Room was okay. The strike plate for the door was missing so the room wasn't overly secure. Staff is friendly. They do not remove the ice and snow from their parking lot. Breakfast is very sparse and inconsistent. For example some days they will have waffles, other days not, they may or may not have fruit.

We were given a room that the cleaning hadn't been completed. No coffee maker. No water cups. Complimentary coffee was awful. They did not clean the snow out of the parking lot and we were stuck for a while.

It's a lower priced hotel, so for the price not bad, but you're getting what you're paying for. Old rooms, Old building. Lady at front desk was very respectable and spoke English (Columbia City) but no one else did. Pool at entrance appeared very nice. Was a huge yellow stain on sheets that I did not notice until the next morning.....yuck!

Staff was incredibly kind and friendly, but the room was absolutely disgusting. The inside of the door joining my room to the next room was covered in green mold, the sheets were stained with what appeared to be blood, and some had cigarette burns. The Mini Fridge had broken controls. The Dresser was damaged in such a way that the drawers could not be closed. The pool was closed, and the breakfast options were not replenished each morning, and ended up so depleted, there were some days I did not even eat breakfast.

Room was good. They closed down breakfast at 8:30 even though yhey told us it was open till 9am. The pool was closed and no got tub. BUT The most important part is i used hotels.com to book room , whe i checked in i was told i had to oay a $25 deposit wich would be refunded when i check out. It has been 3 weeks and it has not been refunded. So i called to ask about it and got the runaround trying to get ahold of the correct people to take care of it. They say that they just now did refund after i raised hell. So be cautious i thi k they are trying to run a scam.

Las personas del servicio de limpieza no hacen bien su trabajo, podías conseguir cabellos en los baños y además hay tornillos oxidados en los baños y esto puede ser un riesgo para los niños sobre todo, no es un hotel que yo recomiende para los niños, en el desayuno los bagel a veces tenían cabellos y nunca alcanza si no llegas temprano no consigues nada para Comer, de todos modos lo único que dan es mantequilla con pan o panquecas, no hay muchas opciones para el desayuno. El hotel es bonito pero no está cuidado como debería.

Walls were paper thin, so when my neighbor decided to use his hot tub at 3:30am, it sounded like it was inside our room and woke us up. Shower had someone else's hair in it. Front desk was unattended.

I got a good deal on the hotels.com app and had no issues. I would stay there again. There was a small stain on one of the blankets but it's white,I don't think that's unreasonable. Toilets have a really weak flush. Overall good stay.

Gave this hotel a second chance after a bad stay before. Still bad. Refrigerator wasn’t working, no AC or fan on in the room, light by the door wasn’t working and desk chair about dumped me backwards on the floor. Won’t be staying here again!

Our stay was fine until this morning around 8:30. Housekeeping knocked one time and then proceeded to try and walk in. Thankfully, we had the latch lock, locked, so they couldn't fully open the door. When we checked out, i told the front desk about it and whoever was working brushed us off.

We called this property three times and was told twice no deposit and once a 50 dollar deposit. I made a non refundable reservation and upon arrival was told a 50 dollar deposit and a 7 day return rate on refund. We left the room very tidy and didnt leave any mess for them however they refuse to give me my deposit back my bank said they released it and then took it hack twice!!! They turn 9ff the phone lines so uou can not reach them. They officially have 3 days to return my deposit 9r my bank says they will issue aj investigation and go after them because it looks fishy the way they did my deposit. I hope they see this this could have been avoided. The lady at the front desk was rude my friend was laughing at something that had occured as we walked in to check in and he was cracking up and she looked at us and said is he ok very rudly like what the heck....lighten up lady....anyways im gonna need you to return my deposit asap or it will result in having to pay possible three times that to my bank for fraud.

The lady at the front desk was rude my friend was laughing at something that had occured as we walked in to check in and he was cracking up and she looked at us and said is he ok very rudly like what the heck....lighten up lady....anyways im gonna need you to return my deposit asap or it will result in having to pay possible three times that to my bank for fraud.

There’s never anyone at the lobby desk. The place was not a luxury stay but it seemed clean and the fellow on duty was very nice and welcoming so I felt safe being there as I was traveling alone. And really thats the most important factor to me.

Room was okay. The strike plate for the door was missing so the room wasn't overly secure. Staff is friendly. They do not remove the ice and snow from their parking lot. Breakfast is very sparse and inconsistent. For example some days they will have waffles, other days not, they may or may not have fruit.

Las personas del servicio de limpieza no hacen bien su trabajo, podías conseguir cabellos en los baños y además hay tornillos oxidados en los baños y esto puede ser un riesgo para los niños sobre todo, no es un hotel que yo recomiende para los niños, en el desayuno los bagel a veces tenían cabellos y nunca alcanza si no llegas temprano no consigues nada para Comer, de todos modos lo único que dan es mantequilla con pan o panquecas, no hay muchas opciones para el desayuno. El hotel es bonito pero no está cuidado como debería.

Staff was incredibly kind and friendly, but the room was absolutely disgusting. The inside of the door joining my room to the next room was covered in green mold, the sheets were stained with what appeared to be blood, and some had cigarette burns. The Mini Fridge had broken controls. The Dresser was damaged in such a way that the drawers could not be closed. The pool was closed, and the breakfast options were not replenished each morning, and ended up so depleted, there were some days I did not even eat breakfast.

Room was good. They closed down breakfast at 8:30 even though yhey told us it was open till 9am. The pool was closed and no got tub. BUT The most important part is i used hotels.com to book room , whe i checked in i was told i had to oay a $25 deposit wich would be refunded when i check out. It has been 3 weeks and it has not been refunded. So i called to ask about it and got the runaround trying to get ahold of the correct people to take care of it. They say that they just now did refund after i raised hell. So be cautious i thi k they are trying to run a scam.

The property was clean and the breakfast was ready. I didn't get sausage which I wanted but the rest of the breakfast was ready. At first the orange juice needed to be replaced which they did . The cereal pockets needed to be refilled. I was expecting a gym and swimming pool but those wasn't available. Everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay. They did have Internet which they need to acquire. Enjoyed though. Thank you, they did a great job

Checking in the man took no information from me. I could have been anyone. He told me my name before I said who I was. The rooms were not very clean. Thank the heavens my brother was in the room next to us cause we had no face cloths and had to get one from his room. It was ok for a late night quick stay for a night.

The room was not clean. We had to get our rooms moved to another one because the blankets, toilet, Jacuzzi, and floor was not clean. Moved to next room and had to go buy bleach to do my own cleaning because I could not get a refund. Jacuzzi was broken. Door had been kicked in. Very limited breakfast. Go somewhere else.
