We arrived early...and Adam was there to tell us about the place. The village is quaint... easy to get groceries if needed. The room was spacious---and we had the little garden door-- we sat outside each evening....listening to the birds. There is a lot of history in this area. Clean rooms. It was a pleasure to stay.

By message got some check in details, which meant I did not see any person at the property. I was in room 34 on ground floor, which was clean and tidy. Good ensuite with large shower. TV in room was a Fire Stick TV, so no normal TV channels available. Wifi was okay, not strong. Room had a kettle, microwave and small fridge. There was a shared kitchen at the venue (I did not use this). Bed in room was comfortable.

Great hotel with good and clean room. Easy check in check out process and just a chilled experience. Since it's in a village, some recommendations on places to get some breakfast or snack nearby would be helpful. Also, it would be good if there was a water fountain or machine in the hotel - I didn't like having to get water from my bathroom tap.

When something goes wrong there is no one to sort it out. We arrived Tuesday late afternoon and found our tv was not working, we told the girls cleaning the rooms the following day as we were leaving who made the comment “ that’s another one to add to the list “
