Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Grand Blanc by IHG

Breakfast was great and Riley at the desk was so friendly and helpful 😊

Front desk staff friendly. However, I was not told when assigned my room that is was across from the laundry. People were in the laundry past 10;30pm and I could clearly hear them. Also the sink in the bathroom did not drain! Gross. I got water on the floor when I turned on shower and when I wiped it up with a towel the towel was dirty. Clearly floor had not been cleaned.

Clean room and spacious.

Checked in and immediately had issues with TV ,contacted staff and was corrected.Other than having little kids in a room across from us going in and out of the room for about three hours stay was okay.

The staff were just fine. My only issue was that the lobby tv had a religious channel on which I don’t care for. But that’s me.
