Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: American Reality did some extra things to my vacation rental to make me more comfortable like brighter lighting in the garage port and a new on off handle for the hose. Albert is very easy to work with. Always polite.

Reviewer Comments: AMRC graciously gave us a whole refund on our reservation cancelled in 2022 by Hurricane Ian and we went in December 2023 for my wife's birthday...was a wonderful time...thank you AMRC!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very satisfied with our stay at 51 Sunset Captiva. Property was clean and very comfortable, located within close walking distance to the beach and several restaurants in the heart of Captiva Island. Our only complaint would be the clothes washing machine - it is extremely loud when doing laundry and not located in an area where a door can be shut to minimize the noise.
