This place was awesome and Tish was a great host. When we got to the place there was a chilled bottle of prosecco in the fridge, ac was set to a nice 70 degrees and she left sweet gifts for the pup. 10 out 10 recommend !

Fantastic home, super close to beach, high quality decor, linens and kitchen equipment, appliances were like new, kitchen extremely well equipped with all types of bar glasses, mixing bowls etcLoved ice maker, beach wagon and toys and outdoor showerHouse manager Trish was super helpful and friendly Enjoyed the toiletries that were provided Overall amazing stay100% recommend to others and would definitely stay here again

We love the ease of the home. It was a clean tidy home with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. My husband loved the fact that the beach wasn't crowded and sat on the deck listening to the waves. It was a minute walk to beach and there are 2 bar and grill restaurants right on the beach. We brought our groceries and had no need to leave the home for anything.

This is a wonderful home. My family takes an annual trip to Surfside each summer. We really love how laid back the town is. We have stayed in multiple other homes over the years but this one was our favorite. It is very well equipped and is a very close walk to the beach. It is also a short walk to a beach front restaurant which has live music and decent food. The home is a newer build so all of the appliances are current. We really liked the shower on the first floor and right outside the front door on the main entry level. The washer/dryer worked well. Having all the rooms on the same level helped make us feel more comfortable with our small child. The smart TV in the living room allowed us to watch whatever we wanted and we were able to hook up our Nintendo Switch with ease. The coffee maker was combo Keurig/slow drip which was very nice. The fridge was large enough to handle everything and even had an ice maker (even though we question the water in Surfside, I used the fridge made ice and had no issues). The king bed in the main bedroom was the most comfortable in all of the homes we have stayed in. The AC kept up very well and kept us comfortable. Finally and most important, the property manager Trish was incredibly helpful. Her communication and willingness to go above and beyond is what will likely make this home our annual vacation spot. Thank you!!!
