The house is a single home, it was very clean. Located in a good spot for shopping and restaurants. Was very spacious, enough-room for the 8 of us to spread out. Beds were comfy, no complaints. Plenty of stuff in the kitchen. Only thing I can say as a negative is you have to make up the beds yourself. They have a service that leaves sheets and towels by the outside door wrapped individually in plastic and directions with what color sheets goes with which bed. Wasn’t a fan, but you knew that the sheets were clean. I was disappointed that there were no beach towels. We flew in so didn’t bring any. Had to call my daughter that was driving in from Pittsburgh to bring some.I would recommend the house for the location and the cleanliness. Also there is plenty of parking in the driveway.

This is our 3rd time at this property its perfect for our family. 6 adults 3 kids...plenty of room and parking. Easy access to the beach. Love just sitting on the deck in the captain chairs. Can't wait until next year!

Amazing home right on the beach and if you don’t feel like putting your feet in the sand, the views from the deck are just as excellent. Large, comfy home with plenty of room for multiple generations and family pet. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn’t cook a whole lot. It was located close to lots of places to eat and shop. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space after a few days of too much togetherness haha. The beach was just a few steps away and the outdoor shower with hot water was a godsend with kids. Definitely would stay there again.

Great communication from our host. Absolutely loved the open kitchen, dinning area and living room. It was perfect for our family and Thanksgiving dinner. The house was cheerful and the decks were amazing. Loved that the outdoor shower had hot and cold water. It was perfect for warming up after fishing and shark tooth hunting! Location was perfect, close to the shops and close for our Marine to come and go as needed. Loved being on the beach! Will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this perfect beach house. This was the first year we have actually stayed on the beach and it won't be our last. The house was perfect for the seven of us and our dog. We loved that we could leave the beach at any time and arrive at any time as well. Beautiful sun rises and sun sets and the perfect everything!!!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place with us!!!

We have stayed at Seas the Day many times and our stay this last time was as wonderful as all the other times. The house is well maintained, clean, plenty of room, and dog friendly which is important for us. Checking in and out is a breeze with Steven and he is very responsive as well. You really can’t beat the location, close to everything you need. We love the view from the deck; it’s a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. For us, it’s a slice of Heaven.

Steve is a great host and responded quickly to every communication. We loved the house and location so much, we are under contract at a house further down the beach! This house would be great for large groups, we had all we needed upstairs and stayed in the bedroom up there. The restaurants recommendations were excellent and reasonable. The porch and the chairs overlooking the crystal blue water is just magical and not something you see at South Caroline beaches. We saw many bait fish balls with dolphins swimming all around them. I recommend meeting William (the bartender) at the Beach Shop and Grill! Great time, so stop looking and rent it now!

Seas the Day is the best maintained property I've stayed at in the 20 years we've been renting on Topsail Island. Amazing location with the only traffic issues being the always hectic move in Saturday. The view was great, the beach about 30 yards away and the owner texted me hours after our arrival to assure everything was as promised. He even sent someone to check on an issue the previous tenant had reported (and texted me who was coming , why and at what time). Great location and attentive owner made this our best annual family beach trip ever.

This house is amazing! As soon as we walked in, we immediately noticed how clean it was. And of course the incredible beach view, right outside the windows! The deck got a lot of use! The location of the house is perfect, it's very quiet, and not a lot of people. Communication with the host was superb. My only issue was that we wish we had known ahead of time that there were no cable channels, as the listing stated (hopefully that is updated). Otherwise, no issues at all, and we would stay here again! Thanks for hosting us! We had a fantastic time!!

Overall a very nice house and perfect location.....did have ceiling/windows water leak during storm but owner very responsive to addressing right away. Nice layout for children to be together or even separate with the laundry room having a set of bunk beds. Only thing I could suggest is maybe invest in some additional food storage containers for left-overs (like from the Dollar store). Would highly recommend and may try to book again for next year.

This is the perfect house for you and your family. A perfect view to watch sunrise with coffee. And the prefect way to finish off your day in the evening with wine. I could have slept on the back porch. The bed’s were very comfortable, we all slept very well. Stephen the owner is very nice and responds quickly. I would totally recommend this home to everyone !!!!

The house was as described and as shown in the pictures. The owner, Steven, was very kind and communicative. Loved the space to spread out. The kids bunk room was surprisingly spacious which the 3 teen boys loved - plenty of space for sleeping plus sitting and playing video games on their large screen TV. The living area was very comfortable and loved the ocean views. The kitchen table was awesome for group breakfast and dinner as well as playing games. The best part of our vacation was the location. Our area was quiet and we had plenty of privacy. Plenty of space to walk our dog on the street. And it was the perfect distance from downtown Surf City. The boys loved having the freedom to walk up for Hot Diggity Dogz for lunch and heading to the IGA for drinks. My husband and I walked up one day and stopped off at Daybreak Donuts for a specialty donut (LOVE the Margarita one), then we walked over to Shaka Tacos for lunch and listened to live music. After we headed to Celtic Creamery for an ice cream cone. Ocean water was still cold but we enjoyed playing on the beach. Best part of staying Oceanfront is that you can hop onto the beach at any time. We've been going to Topsail every year for the past 10 years and this was one of our favorite places. In fact we've already booked for next year!

The place was beautiful. It is very spacious and fit our needs to the tee. We have been coming to Topsail Island for 35 years and needed more space. This did the job and then some. Our host Steve Morrison was superb. He was at our beck and call. He answered our texts in an instant. We have booked the place for next year. Can't wait@

Excellent space for large group- big table for dining and living room/porch for sitting. Steve was an excellent communicator. We had 4 adults in their 30s and 3 in their 50-70s, a couple of dogs and still had space to host other family for Thanksgiving. Would absolutely stay here again!! Just to note- there is a good amount of stairs (to get to the bottom floor from outside there’s about 20 stairs, then from the bottom floor where 3 of the 4 bedrooms are to the main floor there’s another set)- so just take this into account if you have people with you who have difficulty with this. There is a bed and bath on the main floor where they wouldn’t have to go up and down as much! This would not stop us from staying here again as the place is a great size and can’t beat the value.

We have stayed at Seas the Day many times and our stay this last time was as wonderful as all the other times. The house is well maintained, clean, plenty of room, and dog friendly which is important for us. Checking in and out is a breeze with Steven and he is very responsive as well. You really can’t beat the location, close to everything you need. We love the view from the deck; it’s a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. For us, it’s a slice of Heaven.

The place was beautiful. It is very spacious and fit our needs to the tee. We have been coming to Topsail Island for 35 years and needed more space. This did the job and then some. Our host Steve Morrison was superb. He was at our beck and call. He answered our texts in an instant. We have booked the place for next year. Can't wait@

Seas the Day is the best maintained property I've stayed at in the 20 years we've been renting on Topsail Island. Amazing location with the only traffic issues being the always hectic move in Saturday. The view was great, the beach about 30 yards away and the owner texted me hours after our arrival to assure everything was as promised. He even sent someone to check on an issue the previous tenant had reported (and texted me who was coming , why and at what time). Great location and attentive owner made this our best annual family beach trip ever.

We had a great time, loved the layout and living space. Only downfall is getting to the beach. You have yo go down a deep sand dune. I have a spinal injury and having my walking sticks we helpful.

Beautiful unobstructed views of the beach and ocean, great set up at the house, super clean. Host was extremely proactive and responsive. Couldn’t have been a better trip. Highly recommend this spot and we will definitely be going back

Since we had small children, we particularly enjoyed the fact that the beach was just down a board walk and flight of stairs. There was plenty of room for everyone. One burner was particularly hot and we were able to prepare a shrimp boil in a very large pot! It only rained one day, but it was wonderful to sit in the living area and watch the waves and storm. I'd go back.

Location couldn't be better, convenient to shops in surf city as well as Topsail and North Topsail. We loved our morning coffee with dolphin sightings! This house is amazing! As soon as we walked in, we immediately noticed how clean it was. And of course the incredible beach view, right outside the windows! The deck got a lot of use! The location of the house is perfect, it's very quiet, and not a lot of people. Communication with the host was superb. My only issue was that we wish we had known ahead of time that there were no cable channels, as the listing stated (hopefully that is updated). Otherwise, no issues at all, and we would stay here again! Thanks for hosting us! We had a fantastic time!!

This property was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn’t cook a whole lot. It was located close to lots of places to eat and shop. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space after a few days of too much togetherness haha. The beach was just a few steps away and the outdoor shower with hot water was a godsend with kids. Definitely would stay there again.

Great communication from our host. Absolutely loved the open kitchen, dinning area and living room. It was perfect for our family and Thanksgiving dinner. The house was cheerful and the decks were amazing. Loved that the outdoor shower had hot and cold water. It was perfect for warming up after fishing and shark tooth hunting! Location was perfect, close to the shops and close for our Marine to come and go as needed. Loved being on the beach! Will definitely be back!

The house was as described and as shown in the pictures. The owner, Steven, was very kind and communicative. Loved the space to spread out. The kids bunk room was surprisingly spacious which the 3 teen boys loved - plenty of space for sleeping plus sitting and playing video games on their large screen TV. The living area was very comfortable and loved the ocean views. The kitchen table was awesome for group breakfast and dinner as well as playing games. The best part of our vacation was the location. Our area was quiet and we had plenty of privacy. Plenty of space to walk our dog on the street. And it was the perfect distance from downtown Surf City. The boys loved having the freedom to walk up for Hot Diggity Dogz for lunch and heading to the IGA for drinks. My husband and I walked up one day and stopped off at Daybreak Donuts for a specialty donut (LOVE the Margarita one), then we walked over to Shaka Tacos for lunch and listened to live music. After we headed to Celtic Creamery for an ice cream cone. Ocean water was still cold but we enjoyed playing on the beach. Best part of staying Oceanfront is that you can hop onto the beach at any time. We've been going to Topsail every year for the past 10 years and this was one of our favorite places. In fact we've already booked for next year!

We had our college-aged kids together with us for Christmas. They went to high school in the area before we moved away and it felt like a homecoming. Everything we needed to cook and serve Christmas meals was available in the kitchen. Great location!

Excellent space for large group- big table for dining and living room/porch for sitting. Steve was an excellent communicator. We had 4 adults in their 30s and 3 in their 50-70s, a couple of dogs and still had space to host other family for Thanksgiving. Would absolutely stay here again!! Just to note- there is a good amount of stairs (to get to the bottom floor from outside there’s about 20 stairs, then from the bottom floor where 3 of the 4 bedrooms are to the main floor there’s another set)- so just take this into account if you have people with you who have difficulty with this. There is a bed and bath on the main floor where they wouldn’t have to go up and down as much! This would not stop us from staying here again as the place is a great size and can’t beat the value.

We had a wonderful stay at Seas the Day with our kids. Wide beach with plenty of space to relax even with high tide. The beds were comfortable and having linens provided is always a plus. The view from the home is amazing (a lot of dolphins during our trip)!Our only feedback is that the kitchen could benefit from updated pots and pans. :)Would definitely return!

Everything was as good as we expected with this wonderful ocean front house. I was very happy and able to relax since the deck had a gate with an automatic closure and lock so that my small dog could not go on the beach without me taking him. I love Topsail and Surf City beach and it is a wonderful place for family. Steven, the host was great to work with,
