Outdated. Bed squeeked with movement and the sheets had a yellow tinge. Insufficient parking. Would not stay there again.

Our room rate came with a free drink and amazing Asian dinner on ground floor!

The spa in the room was nice.

Hotel Northbridge is an older venue, and has the appearance of a hotel that could do with a makeover but has a certain older charm. On arrival check-in was lovely thanks to a wonderful receptionist, and I went to my room to find water leaking from a PowerPoint on the roof above the spa - onto the tiles! I went straight back down after taking a short video to show him, and he was very apologetic - and immediately gave me a new room and an upgrade. The new room was HUGE, and he slipped a few extra drink vouchers in for me. A few issues with the key cards needing recoding throughout the weekend, but again, fabulous service which helped alleviate the inconvenience. A cheap. convenient hotel that yeah, could do with a makeover, but is pretty damn good as it is :)

Comfortable enough Needs a Reno

Great pub attached. No blow dryer or iron/ironing board in room.

The room was a good size, the spa was awesome, damage on a wall in the toilet needs to be repaired, there was no sugar sachets with the tea & coffee. I rang the reception about 6.15pm with no answer. I rang for about 5 minutes on both numbers from phone in room then from my mobile but no answer. I just needed to know how to set the tv.

Condition of room was below standard. Worn out toilet and spa not appearing clean. Curtains had bad stains and chair was not cleaned, very dusty. We were charged 20 dollars for parking and exit gate was not working apparently not for a month now. We stayed in this hotel 5 years ago in a different room which was a lot better at that time hence the choice to stay here again. Not sure if we will come back now. Staff were friendly.

Room card had to update multiple times 6 at least times. Spa , bed and furniture were all stained, holed and dirty. 2 stars I guess

This hotel has not aged well, stayed previously and was excellent. This time as soon as off the elevator cigarette smell, entered my room and the bedside draw front hanging off. Bath tap dripped entire stay. Although clean very old. No info in room for anything including wifi password.

I think that the Housekeeping department need to up their standards as there were dirty coffee mugs and glasses from the previous guests in the cupboard. Air-conditioning was leaking dripping water onto the carpet we put towels on the floor so that it would some how soak up the water but the carpet was wet in the end

Hair by spa, toilet concrete had broken and actually moved when sitting, AC was terrible, stain on bed linen

Be aware this place is more like a backpackers or rooming house than a hotel. I left rather than stay in a place with a filthy toilet and the smell of fish in the halls.

The room was completely different from the photo. It’s deceiving, sink was clogged, the pillow cases were dirt and they weren’t cleaned well. The map in my room didn’t have a bulb. The

Not what I was expecting for the price. Staff stayed on personal mobile call when I waited at check in desk. I was handed a well used small yellow paper envelope with the key card. The room was dirty with sanitary product wrappers on the floor. The room was filled with scuff marks, cracks on walls. The shower head was dribbling n spurting in all directions which suggested it needed replacing or a good clean. No bathroom or toilet bin only one open bin in main area. Sheets were stained in various places. Shower curtains were used to seperate the bathroom from sleeping area. Not ideal when you’ve booked a two bed room n not sharing with a partner/spouse. Check out no one at reception and didn’t answer my 3 phone calls. Just overall a very unpleasant and underwhelming stay.

To start all taps were loose or broken ,the whole place smelt funny like a musty sort of smell and the spa wasn’t even clean

Staff great the hotel and room really needed refurbishing towels were worn and had tears in them the hotel room was clean but the spa jets looked warm and needed replacing a cost of 18 dollars for the parts and it would of looked inviting the toilet looked like a builder’s bog

Our go to hotel when we stay in perth. Close to everything, always great service and nice clean room, pkus who doesnt love a spa bath in the room! Internet could be upgraded though, last time web pages took forever to load.

Great location. Walk to the CBD. Very aged room. No free wifi.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are very dated and in desperate need of an upgrade, size of the room was good though.

Budget accommodation is outdated and definitely needs a facelift and is noisy. Great location close to the city. 2-3 stars

Very dated hotel. Shower on top of spa in main room area. Terrible sleep from pigeons on the windows ledges. Staff were friendly though.

Dated rooms but clean & tidy close to city centre good value for money

This hotel is a gem, close enough to all Northbridge has to offer, but far enough away to be peaceful & quiet, being close to Hyde Park. It's been beautifully restored keeping it's late 1800's style on the outside. The rooms are so well separated that if there were other guests staying there, we couldnt hear them. Our room was a far away from the Lift as possible, so we didn't hear a thing. The soundproofing of the rooms is excellent. The toilet was difficult to flush & if staying longer I'd have brought it to Management's attention. We managed. There was a knack to it. It was a romantic stay-cation for a special occasion & we only booked it because it was walking distance from the restaurant we wanted to go to, only to find out sadly that the restaurant had closed very suddenly, going out of business only days earlier. But there was no end of other choices within walkng distance. The king-sized bed was so comfortable we slept like babies especially after relaxing in the huge spa. Great value for money. It will be my go-to whenever I want to stay near the city again. It's a short walk or Uber ride to the busy parts of Northbridge, or the endless choice of bars & restaurants on Beaufort St in Mt Lawley & Inglewood. Also only about a $15 Uber ride from Crown Casino. We loved it & will be back whenever my partner is over from Sydney for work or family reasons. Perhaps for 2 nights next time. We loved the location. Couldn't have been a better location.

Soon as I went in the smell of food was strong and we wait like five minutes to someone come out and check us in, some other guest was complaining at the counter for some ac not working in the room. And also we have some trouble with the booking she couldn’t find it or she didn’t know how to use the computer, sorry for said that, wasn’t very smooth check in.

Arrived at 1245 and I was met by a rather rude big kiwi guy at reception. I was informed my room wasn't ready and when I asked when might it be I was told if I wanted an early check in (all of an hour) I'd have to pay an additional $60 to which I laughed. He said he'd call me as soon as it was ready which he never did at 1415 I returned and told it was now ready I should have charged him $60 for it being ready after my check in time. The room itself was average, the light above the basin didn’t work so you had to rely on poor lighting from the room and the basin was badly cracked BUT the worst part was when my partner picked up someone elses underwear thinking they were mine....gross! So much for housekeeping! I eventually spoke to whom I presume was the manager who to her credit cringed when I told her what we'd found and had accounted at check in. The $60 fee she said is only for those wanting like a 1000 or 1100 check in not an hour before which said alot about the guy's attitude at check in in the first place. She kindly refunded 1 nights rate and our parking $20 per night which we appreciated but they need to get rid of their current staff if they want better reviews and believe in customer service. We then went downstairs with the intention of having a drink and a feed to be met with every table being reserved for a party unless we wanted to sit outside near the kerb and traffic. We left and went elsewhere overall a horrible experience and we'll never return.

I had great days at the hotel. All staffs who I met were very helpful. It takes 15-20min from central station on foot but not a problem for me. It’s located on quiet aria. Restaurants were also good.

Not a bad stay, but nothing really stands out. On the edge of residential area, so not very close to transportation or interesting attractions. Train (which was amazing!) was a half mile walk. It was quiet.

We loved the spa, nice welcome drinks and fried rice, bed was comfortable. Cons ! - Manager argued with me when I asked for another one as there should've been two, she said her paperwork said otherwise. My partner went to see her to correct her and she said that she wasn't arguing with me when he could hear it in the spa.
