When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting for at least 10 minutes (there is no bell to ring for service), I finally called the hotel and rang the front desk. Three times. Finally someone came from the back to answer the phone (which was me), allowing me to check in. I had to go through this same routine again to get a second key about an hour later.

Simple but clean throughout. Check in person was somewhat indifferent but check out person was helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was too minimal, coffee available but with creamers only, no half and half. Facility does not have an ice machine. Price was reasonable.

Don't stay if you have service animals. Even though I was assured there would not be an issue & they are pet friendly according to the website, I called the property after making my reservations & the woman told me I wasn't welcome with my service dogs as I had 3. I assured her the website didn't specify that & I had already spoken with another person. She said "nope you can't stay here" Lucky for us, there was a much nicer hotel that I have done lots of business with & have never had any issues with. Don't believe the pet friendly lies & unfriendly service. Stay somewhere else & put your hard earned money into reputable companies with integrity
