Howard Johnson by Wyndham Leavenworth

Great hotel. Parking was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Located about a 10min walk from the core of the town. The heated pool was a huge hit with my kids! Breakfast you had to preorder the night before and it was in a to go box. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around tho!

The pool is heated, but by no means was the water warm... It was about 38*f when we were there and the water and air temp in the pool area was unbearable... Breakfast is a bag, not a buffet.

Just a nice little property in close range of everything with a nice little pool for the kids

Parking area is very tight, especially with a larger vehicle, but doable. Room was clean and stocked. Blackout curtains did let in a bit of light once the sun rose and microwave in room was pretty outdated.but everything was functional.

Very good hotel, cheap and good customer service. The pool was clean and with hot water.

Everything was great! Perfect location and parking so easy. It was great to have the pool open! We will definitely stay here again.

Loved Kardi! She is a helpful and beautiful soul! The rooms were clean and beds comfortable and perfect pillows and plenty of them! Pool clean and not too much chlorine to burn your eyes! Heated as well!

My employees were bitten up by bed bugs, so much for that famous Wyndam cleanness

The continental breakfast is a vending machine breakfast that comes in a paper bag to go. There was hair stuck to the bathroom and shower wall along with a large red stain on the floor. Very overpriced and will not be staying here again.

We had a great time visiting Leavenworth. This hotel had a great location and was very clean and comfortable.

We did not like the parking for 1. The door keys did not work well for 2. The wood work on the railing looks real waving.what is a decorative wood work below the windows is in need of replacement, and the windows needed Avery good cleaning and also upgrading.

This property was a mix of very good and below average. The staff were friendly with excellent customer service. Our room was aged but clean and comfortable. The exterior halls and walkways were extremely dirty which worried me before entering my room. Thank goodness the room was in proper condition. I enjoyed the hanging baskets of flowers. Thank you.

A great stay! Room was immaculately clean, which was more than I expected. Comfortable bed and bedding. I would definitely stay again.

The room was great due to the space allowing us to park our mobility scooter in the room to charge. Very comfortable but a bit rundown. Could use a better counter in the bathroom as women have lots of products.

It was our first time in Leavenworth. We enjoyed Howard Johnson. There beds are super comfortable. They have black out curtains and a large gas fireplace. The continental breakfast was wonderful. We will be back.

Comfortable beds, spacious and decent breakfast.

The service was good but the room was on a middle floor and the people upstairs were running around until 11:00 pm. We could hear the tv in the next room all night. The heater was consistently turning on and off wich made it very hard to keep the room at a comfy temperature.

We stayed only one night at this motel while visiting Leavenworth. It is in a great location - very walkable to the cute downtown area or to a park and a walk along the river. The staff was pleasant, especially the lady who served the breakfast buffet. The motel could use some updating. The room colors are drab & dark. We didn't spend much time in our room and wouldn't want to stay longer than one night there.

The rooms are clean, the ac blows cold and loud, but the rooms are in serious need of an update in terms of decor, furniture, and appliances.

Well, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. You are able to rent movies at the front desk for $5, which is good - because the TV only had 20 of the 100 listed channels working & intermittently at best. When I asked at the front desk I was asked if wanted a TV guide. I explained I just wanted to know which channels on the list worked. I was told “everything but the sports channels” when I advised that I get the sports channels but not the other channels I received a shrug. After rebooting the coax splitter behind the TV, I was able to get 46/100 channels. The HVAC was on its last legs. At startup it would make a loud constant tink tink tink sound of metal on metal - so we used the fireplace in the room and kept the window cracked. Having hot water was random - sometimes we had it other times none. The first morning we received a call from the front desk asking if we had checked in… The one morning when we were relaxing in the room there was a voltage drop occurring on the property, as all the lights where pulsing. The day we were leaving the door handle to the 3rd floor elevator area was almost falling off. This place gives a vibe of understaffed and/or underfunded maintenance. Breakfast was okay - you select a frozen breakfast sandwich or cereal, yogurt, granola bar, and small juice. If you are staying multiple days make sure to stop by the office to make your selections the night before. Downtown is a short 10 min walk - so that was handy.

Very nice accommodations. Our room was close to all of the offered amenities and all were clean and well kept. All requests were met and completed in a very short period and the staff was outstanding. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Front desk has a horrible and unfriendly people

The front office employees were all rude and treated everyone like they were a bother. This is our second time staying at this location and they appear to have all new employees this year. We do not plan on staying here again. The rooms are beat up but clean. The staff in the front office need classes on customer service and hospitality. You are losing business because of it.

I arrived before 3:00 pm and the front desk agent was very kind and permitted me to check in without any issue. She didn’t have to allow it, but she had a room available, so she did it. I am very thankful for this level of service. You don’t always find it in the world. I will stay here when I return to Leavenworth and I will tell my friends and family also to stay here.

Was given key to a room that was still being cleaned, so had to haul luggage and everything back to reception. Receptionist also got my name wrong at check-in, and subsequently nearly charged me for a room that was prepaid! The usual hot breakfast is not being served; instead they give you a prepackaged miserable excuse for food. How stingy of them.

No issues whatsoever. After check out, they notified me that I had left a valuable object in the room. I returned to recover it, and I was very impressed by the care & honesty of the housekeeping staff !!!

The staff is amazing! I requested to have a little surprise in the room for my wife's birthday and they delivered. I trully appreciate the effort they did with the short notice. Highly recommend this place! Rock stars!

The front desk was horrible. Very unfriendly and rude. Went down to get our breakfast that is ordered the day before and was met with a very rude front desk. Also the bed was horrible. Would not recommend staying here

A special shout out to Desk Clerk Daniel who was very helpful in printing a document for us. Also appreciate the 24-hour coffee available in the office.

The HoJo was very centrally located so we parked the car and walked everywhere...the pool was wonderful for a coolinh dip during the warm afternoons. Breakfast came with the room and was a perfect way to start the day. We especially loved the idea of no services during our stay so we never had to worry about what time we needed to leave/return to the room (would love to see more hotels doing this).All in all, we would definitely return and recommend this hotel!spot

Really enjoyed our stay here. Located within walking distance to the town and lots of dining options. Room was clean and staff are very kind and accommodating. Breakfast that was served was also quite good.

Spacious room, location is not at downtown and walkable to main area and downtown. Staff is friendly and bus stop at door steps to go Cashmere and Wanachee. All free.

I was happy with the staff and property, comfortable beds, having a microwave and frig. Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the clean refreshing pool. The hotel was in walking distance to Leavenworth shops and restaurants. I would stay there again and recommend it.

Our room was cozy, quiet, and comfortable. Easy walk into town and to the Leavenworth Adventure Park. Friendly staff too!

Dated rooms and breakfast was poor.

Property as a whole was aged, floor was very squeaky in my unit and the bathroom and kitchenette was out dated and worn. You can only hide so many things with caulking and paint of a similar color. Also, the bag breakfast to go was stapled, so I didn’t know until I got to where I was going that I needed to microwave my frozen sandwich.

My daughter loved the diferente options for waffles and fruits. They're were also eggs and different bread. The only down side was there weren't a lot of healthy options or gluten free things like oatmeal or boiled eggs. The bed was comfortable and it was mostly quiet. The pool was nice too

Part of the booking said they had a morning breakfast buffet included. Waffles, pancakes, eggs bacon etc. they did not. If this was included in price, then we didn’t receive our value for the booking. They only had a ticket order style microwaved breakfast sandwich and we had to ask for tickets each day.

Great location, clean and staff were friendly. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. They offer free breakfast but choices are cereal or microwaveable breakfast sandwich that they bring in sack in the morning.

The room could have used a night light and a continental breakfast would be nice, instead of the "to go" breakfast in a sack.

The breakfast is a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich (that you heat in your room) and juice delivered to your room in a brown bag. During COVID I could understand but not now. Pretty pathetic for a major hotel chain.
