When I booked reservation I was not told about the construction. The pool was closed the coffee maker in the room leaked, the bathroom vent fan didn’t work, & the toilet paper holder was full of construction debris. Pot holes in the parking lot. Go somewhere else to sleep.

Great place, clean, modern style room. Loved the black out blinds, friendly staff, great location to have access to lots of near by things. Affordable stay! Would stay again. We arrived later at night so I’m just bummed that we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but that has nothing to do on the hotel and we just didn’t have the time but the pool area looks really nice and clean.

My room was dirty. There were pee drops on the toilet and floor in the bathroom. The light switch in the bathroom and area around light switch was filthy.Sheets smelled dirty. Room was musty and stinky. There were items left on the floor. Room is WAY TOO SMALL for the price paid. I’m at Baymont by Wyndham in Rockford right now. Way cleaner. Room is almost twice the size. It is clean. I paid almost 50.00 less.

The staff were great, but I was disappointed in the room. The immediate check in and walk into the room smelled like urine. The fire alarm was hanging off and out of the wall. There was residue along the floor from them hanging up pictures--not even vacummed up! To get into the bed on that side you had to walk right through it! The toilet was not secured so it wobbled when you sat on it. And there were obvious shortcuts and areas of concern on the walls in the bathroom. It looked like they tried to update but took large shortcuts. I wont stay here again. Didnt feel clean.

Our room stunk, mostly from the bathroom. The shower didn’t work and there was what appeared to be mold in the bathtub. Dead bugs were in one of the beds and there was staining on the drapes that may have been blood. Not to mention, the tv didn’t have any channels and the drapes wouldn’t shut, letting light in all night.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The toilet seat was peeling and discolored. The towels were stained. The shower was also dirty and peeling. The room had a musty smell. In the morning we went down for breakfast, the eggs had hair in them. If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would.

Family college visit weekend. Immediate impression was 'rundown.' Leather chairs in lobby were worn and torn. Stayed on first floor. A musty smell punched me in the face when I opened the room door. Carpet was damp, very worn. Room did not feel "clean." Pool was decent size. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Will not stay again.

Since taking over the property from Super 8, they have done a great job upgrading the rooms with new beds and furniture. The beds are great. My only complaint is the wifi signal in my room was very weak. (I was in room 115.) I ended up going to the lobby and using my computer there to get a stronger signal. They need to add signal repeaters down the hallway.

The pictures are deceptive. The rooms are tiny and stuffy. When you turn the ac on it rattles like it’s dying of its last breath. And the BIGGEST issue was housekeeping. I asked for a late check out of 12pm which was noted on my reservation. By 10 am they were knocking on my door to get in. I told them no and to go away, put up a do not disturb sign, and by 10:30 they knocked AGAIN. Then at 11 they came and knocked AGAIN waking my child up each time. When I went to the front desk they tried to say I didn’t have a late checkout despite it being clearly noted in their computer where I could see. So I called them on their lies and told them not to come to my room til 12:01pm. They barely apologized and seemed like I was inconveniencing THEM. Truly terrible customer service. Don’t offer late check outs if you’re not going to honor them.

The people their work hard to keep the place clean. It was very evident. I forgot a piece of luggage and Parth saved my bacon. Also Ravi was very nice to us giving us water and treats when we arrived.

We would use our key once and then had to get it re-scanned to use it again. Breakfast seemed to be donuts and energy bars. The receptionist was away from the front desk for over 20 minutes when we needed to get back into our rooms. The toilet seat cover was broken. Apparently a circuit blew, and we had power only on one side of the room. There wasn’t enough light to begin with. We could not adjust the heat or air bc there no indication which way to turn the dial. Also, the dial area was filthy.

No attendant at the service desk ever they’re back hiding in a room or something. Breakfast service was not good. The breakfast items were sparse trays never refilled no attendant in the breakfast area at all to ask questions too. It’s just not a good experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place was located near lots of restaurants and stores. Easy to get too from the highway! Staff was very nice and accommodating! The bed could have been a little more comfortable. But all in all the stay was great!

Great place, clean, modern style room. Loved the black out blinds, friendly staff, great location to have access to lots of near by things. Affordable stay! Would stay again. We arrived later at night so I’m just bummed that we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but that has nothing to do on the hotel and we just didn’t have the time but the pool area looks really nice and clean.

The hotel is in a more expensive bracket because it offers a continental breakfast. They offer toast and bagels but the toaster doesn't work. There were eggs but no breakfast meat....The pastries were less than the mediocre expected. Plenty of jam cups but no peanut butter. We ended up with extra expenses as we had to get breakfast elsewhere.

Breakfast was excellent - lots of choices and fresh. Room was very clean and hotel was quiet by 9 pm. Great location near restaurants and coffee shop, and easy access to interstate. Highly recommend.

The sheet on one of the beds had a blood stain on it. There was no sausage or bacon on the breakfast menu. The sausage gravy was ok but the biscuits were cold.

This is a pretty nice hotel. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The cable TV offered good channel choices. Breakfast was good with a variety of food and drink choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 1 night with family passing through to South Dakota. Right off highway and plenty of conveniences nearby. Quiet, decent place to stay for a night or two. Breakfast was rather lacking. Only decent options were waffles and yogurt. Baked good items were incredibly dry and stale.

No attendant at the service desk ever they’re back hiding in a room or something. Breakfast service was not good. The breakfast items were sparse trays never refilled no attendant in the breakfast area at all to ask questions too. It’s just not a good experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms in this hotel have been recently updated and are nice and clean. My room only had one queen bed and was super small, but I was travelling by myself and it was more than fine just for me. The air conditioning worked well, the mattress was comfortable, and the sheets were soft. I liked that there was a window shade to keep the room dim. The breakfast in the morning was sufficient. They had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, an assortment of pastries, bagels, etc. You could also make yourself a belgian waffle, and there was yogurt and fruit as well. Well maintained property with all the nooks and cranies spotless. Had a water incident with an overflowing sink upstairs and the staff action was immediate.

Great stay on edge of town. Quick access to freeways, lots of food options and shopping nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice, everything I needed. Plenty of parking.
