House was perfect for us,beds comfi and baths really bonus. A small improvement that could be made is an update of kitchen supplies. I had to go

The property was cozy and comfortable with all the basic needs. Suitable size and layout for family with kids in their late teens. The location was great.

The house is about halfway between the Town which is on the river and Ocean Beach where the river mouth meets the ocean, which was really convenient.The house was clean and tidy.Only minor things were there was no firewood when we got there, it does say firewood is provided for the colder months, reading other reviews i note this subject has come up before, i think it would be better to say you either get 1 bag of firewood or you dont - its too amigious, it was certainly cold enough when we were there!The only other minor thing was that there is nowhere really set up outside to BBQ, no covered area makes it difficult to BBQ in the rain, would imagine that no covered are in summer would be quite hot as well.Overall good value for money and would definitely consider staying here again (:
