The hotel is equivalent to a Motel 6. The hallway carpet is very dirty. Several items need to be repaired. There's a lot of noise from people walking both from upstairs and on the same floor. Not the cleanest of hotels.

Check in was great floors down hallway were clean but saw the mop used to clean floors and it was Very dirty! Bed was also very old and worn out. Doors into room seemed very flimsy and not metal for safety.

In wall insert A/C with heat. Clean. Bathroom sink had a leak and could tell it had been leaking for a while because the wood around the sink was starting to rot. Shower head was gross. Hall way smelled of weed and onions.

The place is in red of a refresh. The electrical out let’s do not retain the plug in charger for my phone, it fell out of the wall socket. I tried the others, same thing. There is a switch on the wall as you come into the room, normally it turns on the lights in the room, but this one turned off the tv and the refrigerator!!?? Not much sound suppression between rooms above. Fortunately everyone quite down as the night progressed. Not a bad price for a place to sleep for the night. Location was quite and well lit outside at night.

In the middle of a refurbishment. AC was on max to try and mask a stink in the room (likely a painted over smoking room). Bathtub was damaged, water pressure was low. Would not stay again especially with kids. Thought we could grin and bear it after lugging the bags to the room - but it was a mistake to not complain.

When we arrived we had to dial zero for service at the front desk. Smelled of weed on first floor and second floor. Carpet was dirty. Our room the bathroom was dirty. My daughter’s room was not clean in the bathroom also she found a bug in one of the beds. We ended up leaving at 2am. We spent a total of 2 hours in our room. Lost out on my money.

The shower curtain did not cover the full shower, the shampoo were the size of takeout ketchup packets, the entire hotel smelled of weed, breakfast was Raisin Bran and something that was out but there was no place to eat. I don’t think the floors have ever been mopped my feet were black after my shower.

The cleanliness of the beds were fine. However, there was hair left from other people in the bathroom. When my son took a "clean" towel, a glob of hair fell from the towel. The carpet in the room was dirty and felt sticky. The rooms could use an upgrade.

Got in late so not worth time to ask for change to another room or to get Kleenex , cups, and working TV. Needs only had a sheet and a thin bed spread. Bed sores has a stain on to and something stuck on the side of it.

I had to wait for a staff person at the front desk when I checked in and out. I couldn’t get the TV to work but the room was clean. The mirrors had streaks on them and the tub was dirty. I also found the top outlet didn’t work because my phone didn’t charge. The bed was comfortable though. They had breakfast of biscuits and gravy plus little pancakes. You could also have cold cereal.

It was located right across the street from the mall so i thought it would be a good location. Beds were comfortable and rooms seemed clean. Our complaint was the marijuana smell in the hallway and a few loud guests. Thankfully the smell was not in our room so we didn’t request a new one. Breakfast area was very minimal. It was located on a small counter across from check in counter.

Only thing that was ok was the Caucasian lady at the front.. The night shift lady literally be upstairs in the rooms and me and my kids had to wait in a lobby for an hour and a half cause the key was messed up..the doors don't lock to get in the building so anyone can just walk in..and they got roaches.. breakfast consists of cereal and the baby milk of one of the workers

Customer service was great. The workers are super sweet. Building was dated. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat. Luckily we had brought our own so it was an easy fix. Wouldn’t stay long term but was perfect for a quick place to rest your head

I had to wait for a staff person at the front desk when I checked in and out. I couldn’t get the TV to work but the room was clean. The mirrors had streaks on them and the tub was dirty. I also found the top outlet didn’t work because my phone didn’t charge. The bed was comfortable though. They had breakfast of biscuits and gravy plus little pancakes. You could also have cold cereal.

When I reserved the room, Breakfast was an amenity. When we checked in there was a breakfast bar with a Belgian Waffle Maker and other items. My husband asked what time breakfast was out. We went down at 7am, nothing was out but coffee. He went back at 7:30 & found 2 almost empty cereal dispensers and a pitcher of milk. No waffle mix, no bread to toast. Nothing else. So disappointing.

This should be a $50 per night not $135. I’d rate a 2/5 star. Limit breakfast sausage gravy only. Really disappointed for the price

It was located right across the street from the mall so i thought it would be a good location. Beds were comfortable and rooms seemed clean. Our complaint was the marijuana smell in the hallway and a few loud guests. Thankfully the smell was not in our room so we didn’t request a new one. Breakfast area was very minimal. It was located on a small counter across from check in counter.

The location is good. The state of the common areas was very dirty. Other guests kept us awake throughout the night. The Continental break was very limited (cereal and coffee).

The bed and bathroom were clean, but the bedroom floor was very dirty. Parking was safe. The quality of breakfast was not worth it. Staff was helpful. Would not recommend.

Price wise, you will save some money as its location is close to the colosseum. Breakfast was cereal, cold biscuits with sausage gravy. That's it. Big ice machine broken, ice available at front desk area at a smaller ice maker. Entry light into room was not working, hard to seeing the dark. Plenty of stores nearby. Room was clean. Just disappointed that the breakfast area was small and one choice of breakfast each day.

No kleenex or coffee cups in the room. The refrigerator didn't work and the air conditioner sounded like a freight train. Way too much money for the stay. Never again.
