Brand new, beautifully decorated. Contactless check-in that was very easy and quick. The main floor has a laundry roo., TV area, game area, gym with peloton bike and a pool table. Roo. Is clean and spacious witha small living room, desk/work area a d a kitchen with a standard fridge and 2 stove burner, microwave and dishwasher. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Everything was amazing and the staff was very responsive to messaging. The only thing about it was that the bathroom door is a barn door that doesn’t lock and doesn’t provide complete privacy (gaps at the sides). We didn’t stay for very long so it wasn’t a huge issue but it was kind of weird for a hotel. Barn doors for bathrooms specifically is not a great trend! Otherwise everything was lovely. Very cute & spacious room, cute lobby, comfortable beds. Liked the water refill station on the second floor with the snack machines. Would stay again (with people I feel comfortable enough to not have a secure bathroom)

Such a cute little place. I loved the kitchen area even though we stayed one night. Once construction is finished next door it will be perfect. Even the vending machines has a great selection.

Hive House stay was Wonderful. Stayed here for 2 weeks while in NC for work. My husband and I really enjoyed the room, amenities and location. Quiet and comfortable.

I loved the laundry room where you can grab your own towels and toiletries. Very convenient. Super quiet hotel, clean, and adorable. Everything was done online but I did need to visit the neighboring hotel for help upon arrival because I had a question and they were so friendly and so helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had a smoother check in process and stay. Truly great and will be returning here.

This was my first stay at Hive House and it is a new favorite. Love the boutique hotel. The property was very clean. I'm a stickler for cleanliness. But I'd recommend having the toilet bowls checked if a room may have been vacant for a short time. There was a ring above the water line but a drop of dish soap washed it away. The thermostat seemed to keep resetting itself so I had to adjust the air several times during my stay. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Definitely returning!

Our room was spotless and the cutest updated decor. The bed was super comfy, and we had every amenity we needed - they even provided ear plugs in case the highway noise was too much! (It wasn’t - in fact it provided great white noise to lull us to sleep) Check in couldn’t have been easier. We loved the Hive House and will definitely stay here again.

Such a fresh take on a hotel experience. Having pretty much a mini suite with a half living room/kitchen set up was so nice and convenient! Spacious, but yet very intimate for a couples weekend getaway! We’ll be going back for sure and the lobby has a perfect picture taking decor! My girl loved it!

Very nice staff, very inviting. Very clean, cute room. The air conditioning was very noisy in our room and the windows seamed thin in the bedroom because we could hear the highway very loud.

Remote check in only policy should be a clear banner before venue allows booking as it requires uploading a driver’s license photo to their system. Not everyone is comfortable uploading a copy of a government ID to a system in which guest has no info about PII safeguards on that system. Venue should allow in person check in at Springfield

This is our second time staying at the Hive House, and we loved it just as much as the first! To begin with, we accidentally left a few items behind from our first trip, so we asked Hive House to hold onto them until we could get back to pick them up. When we arrived for our second stay, the items were waiting in our room -- I didn't even have to remind them. The room is spacious, well-decorated, and comfortable. Having something bigger than the normal hotel "mini fridge" is such an underrated convenience-- especially when you're trying to keep medicine cold! Check in and out is a breeze. We won't stay anywhere else when we go up that way!

Everything was beautifully put together. Modern decor and furniture. I appreciate the 2 Tvs, 2 Charging stations on each night stand and the separate living space. The kitchen had all supplies needed for a long stay. Things that could be improved is the water pressure could be stronger and the bathroom sliding door doesn't stay closed.

Bathtub literally flooded the living room. I had to take all the towels from the exercise room to mop up as much as I could. While they did send a maintenance guy to fix it, I had asked to be moved to another room which they did. The new room had a very shaky refrigerator as well as the same exact issue with the faucet the other one had; you had to literally hold it up in order to have the water flowing freely from the faucet. The maintenance man was very nice and fixed both of them, but the whole thing was ridiculous. Place is not maintained very well. The sheets were clean, and the towels were clean, and the room was clean, so that was nice. They said I would get 60 or $70 back as a refund which of course I never did. I would not recommend this place. The TV in the second room also didn’t work and the maintenance guy had to fix that. Simply too many issues for how much money they charge. Very overpriced for what should be a low budget hotel.

This is the cutest little hotel and very comfortable. This hotel does not have any staff on site but they were completely reachable by text and able to swing in anytime. My only concern is that I had a package sent to the hotel for me to pick-up upon arrival. The delivery service said it was delivered and signed for, but nothing was found. If you need something delivered, I recommend having it sent to the Springhill Suites next door. Overall, AMAZING room and very comfortable stay!

This place is awesome. Check in was effortless and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are decorated so cute. It gives you a retro sixties type of vibe. It's very quiet and quaint. I will give this hotel a 9.5 out of 10. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 out of 10 is because of the construction that was going on next to the hotel (although there weren't any noise or building going on while we were there. It was just an eye sore to be next to such a beautiful hotel). Also, the couch in the living room was not comfortable at all. Overall the hotel is excellent and I will be returning! In addition, I needed a few things while there and you communicate with the staff by text and they responded immediately each time I texted them.

The only reason I didn't give it a 10 out of 10 is because of the construction that was going on next to the hotel (although there weren't any noise or building going on while we were there. It was just an eye sore to be next to such a beautiful hotel). Also, the couch in the living room was not comfortable at all. Overall the hotel is excellent and I will be returning! In addition, I needed a few things while there and you communicate with the staff by text and they responded immediately each time I texted them.

Such a cute little place. I loved the kitchen area even though we stayed one night. Once construction is finished next door it will be perfect. Even the vending machines has a great selection.

Tastefully decorated and clean. Windows are too thin, avoid odd numbered rooms facing highway unless that does not bother you. Remote check in only policy should be a clear banner before venue allows booking as it requires uploading a driver’s license photo to their system. Not everyone is comfortable uploading a copy of a government ID to a system in which guest has no info about PII safeguards on that system. Venue should allow in person check in at Springfield

Hive House stay was Wonderful. Stayed here for 2 weeks while in NC for work. My husband and I really enjoyed the room, amenities and location. Quiet and comfortable.

Our room was spotless and the cutest updated decor. The bed was super comfy, and we had every amenity we needed - they even provided ear plugs in case the highway noise was too much! (It wasn’t - in fact it provided great white noise to lull us to sleep) Check in couldn’t have been easier. We loved the Hive House and will definitely stay here again.

This place is awesome. Check in was effortless and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are decorated so cute. It gives you a retro sixties type of vibe. It's very quiet and quaint. I will give this hotel a 9.5 out of 10. Great little hidden gem with an abundance of character tucked away in Cary! We frequent Cary from Virginia every few months and we’re always looking for a spot that feels like home away from home. I loved the character and vibe, it was secure yet accessible, not your traditional hotel experience. You feel like you’re checking into your own little condo! The owners/operators have put a lot of energy and time converting this space and I have to admit they’ve done a great job. The kitchenette's are a great amenity within the rooms. They were even sweet to leave a little note about ‘highway’ noise and single use ear plugs. The noise wasn’t excessive, what you’d expect being close to a highway. We travel with a sound machine and didn’t notice any excessive noise. I wish we had more time to spend in the shared common area because that space is so fun and inviting. Overall, if you’re looking for a boutique, non traditional hotel experience, this is a great spot!

Very cute property. I enjoyed the quirky decor. Would have given 5 stars if they had on site staff and a smoother check-in process. Staff is at the other hotel across the parking lot. Didn't enjoy inconvenience of rolling all my luggage back and forth to check in. To be fair they have online check-in but I wasn't interested in uploading a copy of my driver's license.

Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable which is rare when sleeping in a hotel. Check in process was easy. Access and location were perfect for what we needed. We would definitely come back.
