Gross area. The whole place smelled like dead mice. Mouse traps everywhere. Room was decent enough. The fitness center was a gutted out room with a treadmill and bike in, along with the public restroom. Free breakfast was one of the worst I've seen. Booked for 2 nights and couldn't get out of there fast enough.

They only had second floor rooms available but we are in our 70's and can not do stairs very well. The receptionist said they did not have an elevator! So we left. It's a good thing I didn't prepay

Overall a good experience. Some crumbs in our room and no elevator to the second floor. Very friendly staff and decent breakfast including hot scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, coffee, waffles. I would recommend a first floor room if you have a lot of luggage.

This hotel, is great. 5-6minutes away from all the fields we played, has a Timmis and gas sation right infront. The service is beautiful everyone so friendly and respectful. The room was super clean i give it a 5/5, spacious. Thank you I loved it! The only thing that was missing is a pool. Other then that it was perfect!

The hotel was nice but we didn't notice there was no elevator and we were on the second floor with no first floor rooms available. Difficult to get our "stuff"from an extended road trip up the stairs! Our fault for assuming there was an elevator!

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The hotel is right off of I-90. The area looked depressed due to a derelict Days Inn next door. The property is so old that it doesn't have an elevator. The room was large enough, clean and recently renovated in the European style with fake wood grain tile floors and lots of chrome accents. The floor had a hump in the middle, and the bathroom door was damaged at the bottom. The shower was very good in both water flow and temperature. The wifi was good. The breakfast was good with the usual powdered eggs and sausage, but lacked yogurt and oatmeal. I used the microwave to heat up the eggs and water to make tea. The service was good. Deb was particularly organized at check-in, and check-out was similarly smooth. Overall, it was a decent value for the price.

This is a former Super 8, newly renovated by Baymont Wyndham. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There is one vending machine for snacks but no beverage vending. They said they are working on getting one. But, there is a gas/convenience store/Tim Horton right next door, which is nice. Everything is new, clean and in great working order. The breakfast bar was decently stocked with coffees, scrambled eggs, sausage, breads & muffins, cereals, fruit and a waffle station. My only complaint, is that the rooms were extremely damp. I had access to 3 rooms on this trip and all rooms had this issue. Everything felt damp to the touch. The A/C had a “dry” setting but it didn’t help. I’m not sure this is something that can be fixed so I did not make the hotel aware. If they could somehow remedy this, and maintain the condition and cleanliness, the property would be a great option for a stay in the area.

We stopped for the night after a long day of driving in the rain. The check in was easy. Folks were very friendly and accommodating. Beds were excellent as were the pillows. Best rest I had all trip. Room was clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast was excellent the next morning. I would gladly stay again.

Room was very small and oddly set up; commode and shiwer were on one side of the door, sink and small counter on the other. No coffee maker in the room, no cirtains - just a shade tgat didn't block the lights from the parking lot that shone through all night. Fine for a quick 1 night stop, but would be very awkward for multi day stay. Only 3 tables for breakfast, which was pretty skimpy if you don't want a waffle, cold cereal, or boiled sausage and zero healthy options. Kid friendly - Lots of children there during our stay. Located fairly close to 6 Flags theme park.

The stay is okay. The room had a strange old cigarette smell. Ac wasn't on when we entered room. So it while it was cold in the room it was musty. No black out curtain. The breakfast hours were good but they served eggs and sausage each day. Offered waffle you make. And 2 cereals. Which is okay but barely any bread for toast was ever out. The stay is okay. And for the area it was affordable. The walls are paper thin. But it's only 20 mins from sixflags which is the whole reason to stay there.

It was a perfectly fine place to stay if you’re driving through. Clean, comfortable beds, good shower, close to highway. Even had a good number of choices for TV viewing. Not a lot of amenities. Had a few venting machines. Nicest thing I can say about breakfast is that there’s a Tim Hortons next door. If you’re looking for a nice clean place at a reasonable rate, I would definitely recommend.

Stopped here for one night with a Budget moving truck on a trip from Boston to Chicago moving my daughter. Convenient location. Easy parking. My daughter is dairy and gluten free and there were no options for her at the breakfast. When she was hunting around for food, the attendant asked what she was looking for. When she explained, he was apologetic and he sent someone from his staff to nearby Tim Hortons to get something that my daughter could eat. Tim Hortons didn’t have anything. So, he went to Walmart and got her some dairy and gluten free food she could have for breakfast! It is so nice to see that kind of service and caring these days by hotel staff. If I ever need to stay in a hotel in the area again, I will definitely stay here.

The night manager who was working on Sunday evening was exceptional and should be commended on her friendly and accommodating service. She was so nice and so was the morning feller. They have our Althea a doggy treat too!

Went through hotels.com. Everything on their end was great. The rooms were booked. We arrived really late (1:00 am) to the hotel. But I informed them that it would happen. When we arrived we found out the hotel gave one of my two rooms to another party and they didn’t ask for id. So the party that received my room was informed at 1:30 am that they had to go to another hotel because they were given someone else’s room. The sad things was. The hotel would’ve charged me for two rooms and the other party would have stayed for free.

Was at Darien Lake all day with my phone in my car. When i reserved, i chose the Pay at the Hotel option. When i went to check in with my w kids at 10pm i was told she canceled my reservation because she could not charge my card. Why would she be trying to charge my card when i hadnt checked in yet? I lock my card when im not physically using it. So i got to look for a new hotel at 10pm, with 2 kids, after a 3 hour drive and q0 hours at Darien Lake.

The staff were friendly and informative. The building, although updated, seemed to have issues. Toilet was rocking and unsteady, microwave had locking door and hard to open, refrigerator made noise, walls very thin, and everything smelled like deodorizing fragrance. Kind of gross. The vacant hotel right behind this one was kind of creepy.

Breakfast was not that thrilling & no coffee in room. Other than that excellent stay! Conveniently next to a gas station & easy drive to the theme park. We appreciated the cleanliness & quietness of the location :) Good rate if you book ahead.

Stopped here for one night with a Budget moving truck on a trip from Boston to Chicago moving my daughter. Convenient location. Easy parking. My daughter is dairy and gluten free and there were no options for her at the breakfast. When she was hunting around for food, the attendant asked what she was looking for. When she explained, he was apologetic and he sent someone from his staff to nearby Tim Hortons to get something that my daughter could eat. Tim Hortons didn’t have anything. So, he went to Walmart and got her some dairy and gluten free food she could have for breakfast! It is so nice to see that kind of service and caring these days by hotel staff. If I ever need to stay in a hotel in the area again, I will definitely stay here.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The hotel is right off of I-90. The area looked depressed due to a derelict Days Inn next door. The property is so old that it doesn't have an elevator. The room was large enough, clean and recently renovated in the European style with fake wood grain tile floors and lots of chrome accents. The floor had a hump in the middle, and the bathroom door was damaged at the bottom. The shower was very good in both water flow and temperature. The wifi was good. We went to Darien Lake for a Concert so this Hotel was perfect, as it was 18 min from the Theme Park and a walk or drive across the parking lot to a convenience store for gas/snacks and drive through Tim Hortons. The Hotel is clean, being newly renovated and opened back up 4 mo. ago. The desk clerks and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again if needed.

We stopped for the night after a long day of driving in the rain. The check in was easy. Folks were very friendly and accommodating. Beds were excellent as were the pillows. Best rest I had all trip. Room was clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast was excellent the next morning. I would gladly stay again.

The property was in good condition but the appearance was bland. Some flowers or color would have been welcoming. The place was quiet and safe. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom is small. We were on the first floor and the only window covering was a shade. Let outside light in and morning sun. The breakfast area was small but food was good and the attendant kept everything cleaned and stocked. All staff were helpful and pleasant.

Renovated, clean, super nice staff and comfy beds! This place is so nice, staff is extra helpful and makes you feel welcome. Breakfast was good nice hot eggs and sausage waffles. Close to shopping food and Darien Lake park. I hope they keep the affordable rates. Normally a hotel this nice is high.

This is a very clran and safe place for families to stay. Right off the highway. But, make note that breakfast might be available past 9am on weekends, but on weekdays the man was cleaning eggs and waffles up right at 9am. We got coffee and cereal was all that was left. Eggs and sausage were gone by 8:45.

The room was clean and quite roomy. Debbie was excellent and very friendly on my checkin. Breakfast was meh. Morning staff had a hard time speaking English. I asked if there were any first floor room as there is no elevator. Was told they were full. Hardly any cars in the parking lot at night or in the early morning. Sure didn’t seem to be fully booked. I most likely would never stay again.

I'm giving this property mostly mid-range ratings because it was absolutely OK for a one-night road trip stopover. But it is a pretty stream-lined, bare-bones property. There's no lobby/public space beyond the check-in desk area, breakfast was on the meagre side of typical chain hotel fare, the room was clean but the corners in public spaces could have used a thorough scrubbing, towels were thin. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Which is all I really demand on this kind of occasion.

We booked an accessible room with a roll-in shower. The hotel is undergoing renovations and there was no ramp for a wheel chair to be rolled up at any door for entry into the hotel. The room was not adequate for a wheel chair, the entry way into the room was somewhat spacious, but you could not fit a wheel chair between the beds and it barely fit thru to the beds. The bathroom was outfitted with only 1 grab bar by the toilet. The shower was a roll in shower, but no pull down chair, so nothing to sit on in the shower. The room had been recently renovated with new fixtures and the room was clean, but we were terribly upset that this hotel was not easily accessible and was a huge disappointment. This was the 3rd time that we have had unacceptable accessible rooms booking with hotels.com.
