complained about minor noises and seemed to be watching us whenever we stepped outside. This caused the property manager to have to come tell us multiple times that she was complaining again it was definitely uncomfortable and bothersome throughout the stay. Overall, this was not a comfortable or welcoming experience, and I would not recommend this property to others.

I was moving from out of state. There was no adequate parking for medium moving truck with car in tow. Property appeared run down, bars and locks. Perceived as a bad area! I had to secure a different hotel. This motel refused to refund my reservation.

Despite adding a note to the rm reservation that explained the occupants would be arriving atbthe airport/hotel after midnight, there was no one at the office and no one pucked up the phone. My niece saw a person's shadow inside and was relentless about getting in to register/go to her room. The rm was described as Non-smoking, but the smell of pot and tobacco was heavy inside/outside the room and there were burns on the bedspread. The room was FILTHY with trash on the bathroom floor, dirty sink, shower and toilet, rag left on the AC/heat unit and a plastic trash bag was placed over the smoke detector. A remodel that had been done was like putting earrings on a pig! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

People that worked there were very nice and helped accommodate me when I had to change rooms. But property is dirty, my room was dirty, floors were filthy, towels seemed dirty, internet and cable didn’t work, no trash can, missing some toiletries, etc. I booked for two days and ended up leaving after a day.

Parking lot was sketchy looking but secure with a steel gate. The room had been fully renovated and was really well done. Only annoyance was you had to open an account to use the TV. Maybe it was a new one and hadnt been set up yet. Nice folks running the place.

So, I had pretty low expectations at the price point, but I was a little concerned when I pulled in. Very sketchy area, did not feel safe. But I was tired and needed a place to sleep close to the airport. I didn’t see evidence of roaches or bedbugs so I stayed. I was woken at midnight to the distinct sound of 4 gunshots very close, which was very unnerving to say the least. The people in the office were kind. The place is quite run down, but the room itself was pretty clean, the a/c worked and I had plenty of hot water. I would not recommend this to other single women or families. But I do want it noted that the people checking me in were kind. The gate was not functioning (looked like it had been rammed). I appreciated that they put me upstairs, but I still didn’t feel very safe. Bed was comfortable enough and the television was huge. No hair dryer. Bare bones. I found the picture shown to be a pretty accurate representation of the room I rented.

The place is quite run down, but the room itself was pretty clean, the a/c worked and I had plenty of hot water. I would not recommend this to other single women or families. But I do want it noted that the people checking me in were kind. The gate was not functioning (looked like it had been rammed). I appreciated that they put me upstairs, but I still didn’t feel very safe. Bed was comfortable enough and the television was huge. No hair dryer. Bare bones. I found the picture shown to be a pretty accurate representation of the room I rented.

I liked that the actual rooms inside were fairly clean with comfortable beds and good hot water pressure in the shower. What I did not like was that the appearance of the place looked like a low-income apartment building. The residence got loud on Sunday night after midnight, and I had a plane to catch at 6am.

The room was clean. The tv was a great size. But there are a lot of people that lived there long term and were very noisy and hung out on the balcony a lot of the time. They played music loudly and left their doors open. So for the money it was a great stay but some of the other residents made my stay a little uncomfortable. I would not consider this place to be child friendly so be aware of that before you book.
