The room was spotless. The staff was very nice. They accommodated my request for an early check-in. I didn't use the pools or the weight room, but they all looked great. There was also an excellent selection to choose from for breakfast. I'd stay here again.

Very spacious room that was very clean and updated. Nice outdoor pool and two indoor pools one especially for little kids. Plus there was a hot tub that was nice everything was maintained very good and clean. There's a weight room that we didn't use but looked very nice. Breakfast buffet in the morning was very good, with hot and cold food. We had an issue in our room that we mentioned before we went out for the day, when we came back it still wasn't completed but talked to staff and was fixed immediately. The only complaint that I had was, the elevator was broken which caused walking up and down stairs a lot, butprobably needed the exercise.

3 night stay to visit family- decided to “downgrade” from Kalahari to save $. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Shower was great- and liquid soap- so much easier than those little bars! Breakfast was good- a little crowded- but that’s just a part of traveling. Outdoor pool was nice. Location is wonderful- walking distance to good food (esp. the Mexican restaurant) and short drive to the “fun” of the downtown. Would stay again.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They greeted us with a smile. Upon arrival we were told where to park by an entrance close to our room which was very convenient. It was also plenty parking space available. The location of the hotel was no more than a 5 to 8 min drive to almost everything we attended. The free breakfast was very good! There was a nice variety of food, everything was fresh and tasty. The room was very clean, comfortable. Everything was neat and in order when we arrived, which made our stay very pleasant and relaxing. The pool area was clean, neat, and well-maintained. It was a simple and peaceful space where we could relax and enjoy the pool. Everything was kept in good condition and the area felt comfortable and inviting. My husband and I enjoyed our 12th year anniversary stay at this hotel for sure.
