Las habitaciones no las limpian. Las alfombras estan muy sucias. El area de la alberca esta descuidada, los camastros ni puedes estar en ello de los marranos que estan. NO tienen colchas , los elevadores huelen muy mal.

There were a couple of issues when we arrived, but Emily at the front desk did EXCELLENT to solve the issues. Emily, John, and Michael made the stay amazing with their great customer service. Thanks for going the extra mile. When you book at this hotel, make sure to call more than 24 hours ahead of time to book the shuttle for the airport or the Amtrak. They will need your information to schedule the pick up or drop off. Great staff.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Older property but our room was updated and modern, very comfortable. Comfy bed and temp. I saw some reviews that talked about valet parking. There is now self parking which the staff explained very well. You pull into the front under the canopy, go inside and check in. Then the parking lot is around the block at the back of the hotel. After getting key cards, you return to the street and drive around back, making two immediate right turns and enter an older parking garage. It connects to the hotel with walkway to the hotel on the second floor. Hotel parking spaces are marked. Park near the walk way and enter with the key and the hotel elevators are just inside, its easy in and out as much as you want. Very easy.

Staff was very helpful with making sure we could stay in the same room after having to book another day. However it took a solid 8-10 minutes for the hot water to come on (no exaggeration) therefore not only was it a waste of water to run it that long every time we needed to shower or wash our face but we did not know when we checked in and it put us behind on our schedule our first day there.
