No available parking. There were double the number of room to the parking spaces. The motion light didn’t work in the upstairs hallway. We had to use the light on my cell phone to see. The hair dryer was broke. The toilet plunger broken. My days and Rodeway are past forever

Parking lot small and tight. Room was upstars and hard to locate front desk had no site maps. When we got to room toilet backing up called front desk told me to come get the plunger and clear it myself. Later the maintenance guy showed up as I was unable to clear it, he did get it working but we were afraid to use it It was a good location for downtown access to restaurants and taverns within walking distance, afraid to leave parking lot as we may not have a spot for vehicle when we return. Overall terrible experience....should have stayed somewhere else

Small parking lot, if you drive a full size pickup and there are multiple in the lot you’ll be making 5-6 point turns. Bed and room was comfortable, would have been much better with good pillows.

There was an extra $10 charge for checking in. I could not use the closet because it was used for storage. They had 6 large hotel mirrors stored there. They charged other customers for an extra vehicle parking and left me without a parking space. I had to park two blocks two away in freezing weather

The ice machine was broken and they didn't seem to care. They should have gotten bagged ice to give out. There are unsafe stairs that I'm sure are a code violation. Overall, the hotel is dirty, in poor visitation. But, it's in a great location.

The cleanliness of the rooms are beyond questionable. The pillows had no pillowcases. Pillows were disgusting and had dried blood stains. I had to sacrifice a t shirt to use as a pillowcase and still used a towel on top to lay my head on. I would not stay here again.

If you want to feel clean, do not stay here. The bathroom was extremely dirty. There was somebody’s hair all over the bedding and bathroom. There was a fake nail and dirty bandaid stuck to the floor in the bathroom as well. The mini fridge had old salmon in the corner it stank very bad. I asked the hotel management to clean the room again so we left while they did that and when we came back all of that was still on the bathroom floor. I had to ask for cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom myself. Which proved how dirty the floor was when the white rags ended up grey and brown after using them to clean the bathroom and shower floor. They would not offer me a refund, only $10 for hotel nightly cleaning fee for one night. The only thing good about this place is its location. If you stay here, bring your own cleaning supplies and ask for new bedding when you arrive.

This property disgusting!!! While we don’t expect a five star resort for the money we paid, we certainly did expect it to be clean. Upon entering the room we immediately smelled cigarette smoke which gave my wife a migraine. The bed spread even had a cigarette butt burn in it. The synthetic hardwood floor was dusty and dirty. The parking area had very limited parking and what parking they did have was so tight I had to let my wife out of the car before backing into a space. The water pressure was almost non-existent and was difficult to fully rinse the soap from our hair and bodies. There is very limited eating establishments within walking distant in the evening. This place seriously needs to be tore down.

Thr room stank like cat pee and the carpet near the closet was soaked. The carpet had obviously not been vacuumed and there was a piece of trash on the floor in the bathroom. The bottom of the bathroom door was off the hinge. There was water and a coffee drink left in the fridge from a previous customer. I woke up with a stuffy nose and sore throat. We only stayed because it was almost midnight when we arrived and were too exhausted to figure out something else. It is the worst room I have EVER stayed in.

Not a great experience. There was hair in the tub still as well as a used bar od soap. 5 minutes after I walked into the room one of the staff uses a card at my door and lets himself in unannounced. Scared the heck out of me and left me uncomfortable the entire time. I immediately cancelled my future stay and ate the cost because i was so uncomfortable. It was loud because of the train and traffic. The pillows were bad. The TV worked well so that was a positive but no I don’t recommend.

I know the hotel can\'t help its location but it was incredibly noisy with a busy highway and a busy freight train track right outside--and no attempt at sound proofing windows or doors. In fact every time someone else slammed their door, ours banged and rattled in response. The stairs to our second floor room had narrow treads and uneven risers, making then somewhat scary to use. The room was incredibly small, and lacked basics like bedside lamps--only very glary overhead lights. The "desk" was jammed up under the clothes hanging rack which made it unusable. The sink looked dirty, but on closer inspection was only stained and pitted. The wires and connectors to the TV were dangling across the wall. The window AC unit was efficient but also incredibly loud. The whole effect was so depressing that we didn\'t even stay the night, choosing to drive more hours rather than stay there.

Would not recommend. Room was tiny, doors flimsy, lights inoperable. Repairs to the building are shady at best. Horrible smoke smell in the non smoking room. Did not service the room.

Basic accomidations, small but clean rooms. Pictues on site deceiving. Close to tracks but quiet w AC on. Rooms near street were noisier. Great location that's it. Could use some new towels, ones in room were old and tiered.

The staff was great, the room is outdated but worth it for the price. Location was incredible for us, but the beds were so uncomfortable. We could not get the heater to work, the blankets are so thin and it was so cold. There were other guests, or staff shouting outside of our room from 2AM to 4AM. The pillows were like rocks. I think I slept maybe two hours all night because I was just so cold and uncomfortable.

The shower was filthy. There was hair and what I am assuming was shampoo all over the walls. The AC unit worked but none of the buttons had any type on them. It was just guessing which button would work. The train going by at least once an hour all night long was annoying. It was inexpensive and lived up to its price point.

When we first got there the front desk lady was nice but mumbled and talked so quietly we couldn\'t understand anything and had to pay a $10 "cleaning fee". Our room was barely cleaned from the previous guests. The pervious guests (or others prior) left a nasty cooler in the closet that had rotting gallon of warm milk and a bottle of wine in a substances at the bottom of the cooler. The bed was made but probably not cleaned, there was lots of hair strands left on the bed (ew). The soap in the bathroom was also used and not replenished. When we went to tell the front office the lights were off and the door was locked (night time). We told the staff when we checked out the following morning and was accused of it being our problem we didn\'t say anything sooner. Definitely won\'t come back.

The pervious guests (or others prior) left a nasty cooler in the closet that had rotting gallon of warm milk and a bottle of wine in a substances at the bottom of the cooler. The bed was made but probably not cleaned, there was lots of hair strands left on the bed (ew). The soap in the bathroom was also used and not replenished. When we went to tell the front office the lights were off and the door was locked (night time). We told the staff when we checked out the following morning and was accused of it being our problem we didn\'t say anything sooner. Definitely won\'t come back.

I was greeted in the parking lot by an employee yelling at me asking what I was doing. When i said checking in she said check in wasnt till 3 unless I paid 25$. It was an unfriendly welcome to the property.

We moved to this hotel after a terrible experience at the hotel monte vista and it was everything we needed to turn our stay around! Clean rooms, friendly staff, plenty of parking, and half the price. I recommend this hotel over the other any day!!

Booked online the owners charged me 30 extra bucks for booking on hotels .com and called it tax . They advertise free coffee but keep the doors locked until after 10:00 then they won't let you have any . When I finally did talk them into giving me a cup it was obvious it was days old . Having to walk 5 blocks in 15 degree weather to get coffee when they use it as a selling point made me very angry . Flagstaff is full of shady motels that saw there heyday in the 60s , this is one of them

Not a great experience. There was hair in the tub still as well as a used bar od soap. 5 minutes after I walked into the room one of the staff uses a card at my door and lets himself in unannounced. Scared the heck out of me and left me uncomfortable the entire time. I immediately cancelled my future stay and ate the cost because i was so uncomfortable. It was loud because of the train and traffic. The pillows were bad. The TV worked well so that was a positive but no I don’t recommend.

Located at a major intersection to get around town easily but also across the street from the train tracks so that was a bit loud at times (hard to avoid though anywhere in Flagstaff) Service was nice and easy - old rooms but fixed nicely enough to sleep and shower.

There’s a train right across so if your a light sleeper buy head phones I loved the sound of the train but other family members didn’t, but a very good spot felt like a vegas strip around the corner and lots of little stores and everything was close by

It is right downtown on a corner so that is convenient if you want downtown, plenty of parking for guests. The room we stayed in was upstairs - hand rail didn't go all the way around & steps uneven, dangerous. Towels old, rough, see through; no 'Do Not Disturb' sign; stayed 2 nights no housekeeper in sight; bright light over bed, no lamps; stained sheets; asked for more towels but they didn't bring them, we had to go get them; only amenity was small bar of soap & 2 tiny bottles shampoo; shower in bath - water came from both at same time & we did use it correctly; water lukewarm; room not dusted in at least a week; washcloth from previous guest left in room. Gave them a 2* only because I stayed in one that had noxious smells and they got a 1*. One-half mile from nearest food. Trains run a lot at night but that didn't bother me as I live next to a train. Wasn't really much to like except the housekeeper I spoke to in the morning of check out was pleasant.

Great area right around the corner from all the shoppes, but the room looked dirty i showered there was a pink cap plastic probably from previous guest. I placed the towel on the floor to step out the towel turned brown like the floor hasn't been mopped. Room was extremely tiny, not a lot of space to move around, parking lot was tiny luckily we got a spot o park.Beds were full size so little blankets to get comfy. I guess it could of been worse but still i paid a nice amount of money to stay no breakfast no pool just in case your wondering.

Like being close to the historic district. The office personnel were rude and very hard for us to understand we were told there would be a breakfast but all they had with water down juice and water down coffee, nothing else and no place to have a breakfast, they could not tell me how much per night I was being charged or give me a receipt

You will hear traffic all hours of the night and people out late walking past.there was a huge Vespa convention in town. But that is not something the hotel can control. Everything they provided was exactly as described. They gave great breakfast recommendations. It was a great spot for a cheap price.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Amtrak station and I had a 5am train. They charged me close to $250 because it was Jan 1. Their details on this site are a lie. There is no microwave (40% of why I picked this place), the front desk is not 24/7, and they charge an additional $10 cleaning fee. That fee is not on this site and on their own site they charge $5 for a cleaning fee. There was hair in the bed, sink, shower, and even the door hinges. Visible dirt in the shower, door frames, and walls. The bed is uncomfortable, the heat/ac unit difficult to use and loud, and you can hear everything (even your neighbor snoring). The coffee machine was filthy and still had an old coffee packet. I would've been better off sleeping in the train station. Gross, overpriced, and deceptive.

I chose this location simply because it was a very short walk to the Amtrak station. In that respect I could not be happier, even though the Inn is located on Rte 66 a very busy.noisy road. It is not accessible as there is no elevator and there are no ramps – heavy bags lifted over obstructions and carried upstairs. Walls, carpets, etc, electrical outlets (none in the bathroom in the room I was in) are showing their age. There are good food options open early, even on weekends – and a short walk away. Macy’s for coffee/pastries and some basic breakfast options and Brandy’s next door if you want something much more substantial.

Very nice it’s old school. Walking distance from downtown. Felt very safe . Zero amenities, parking pretty tight. The water gets to whatever temperature you can stand. It’s got a lot of history, original Route 66.

Very dated property would be very nice if updated. Upside very local to Downtown with a great choice of restaurants and bars all walkable we stopped at a bar and met some really nice locals who made our trip even more special thank you !

The place was fine for a quick night. I have stayed there before but it seems it has gone down hill. During check in there were additional fees added then were shown on the app. After checking, we had people walk in twice as we were getting settled in. The shower curtains were broke. With all the issues I could have paid similiar price for something better.

We booked this hotel because it’s close to the train station but if I was you spend the extra money to go to residence inn right behind it. The night we got to town they gave our room away but felt bad and gave us a ride to another hotel. Then it was a hassle to get refund. When we came back through town we already had booked two queens to be given two doubles so very disappointed. Very unmaintained hotel for the price.
