Studio 6 Arlington, TX - South - Dallas

Room looked clean bed was clean floor was disgustingly dirty didn't know that till I spilled a little bit of water and went to wipe it up and the paper towel was just disgusting. Room was definitely run down seeing better days bottoms of the doors were all beat up the counters were not in the best of shape the outlet in the bathroom did not work ask for more towels and kept getting told that they would bring them and never did had to ask for trash bags but that was on me because the trash bags were underneath the trash bag in the trash can and then okay I understand they're being a charge for the pet and then a deposit so far I have not seen the deposit returned that they said they would return and my dog did not do any damage in that room we weren't even in that room except for at night to sleep so that was an extra $55 which actually ended up costing me more than what the room rate was for Hotels.com. I understand there was a pet fee, so I didn't mind paying the extra $10 a day but it ended up costing me $55 extra and we were only there for three nights. I guess it's a case of buyer beware if you're traveling with an animal yeah it's okay to stay there, but I should have just spent the extra money and stayed a better place. Also parking sucked every time we came back, the parking closest to our room was taken up by people upstairs I guess and then you had all the people upstairs running around or stomping around early in the morning and late at night so there was that too.

Great place to stay while u wait to move into your new home. Or just visiting the area. Great location

The absolute worst place to stay in Arlington, horrible customer service, bed bugs, roaches, homeless, prostitution, drug dealers, violent tenants, smells like piss and weed all over the property. Leave the kids at home for this one
