BEWARE ! THERE IS NO PARKING !

We had In formed Petra hotel that we would be arriving late as we re travelling 12 hours on the bus.When We arrived we were taken to a different hotel called the Prestige hotel.We checked in.The staircarpet leading up to the rooms was filthy and the room had no natural light due to the bed blocking the window and a very dirty tatty blind on the window.I messaged the Petra and said we would sort things out in the morning.A really kind and helpful member of staff called Bilal helped us to explain to the young lady what had happened and we negotiated a good price to upgrade to a jacuzzi room.The room was lovely Hotel spotlessly clean.Staff really nice and Bilal was extremely helpful.I had messaged the hotel before we arrived to ask if they served breakfast but was told they didn't .But we noticed they were also cafe and bistro!!!!We enjoyed our stay but there was definatley some error with the booking process .

Petra ya gittik otelin karşısında suit otele yerleştirdiler neymiş standart odaymış tam dedik yerleştik oda yoğun sigara havasız eskişehir akşamları soğuk kombileri açmamışlar yıkanacaktık soğuk su kombiyi açtırdık fakat sıcak su bir geliyo bir gelmiyo tatilimiz rezil oldu ve sonundada hastalandık kesinlikle gitmeyin ha bide sinekten her yerimizi yedi şaka gibi
