We loved the entire experience! The cabin was beautiful and clean. The morning breakfast was delicious and everyone was so friendly. We will definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay from our beautiful cabin to the hot tub to the camp fire and smores. The breakfast was delicious and staff friendly. Great experience! We talked about coming back as we sat by the fire. We also met a couple while we were getting the fire wood set up. Cozy experience and a great way to relax away from busy city life. Thank you for a beautiful experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Lookout Mountain Inn! Our cottage was so cozy and ‘homey’ with a beautiful, large garden tub, fireplace and outdoor covered deck that had a large sofa swing and tv, along with curtains that could enclose you in! The included breakfast was very special - all homemade with pretty dishes and cloth napkins!

Room and breakfast were very nice; property was pretty. Check in was an absolute nightmare. I arrived 6:20 PM and thought I was locked out. I called for help. I waited nearly 3 hours for someone to show up and when he did it turned out that it’s just that the old door sticks so terribly that it needs a special kind of secured code of push/push down/then pull to open. I actually cried a little in frustration and embarrassment when he popped it right open. We closed it and I showed him my best try - so he saw me slam my weight into it and kick it and have no luck until I figured out the stupid secret push and pull code to open it like he did. It was still hard but manageable. Mind you, I’d been trying that door the whole time - maybe 20+ individual tries slamming my weight into it and even locking it (because the lady on the phone said it might just be sticking and it was humid and miserable outside and I had important work I needed to do). I was not just waiting around. I’m 5’2” 105 lbs, so maybe I’m not that strong. However, even my college aged son couldn’t get it open when we stopped by later and I had him try. They didn’t offer any discount or even follow up or give even a cursory apology either. I’m sure they just thought I was a mindless idiot too stupid to figure out how to jiggle their door open. I otherwise loved my stay; but the way that was handled left a very sour taste in my mouth.

We love Lookout Mountain Inn! The staff was amazing. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and our room was perfect! Will definitely be coming back!
