While I didn't expect to have my room cleaned every day, it was done without my asking. This was a nice little perk. When I checked in, I was told that I was on the second floor, and when asking where the elevator was I was told that there was none. This would have been nice but since I'm able to go up and down stairs, it still worked out. What was inconvenient was carrying my heavy suitcase up and down the stairs, both upon arrival and checking out.

Employees were nice and helpful. I didn't know there was no elevator when I booked the room or I would have requested a first floor room. I manage stairs OK, I just took a few things at a time. I feel a staff member might have helped if I had asked, but I didn't ask. I would stay there again.

We are truck drivers and they have a Huge lot in the back for Trucks, RVs or busses even if you have a double trailer. Receptionist was amazing sweet. Free breakfast very clean rooms. Wouls definitely come everytime we are in the area.

Good for the price and very close to a Meijer. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t try the breakfast but that was an option which is always nice. My room did, however, absolutely reek of dog pee. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. I’ve been driving around the country and staying at motels the past few weeks and this was the most “sociable” motel I’d say. By that I mean people were constantly hanging around outside by the doors (which weren’t locked) chatting, though I never felt unsafe (as a 6 foot 200 pound man).

The room was good, but did look like it could have used a vacuuming. And it would have been nice to have a screen on the window so we could have opened it. The room had an 'off' musty smell. We vendored at an event nearby, so we didn't spend much time in the room. It served it's purpose.

This is a dirty place. They have long term live in residents there. The front desk older guy came out of the office in a tank top and basketball shorts. The free breakfast was bagels or toast. The apples looked like they were about to rot. Dirty... dirty... DIRTY!

I’d request not to stay in this room, it shares a wall with the breakfast nook so unless you want to wake up to the sound of cupboards and drawers opening and closing at 5:00 AM, request another room. I was too lazy to request a different room as I didn’t want to pack everything up. Otherwise stay was good as usual!

Smoke free hotel, reeked of smoke. The front desk needed a credit card even though I already paid for the room. “It’s in case you trash the room” She then took my credit card and WROTE OUT THE NUMBER AND MY NAME ON A FORM!!!! I asked do you have to write it down? “Yes”. Then I want that piece of paper when we check out. We were in town for a wedding. We had a garment bag that we hung on the clothes bar, which immediately fell apart. My husband went down to the front desk to tell the attendant what had happened, so we wouldn’t get charged for “trashing the room”. We changed for the wedding in a disgusting room, with peeling paint and a toilet that hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. Gross. Went to the front desk to tell them we would NOT be spending the night. Rang the bell MULTIPLE times before realizing the front desk staff was sitting out front, having a smoke!!! Told her we were leaving, her response? Was there anything wrong beside the broken hanger bar? SERIOUSLY?!?! This hotel was awful, DON’T GO THERE!!!

The staff is friendly….AT first. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are zero snacks or beverages available inside the hotel at all during the day or night except maybe water. The management is very quick to temper, (I will leave their names out) but on multiple occasions I’ve seen unwarranted harassment and “eviction” by staff at any given hour. They have banned multiple people in the last few weeks and continue to talk about these guests to others. Very unprofessional. The night desk attendant is the managers family member and continued to harass me even though many dollars were spent there over the last couple of months and me personally causing zero issues. They attempt to blame me for their other guests behavior which is not mine and I have zero control over. BBB contacted and reports filed with ownership. The assistant manager is a control freak and called my room multiple times accusing me of things in my room that were not true but would not come look for himself or the attendant. They also spread this info to third party clients like siren shelter for homeless people. They kicked me out after 10pm over the phone by the assistant manger accusing me of things that were not true and would not come look at for themselves. The night attendant was targeting and watching me based on the conversation over the phone. Horrible experience. This absolutely deserves a refund of the last night and in my opinion the entire trip.

I literally drove into the parking lot and the characters I saw sitting outside in front and the men walking around in the parking lot made me feel incredibly unsafe, even though I have an attacked dog with me. I drove through the parking lot and left immediately, even though I had to give up the cost of the room. No way I was gonna stay there.

Its located very close to the expressway which is a huge convenience for someone traveling. The breakfast wasnt much but something to grab a quick snack. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk at evening was super nice and had a lot of information. The housekeeping was a bit loud in the hallway in the morning ( I get they have a job to do) and were using profanity. Other than that, I would recommend.

Older hotel , stayed here a few times… rooms are clean… hallways are a bit outdated and we always go for breakfast as the continental breakfast has slim choices … basically waffle maker , bread for toast and bagels… your not getting eggs , bacon , biscuits and gravy like holiday inn express. None the less, staff always nice, rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the jetted tub works as it should.

Check in & check out was great! Super good customer service there. Bed covers were stained so we just removed them. Bed was comfy. Pillows were great - especially having 3 per bed. Bathroom floor & toilet we\'re not very clean. Not gross but could definitely use a good scrubbing. Tub/shower were very clean! Could REALLY use some sort of protein at breakfast even if just peanut butter and/or boiled eggs. Also, orange juice instead of "orange drink" would be great! All in all, it was pretty decent for the price on a Friday night.

When I entered the room the ac was set at 60 degrees. It was freezing! There were crumbs on the floor between the desk and the credenza. Room was comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast was a little disappointing, waffles, fruit, juice, cereal bagels, toast and coffee/tea. I prefer peanut butter on my waffles to increase protein, I did not see any.

This is a dirty place. They have long term live in residents there. The front desk older guy came out of the office in a tank top and basketball shorts. The free breakfast was bagels or toast. The apples looked like they were about to rot. Dirty... dirty... DIRTY!

This was a generally good visit. Breakfast hours are not especially long (ending at 9), but any are better than none. Waffles are a bonus, although trying to balance the thing was tricky, leading to multiple spills. I did point out potholes as you enter, text fading on the HVAC, and some exposed screws on the toilet (more aesthetic than anything else). The TV had a good mix of channels and the room was great. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Smelled so bad of mold. I couldn't breathe the 1st night, the 2nd night didn't seem as bad but we were only the the room 6hrs total the 2nd day because I only slept 5hrs

This hotel had easy access to the highway, it was close to restaurants and grocery stores. This is a basic no frills hotel, it's a little dated, but everything was clean, the water was hot, the air conditioner worked, the free breakfast had hot waffles and bagels and cereal, and it was reasonably priced for our 2 night stay. The staff we interacted with were helpful and kind. We have zero complaints about our stay at this hotel.
