Wonderful Motel! This is the 2nd Motel 6 that has completely surprised me. Motel 6 used to be a great family economy motel brand, but over the decades has degenerated into a motel that most people will only stay at if there is nothing else available. This Motel is a definite exception. The grounds were clean, the motel was clean, well lit, and convenient. The front desk clerk was super nice and friendly. My room was very clean, and I had no problems with the heat, television, fridge or microwave. I was truly impressed. I will definitely start giving some Motel 6’s a new try, maybe they are trying to clean up the brand name, because I have stayed at 2 in the last week, both with great ratings, and great prices!

Great location South of downtown. Very clean room, lots of room, well remodeled, nice wide parking spaces, polite knowledgeable staff, good coffee machine in lobby, pretty fountain/patio area out front. Good value. Highly recommend for moderate budget price point.

The property is easy on easy off the 81. They have a huge amount of land and it is well laid out re buildings and parking was more than ample. Large spaces which is appreciated as we drive a truck and could park outside our door! Lots of lights at nite. The rooms were scarce of furniture but the bed was comfortable. Some spots and dirt on floors but the bed was clean. Overall a 4 out of 5 experience!!

Was able to park right in front of our room. Best motel 6 I've stayed at so far. Booked for the pet friendly policy as we were traveling with the family dog this time but will stay here again regardless. Helpful friendly staff

Located close to interstate but not close enough for road noise. Easy check in. Parking in front of your room. Large, very clean rooms. The whole property very well maintained. Close to many restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

We didn’t expect much for the price, and we didn’t need much. Just passing through on a road trip and needed a bed and a shower. The bed was fine but the floor was really dirty and clearly hadn’t been vacuumed or swept at all. There was lots of dirt and even a dead fly in the middle of the room. My feet were black after walking around for like two minutes before I decided to just wear my shoes the whole time. The shower curtain also had a weird smell.

This was the most disgusting motel I’ve ever stayed at. It smelled like smoke yet there was a joke of a no smoking plastic sign on the dirty table. Walls, light switches, phone, literally everything was filthy. bath mat was moldy, cigarette burns on the comforter. it’s obvious someone was living in this room. Broken down cars in the parking lot. Rude staff. Wanted to just leave but everywhere else was sold out. Miserable stay.

The room was dirty upon arrival, dried urine covering the toilet seat and long hairs all over the bedding. The smoke detector battery was dead and had to be replaced as soon as we opened the door. Housekeeping never came during the entire 4 day stay and we were not made aware that they did not service. There was no coffee maker, no hair dryer, nothing in the kitchenette. Would not recommend this property especially for the price.

The room was clean fornthe most part although there was a lot of hair in the bath tub and an old bar of soap. Sonthat told me the bathroom wasnt cleaned. Other than that ot was a motel 6 nothing special to remark on.

The staff was super accommodating and kind about my requests (which i reallyyy appreciate bc ik how annoying customers can be) and this is easily the nicest motel 6 I've ever seen, very pleasant. Thin walls though haha, which led to my requested room change (They were able to accommodate since it was fairly empty while i was there. If it had been different, I'm certain they wouldve been very sweet about telling me no as well, which I equally appreciate!)

I have stayed here before and came back. The rooms are huge, staff/owners are fantastic, great location, nice grounds and landscaping, park-at-your-door style layout, but TOTALLY renovated. I can't think of a thing I'd change

Room was fine, wifi was not. You get what you pay for, I guess. The clerk helped me set it up, but the wifi was at 2 bars (out of 4) at best and constantly shut down; when it did I had to select Motel 6 etc all over again. Plus, there were 2 Motel 6 wifi options, one that never worked: why? Wifi problems affected by phone and laptop.

We had an excellent time. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived a day ahead of time and they gave us the same room for the entire stay and let us check in immediately. The pet friendly room was very clean and conveniently situated to a nice walking area. We will definitely stay again when visiting family in the area!

Would not recommend. Seem ok at first, was clean but room smelt bad of septic sewer and couldn’t even sleep there. No refund or help from staff. They said they don’t smell anything. They do not care about their customers. Do not stay there!

Was put in a room in the very back of the property which felt a bit hidden and ‘unsafe’. However it was okay.

The property is easy on easy off the 81. They have a huge amount of land and it is well laid out re buildings and parking was more than ample. Large spaces which is appreciated as we drive a truck and could park outside our door! Lots of lights at nite. The rooms were scarce of furniture but the bed was comfortable. Some spots and dirt on floors but the bed was clean. Overall a 4 out of 5 experience!!

Located close to interstate but not close enough for road noise. Easy check in. Parking in front of your room. Large, very clean rooms. The whole property very well maintained. Close to many restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, very basic. Bring your own shampoo. Accommodated our dog with no extra charge. Fairly quiet. A smell of sewage was outside the motel; perhaps a treatment facility is nearby. On busy highway, but still has a nice front yard with tables and back from the road. No breakfast, despite what the website says. Coffee is all.

Great location South of downtown. Very clean room, lots of room, well remodeled, nice wide parking spaces, polite knowledgeable staff, good coffee machine in lobby, pretty fountain/patio area out front. Good value. Highly recommend for moderate budget price point.

The hotel did not have any room safes nor a safety deposit box at reception. The hotel did not provide shampoo or conditioner. The hotel could not provide any additional blankets even though the room was cold. No breakfast was provided.

We stayed one night with a little dog. It was a church trip. We didn’t need breakfast before Sunday liturgy. Just a quiet room. All the staff was very efficient and friendly. We loved the stay and definitely will stay again if needed. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, but everything worked well.

The room was old but clean. Bathroom tub and shower tub was smooth could get slick and there are no hand rails in tub basically there is a falling hazard. The wifi was to weak to use .

I was a little disappointed with my stay at this motel six. I had recently stayed at the motel six in Winchester, Virginia and this Motel 6 was not as upgraded as the other one.. it did not have the nice clean smell that I had at the other motel. I would not sleep in the bedsheets nor sit on the bedspread that was stained. I got my own blanket and pillow, and slept on top of the bedding. I only had to get some sleep and I left early the following morning.

Like to stop here as it's the half way point on our trips south with the doggo as they are allowed. Still has to be my favorite motel 6, big clean rooms, comfortable beds. Helpful friendly staff, ample parking.
