I wasn’t interested in swimming on my visit: however, to have an indoor pool that is only open during the summer because it is not heated is ridiculous! Lots of people, esp with kids, would benefit from the use of the pool year around. What a waste of it’s potential function and value.

A lot of the amenities such as the pool and breakfast were closed down. The hotel was as expected, it did not impress but did not have bed bugs so I would say it was a good stay! Would stay again if I had to.

We went for 51st anniversary. It was a great trip. They do not have an elevator. So if you need first floor accommodations, you need to let them know upfront. People that work there were amazing. Breakfast was good and the room was very clean.

The carpets were dirty part of the bathtub was dirty. Hot tub was out of order and they didn't have an ice machine. Clerk at the desk said they renovated the whole hotel the downstairs rooms looked nicer than upstairs rooms.

The property was very outdated,dirty, and beds were uncomfortable. Many things were out of order like the secured access doors,vending and pop machines ,also the hot tub. The carpet was pullong up and rolled in areas, tacked down in others.The smell was musty, water damaged and stained ceilings and walls. The front desk lady was nice and friendly. The parking lot was very dark at night. The room was dirty and they took $20 bucks off. The price was expensive for such a rundown slum hotel. I was there for a funeral and the choices are very limited in this area.

Clean. Nice staff. Breakfast items were almost gone an hour before breakfast time was over. No one seem to monitor the supply. Really nice pool area But pool water was ice cold and hot tub not working.

We waited 45 minutes to check in. There was a sign at the desk be right back. When the young lady did arrive she was very friendly and helpful. No breakfast because they had no one working . No ice machine working. But the hotel was very peaceful, clean and very comfortable. Despite the wait time and short staff we will stay again

The Buffalo Lodge is perfectly located for visiting my family in the area. The dining options are close by, and the main grocery store is across the street. Our room was clean and comfortable, we appreciated the larger sized refrigerator. We saw a review from someone else complaining that the bathroom door wouldn't close...we must have had that room...it was disappointing that it's still not fixed. The carpets in the stairwell going to the second floor and on the second floor need to be replaced, they smelled awful...almost like cat pee. They do allow pets..so not sure if that's why. We were there during the week so there was no hot breakfast, just a selection of packaged grits, oatmeal and poptarts along with a community coffee pot. For being the only gig in town they really could use some upgrades. We may need to go VRBO next time.

We were a little bummed our room did not have a coffee maker, but the lobby area had a brewed pot of coffee plus a Keurig with coffee pods available 24/7. Rooms were decent and clean.

I stayed the night in this hotel for a work trip. The location is fantastic. Right next to Walmart and close to several restaurants. Check in was friendly, prompt, and with out issue. My requests were met. Home made buffalo shaped cookies were available to guests. They were cute and tasty. I was advised on the best place to park for easier access to my room. My key card wouldn't unlock the door, but the gentleman rescanned it right away and walked to the door to assure it worked. The room was clean and comfortable. The furniture looked more like a home style setting, not generic hotel furnishings. The fridge w freezer was large, 5' or so. Plenty of room for a weeks worth of groceries. I was surprised to see a space heater in the room, but it was a newer model, quiet, and kept the room cozy. Wind-chill was 7⁰ outside. The room was toasty. Water pressure in the shower was one of the best I've found in my travels. The parking lot iced completely over night. Staff salted a path directly to my truck door. Upon leaving, I was unable to get up the small hill at the exit, due to the ice. I called the front desk, and the gentleman brought salt out, then guided me out while watching for traffic. The staff went beyond the normal standard by far. I'd stay here again, and would suggest it for above in the area.

Nice quiet, clean facility with friendly staff. Only tiny negative was that bathroom door didnt stay closed very well. Overall, very nice hotel that's 22 minutes from Bolivar. Recommend!

Heat did not work in room. Was unaware until after returning from a holiday party. No staff at front desk after 10 pm and was unable to be assisted with this. Traveling with 2 small children and had to stay there with no heat, no help, due to this being the only hotel in town. Very disappointing.

No phone in the room and they don't even publish a phone number so you can contact the front desk. TV doesn't work unless you have Google TV on your smart phone. No coffee maker. Wouldn't stay there again for nothing.

It is the only hotel in town. Hot water was plentiful. Larger fridge and small microwave. No clock. No phone. No pictures. No coffee maker. TV would not work, front desk was no help. Unpainted wall repairs, bit of upper mold in the bath and a non-ADA toilet. Totally functional room for two nights, and I only needed it to shower and sleep. Older propertybut comfy beds a x clean room and linens.

Upon returning to the motel at 9:30 pm on 10/04/25, our key card had been changed and we were unable to access our room. Went to the desk and there was a sign stating that they didn't have anyone working and to call an emergency number. Several messages were left before actually talking to a man that said someone was on their way. Over an hour later we called again. The man srated that someone was coming from Springfield MO to let us on . We waited another hour and called again. This time the man said he would come himself that he was only 15 minutes away. We didn't get into our room until after midnight. This is totally unacceptable 10/

The furniture looked more like a home style setting, not generic hotel furnishings. The fridge w freezer was large, 5' or so. Plenty of room for a weeks worth of groceries. I was surprised to see a space heater in the room, but it was a newer model, quiet, and kept the room cozy. Wind-chill was 7⁰ outside. The room was toasty. Water pressure in the shower was one of the best I've found in my travels. The parking lot iced completely over night. Staff salted a path directly to my truck door. Upon leaving, I was unable to get up the small hill at the exit, due to the ice. I called the front desk, and the gentleman brought salt out, then guided me out while watching for traffic. The staff went beyond the normal standard by far. I'd stay here again, and would suggest it for above in the area.

Heat did not work in room. Was unaware until after returning from a holiday party. No staff at front desk after 10 pm and was unable to be assisted with this. Traveling with 2 small children and had to stay there with no heat, no help, due to this being the only hotel in town. Very disappointing.

A lot of the amenities such as the pool and breakfast were closed down. The hotel was as expected, it did not impress but did not have bed bugs so I would say it was a good stay! Would stay again if I had to.

I stayed the night in this hotel for a work trip. The location is fantastic. Right next to Walmart and close to several restaurants. Check in was friendly, prompt, and with out issue. My requests were met. Home made buffalo shaped cookies were available to guests. They were cute and tasty. I was advised on the best place to park for easier access to my room. My key card wouldn't unlock the door, but the gentleman rescanned it right away and walked to the door to assure it worked. The room was clean and comfortable. The Buffalo Lodge is perfectly located for visiting my family in the area. The dining options are close by, and the main grocery store is across the street. Our room was clean and comfortable, we appreciated the larger sized refrigerator. We saw a review from someone else complaining that the bathroom door wouldn't close...we must have had that room...it was disappointing that it's still not fixed. The carpets in the stairwell going to the second floor and on the second floor need to be replaced, they smelled awful...almost like cat pee. They do allow pets..so not sure if that's why. We were there during the week so there was no hot breakfast, just a selection of packaged grits, oatmeal and poptarts along with a community coffee pot. For being the only gig in town they really could use some upgrades. We may need to go VRBO next time.

Unpainted wall repairs, bit of upper mold in the bath and a non-ADA toilet. Totally functional room for two nights, and I only needed it to shower and sleep. Older propertybut comfy beds a x clean room and linens.

We waited 45 minutes to check in. There was a sign at the desk be right back. When the young lady did arrive she was very friendly and helpful. No breakfast because they had no one working . No ice machine working. But the hotel was very peaceful, clean and very comfortable. Despite the wait time and short staff we will stay again

Clean. Nice staff. Breakfast items were almost gone an hour before breakfast time was over. No one seem to monitor the supply. Really nice pool area But pool water was ice cold and hot tub not working.

I've stayed several times, is ok for overnight. Last visit, my hotel.com reservation they cancelled and I was charged the walk up rate, $12 difference, no biggie, I think was mistake. I will stay again.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Large fridge and microwave in the rooms with coffee available in the lobby all hours. The breakfast was grab and go . The only negative was that the beds were not very comfortable . We actually left a day early due to the beds. They were nicely made with clean linens...they were just very firm beds. The rooms had very nice showers and the water pressure and hot water were exceptional. The staff were all very nice and checking in was super fast ! 5 stars for that. If the beds were a little softer I would definitely stay there every time we went on a float trip. It was approximately 20 minutes to Lebanon . The indoor pool was very nice and the kids loved it ! The back door entrance to the hotel didn't lock but the town seemed very nice and everything you could want was within a miles radius. Walmart, woods grocery store, gas and fast food. Overall for the price it was exceptional!
