Hotel más parecido a Residencial con buena ubicación. Mobiliario antiguo, sin ascensor. Estaba incluido el desayuno pero al llegar nos informan que tenían la cocina sin funcionar y que debíamos ir a otro Hotel de la cadena, situación muy incomoda sobretodo al viajar con adultos mayores. Si decidíamos no ir nos descontaban 5 euros por persona, lo que es muy poco considerando el valor cobrado por desayuno. El baño era incomodísimo, apenas cabe una persona en la ducha. Es un hotel 2 estrellas como mucho.

Great location, near of many atracciones, breakfast was fine, staff was very helpful. Mario and Bill were very helpful and friendly, help us scheduling the tours and transportation to the airport. The downside is the TV cable

The worst experience , they just steal your money, And expedia didnt help, The dont Write any details about the terrible hotel, Is so many stairs that old people cant just use, We kindly asked to change room , and with rude attitude they didnt do it line punishment and after the 1st night we asked not to charge us the next days we gonna leave, Again with rude way they said , you are charged and they can't do anything, my guest left and they double booked it Run for the money ,

Bed Bugs, No elevator, filthy, bathroom sink clogged up. When we showed them our bed bug bites they could care less. Said bed bugs were in every hotel. Stay away from this hotel! Would not adjust our bill Aldo very noisy!

Excellent breakfast offered. Building/room overall clean. Great location in terms of being close to Acropolis. Staff politeness varied. Noisy due to being along a busy street. Air conditioning did not feel like it was working.

I had a nice stay for one night. My only issue was that there were noisy people in the hallway very early in the morning that woke me up, but sometimes this is life. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

Our experience at this hotel was one of the worst we’ve ever had. The room was in poor condition: the bathroom mirror was cracked, the shower door didn’t work and had visible buildup, and there were disgusting yellow stains behind the sink. The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and the entire place smelled like a mix of old furniture and bleach. What made things even worse was the unwelcoming attitude at reception. I don’t know the name of the woman who was there during the day (she seemed to speak Russian), but she was consistently cold and unfriendly. When I asked for an iron, she just asked my room number with a look of annoyance. Later, when I returned because the iron didn’t work, she silently took it, got a new one from the storage behind her, and handed it to me without saying a single word. No apology, no basic courtesy. Just more attitude. We’ve never felt more unwelcome at a hotel.

2 cafards trouvés dans la salle de bain. En appelant la réception, un homme passe dans la chambre. Il prend une de nos 2 serviettes (il laisse en même temps son mouchoir sale sur notre lit), il attrape le cafard et l'écrase dans notre serviette. Great location- walking distance to the Acropolis, PLAKA, shops, cafes etc. Breakfast was good…. CHRISTOS at the front desk was very helpful. He helped us with our luggage and gave us tips on places to eat that were close by. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The guy at the check in counter was so rude. To the point of talking down to myself and others we were with. The breakfast was decent. The shower had no water pressure. The area is close to plaka which is good for eating. I wont be staying here again.

My 1st ever trip and stay in Athens and I wanted a great location, you can easily walk to everything significant. The Hotel is clean and comfortable and you will not feel the cold in the room, I stayed in room #10, which was also very convenient for the volume of luggage we had. The room was a good size, we did not feel squashed, the bathroom was clean and modern and had all the amenities we required, including excellent hot water. The bed linen was also quite soft and luxuriously white and the cover and coverlets on the quilts were soft to the touch and to sleep with. There were also 3-4 pillows available for each of our twin beds. Breakfast was minimal, some continental and hot dishes, but enough to satisfy, with fresh juices and selections of coffee and tea. Finally, the room rate is fantastic! Enjoyed our stay.

Great location- walking distance to the Acropolis, PLAKA, shops, cafes etc. Breakfast was good…. CHRISTOS at the front desk was very helpful. He helped us with our luggage and gave us tips on places to eat that were close by. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and the entire place smelled like a mix of old furniture and bleach. What made things even worse was the unwelcoming attitude at reception. I don’t know the name of the woman who was there during the day (she seemed to speak Russian), but she was consistently cold and unfriendly. When I asked for an iron, she just asked my room number with a look of annoyance. Later, when I returned because the iron didn’t work, she silently took it, got a new one from the storage behind her, and handed it to me without saying a single word. No apology, no basic courtesy. Just more attitude. We’ve never felt more unwelcome at a hotel.

Great location- walking distance to the Acropolis, PLAKA, shops, cafes etc. Breakfast was good…. CHRISTOS at the front desk was very helpful. He helped us with our luggage and gave us tips on places to eat that were close by. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

Great location, near of many atracciones, breakfast was fine, staff was very helpful. Mario and Bill were very helpful and friendly, help us scheduling the tours and transportation to the airport. The downside is the TV cable

The worst experience , they just steal your money, And expedia didnt help, The dont Write any details about the terrible hotel, Is so many stairs that old people cant just use, We kindly asked to change room , and with rude attitude they didnt do it line punishment and after the 1st night we asked not to charge us the next days we gonna leave, Again with rude way they said , you are charged and they can't do anything, my guest left and they double booked it Run for the money ,

My 1st ever trip and stay in Athens and I wanted a great location, you can easily walk to everything significant. The Hotel is clean and comfortable and you will not feel the cold in the room, I stayed in room #10, which was also very convenient for the volume of luggage we had. The room was a good size, we did not feel squashed, the bathroom was clean and modern and had all the amenities we required, including excellent hot water. The bed linen was also quite soft and luxuriously white and the cover and coverlets on the quilts were soft to the touch and to sleep with. There were also 3-4 pillows available for each of our twin beds. Breakfast was minimal, some continental and hot dishes, but enough to satisfy, with fresh juices and selections of coffee and tea. Finally, the room rate is fantastic! Enjoyed our stay.

Hotel más parecido a Residencial con buena ubicación. Mobiliario antiguo, sin ascensor. Estaba incluido el desayuno pero al llegar nos informan que tenían la cocina sin funcionar y que debíamos ir a otro Hotel de la cadena, situación muy incomoda sobretodo al viajar con adultos mayores. Si decidíamos no ir nos descontaban 5 euros por persona, lo que es muy poco considerando el valor cobrado por desayuno. El baño era incomodísimo, apenas cabe una persona en la ducha. Es un hotel 2 estrellas como mucho.

My first room (#103) was dark and dingy. And, there was a cockroach. They moved me, somewhat grudgingly, to a different room, which was much nicer and brighter and felt cleaner. The staff were okay, I wouldn’t say they were friendly but they were helpful. I very much enjoyed the breakfast they provided. The location is convenient, you can walk to most of the attractions within 20 minutes. But honestly, now that I have been around the city, there are other similar hotels in prettier areas. This hotel is on the main road so there is a lot of traffic around.
