Americas Best Value Inn Charlotte

There was a loud 'pop' sound that seemed to come from under the desk. This occurred 4-5 times during the short time that I was awake (4-5 hr). Not scary so much as startling. Otherwise. everything was great.

Wasn't able to go, wouldn't let me have anyone stay either absolute waste of money. Won't be back

This was a perfect stay! Super friendly family.. the room had several surprises- bath mat, curved curtain and the best hot water. Apartment size fridge/freezer and a microwave- bed was super comfortable. Very Quiet location- will def stay again! (and breakfast was delicious and plentiful!)

The room was decently clean. However, the sink doesn't drain that well. The check in was easy and the front desk personell was very nice. The room was a little hot.
