This hotel was easy to find - right off the highway - and amazingly clean and in excellent condition. The staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. They have cameras focused on their parking lot so we were assured that our car was safe. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location was convenient to the event I was in town for. I did not like being on the second floor because there is no elevator. The stairs were very difficult for me to climb. There is also no ice machine on the second floor.

Plenty of parking. Room was comfortable. AC/heat worked well. Staff very cheerful and nice. No elevator but only 2 floors. Breakfast was small mudfins, cereal, oatmeal, toast, juice, coffee. Perfect to get started to drive long way to New Jersey.

Great place for an overnight stay. Very reasonably priced and we loved that there was no charge for our dog. We have stayed here before as it is “ halfway” on the trip we make often to visit our previous “home.” We will stay here again. Only negative (and it was minor) is that the pet walking area needed mowed.

The room was great - large, clean, quiet. The area wasn’t great. Very cramped parking lot with a lot of people loitering around. The front desk clerk was helpful and our fur baby staying for free was an added bonus!

This hotel is pretty old and hasn't been updated recently. The common areas (hallways) have no climate control, so on the hot day we stayed it was pretty hot and humid. Our room had not been used in a few days and had a pronounced musty smell that took a few hours for the a/c to overcome. The sheets and towels were clean. The beds were a little on the firm side. There is no elevator and no vending machine on the 2nd floor. The one on the first floor was out of order. There is an attached convenience store and gas station though. It is obvious that the owners are trying, and it was less expensive than some of the hotels in Wytheville.

Parking lot is shared with a vape shop and gas station in a small strip mall. If i had know this i would have never made the reservation. I have only seen free standing Red Roof Inns never any like this place. Lived and learned and not staying there again.

This motel is at our halfway point, having drive 10 hours we were ready to stay the night. Got checked in and went to room and the fridge was not cleaned. So wr figured housekeeping just made the beds and left dirty sheets on the bed. We already had our luggage in the room. They did put us in another room but we weren't happy having to move all our luggage again. I will say the front desk person said she would help move us but that was a little to late. No discount was given for our inconvenience other than I'm so sorry.

This was my third stay. Upon arrival I was told that my pet "was not on my reservation and I was lucky they had a room". I did not see anywhere on the booking where I had to indicate that I was coming with a pet. Although I had emailed them the night before to let them know that my cat and i would arrive later than planned. The room was clean but behind the bed was filthy and of course pets go there. I had to use the pillows to block the corners to the bed. Other than that I am pleased and would return as it is convenient.

Found the ice bucket to be nasty. The mini refrigerator stank very bad. Unable to use it. Parking is to tight for large vehicles and most of it was taken by construction equipment and trucks. Breakfast was very meager at best. Cereal, and muffins. You can do better.

Rooms are in great shape appearing to be fairly recently refurbished. Cleanliness was fantastic. Vinyl plank floors are a great addition that can't hide dirt like carpet. No frills clean place to stop. Perfect.

Was just a bed to sleep while traveling but was pleased overall. Everything was neat, clean and welcoming. It looks like it had recently been updated as well or still in the process. Breakfast was limited.. apples, cereal muffins and toast of sorts with coffee and juice. The only downside we had is when the room above us was up at 5:30am to head out for work (was a group that appeared to be traveling for such) we could hear all of his movements on the floor. We shifted rooms when we checked in so we may have been originally put in a room with no one above us, maybe. But overall was pleased.

Room was comfortable and clean for the price. We were just taking an overnight break from a long drive. The hotel was quite noisy with the room next door making noise all night. Loud talking and television . You can also hear doors opening and closing in the hallways. So if you’re a light sleeper you may want to go elsewhere.

The clerk was nice and helpful but the hotel was not so great. A lot of very low grade supplies. Beds were not comfortable and we heard people walking above us all night and morning. Walls are paper thin.

I booked a room online in Hillsville VA. I use to live 20 mins out of Hillsville. I moved just a little over a month ago and havent been able to get my id updated yet. I came to help friends clean up their property due to a tropical storm that slammed them a day prior. Where my ID showed my old address and not my new one the lady that was checking me in refused me the room I had already booked and paid for online. She was very rude almost belittling. I tried explaining the situation she wouldnt listen. I also mentioned the fact all other hotels were completely booked due to the fact the town was completely without power as to her response was yes the whole county has no power and I cant accommodate everyone. At this point I mentioned her people skills were way below what they needed to be and left the building. Highly upset, tired and just needing a place to shower n get some rest I drove the 2 hour drive back home. Never will i book another reservation online with this hotel line again.

One of our friends left their Smart watch in the room. We didn't know it at the time, but we got a call from Autumn who stated they had found the watch and would hold it at the front desk. Renewed my faith in humans! There still are honest people in the world! We greatly appreciated that!

It’s close to the interstate is the best thing. We checked in after dark so I don’t know about the surrounding area. There is a subway sandwich shop next door though!

Everything about this location was good. From the check in late at night to check out the next morning Room is exactly like pictures. Very spacious and clean. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast isn't exactly a breakfast. But there was cereal, muffins and bread for toast. Coffee, tea and a variety of juices. I would stay here again.

Not a clean place. Dining was a tiny table and 2 chairs in a hallway with nothing to eat. Stop advertising that there is a complimentary breakfast. Not worth the price. Would not recommend. Dont stop here and spend a couple more bucks for a better place.

The breakfast selection could be a little better. Wasn't a fan of the 100.00 hold for amenities when I just had another hotel it was 15 even though you get it back but still, it's a hold on your account

The room was clean and smelled clean when I entered. The pillows and the bed were comfortable. Coffee 24 hours with some food in the morning, muffins, toast and cereal. Pricing was good competitive with the other hotels in this area. Walter the front GSR was sweet. It was nice talking with him at check in because he lived in New England. He explained all the amenities as he was checking me in. I will be back to this hotel again.

From the outside you wouldn't think much about the place. If I hadn't read the reviews I probably wouldn't have stayed, but im glad I did. It was very clean and nice in the room and very comfortable. Staff was amazing and super friendly. I'll definitely stay there again when I'm back down that way.
