1. New toilet backed up 2. Very poor painting throughout 3. Staff was incompetent 4. Ice machine did not work 5. Dead palmetto bug in hallway 6. Room was being "fogged" when I arrived 7. Internet connection was very poor 8. Elevator controls did not all illuminate leaving doubt if you were actually going to arrive where you were requesting 9. Desk staff was sporadically at main desk 10. Grounds outside were poorly maintained I HIGHLY recommend to AVOID this location

Meh! I had high hopes, especially when I saw and indoor pool and breakfast and was texted that we could purchase a rollaway bed for an extra $25 for our young child, which I did, however when checking in was told they did not have them. So, I had to make sure that I was not charged for that. The bed was good but the newly renovated floor was extremely dirty. I do not believe that our room was vacuumed before we arrived. Our socks and feet were filthy. The breakfast was horrible. Nothing to drink, had to ask for water. The food was sparce and seeing as we were going into Busch Gardens for the day, we were hoping to eat beforehand. Anyway, there are plenty of other hotels in the area that are just as meh for cheaper. Really expected more form the place and staff.

1st room we woke up from the first night Ants were everywhere! 2nd room the toilet was backed up took 2days for someone to fix. Both indoor and outdoor pools were closed for issues that they clearly don’t disclose on the sight until u get there which is insane especially during a heatwave smh. The nice thing about the hotel were the 2ladies at the front desk tried to be as helpful as they could. This place is undergoing renovations and majority of everything is out of order smh

The pool wasn’t working. There are no laundry facilities on the premises. The bathroom was so dirty, I ended up staying at another hotel and asked for a refund which they denied.

Hotel itself in process of renovation. Dining room and pool areas still closed but lobby and rooms are all brand new and beautiful. Staff unbelievably courteous and kind and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

The staff was polite, friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, i would just pay attention to the pool areas need some tlc. Over all everything was good ill be back to this area for sure.

We got the room in the shower head was broke he said he was going change it I left went to the beach came back in he still didn’t change it, so he gave me a new room then the room was real dirty the floor was so dirty the whole bathroom then the ice maker on the first floor is broke then the pool looks so nasty I only got it for the pool so the kids could get it but we didn’t get in because the pool was so nasty in everything around the pool then is this people leaving the back door open so not safe when is kids in the building out there drinking doing whatever it was just to much going on! Never again would we stay there

Well we were aksed to leave after check in but that was corrected the 1st room had a broken air conditioner then there wasnt a closet nor a table to eat at as well as only 1 chair to sit at.our room wasn't cleaned when we asked she only gave clean towels the tub nor was the bathroom clean hair was still in shower from a previous guest. Had no ice bucket nor did housekeeping dump the trash in the room . The sheets and towels were clean The television didnt work we had to add our Amazon Prime to watch tv, and add the wifi at least 2x a day just to watch tv. There was a continental bkfst but not I wasn't impressed. This was a last min trip the price was affordable and at least 3 other hotels in the area were totally booked when we considered leaving. The pool filter wasnt on and there was an indoor & outdoor locations. NO CHAIRS AROUND IN THE INDOOR AREAS..I WONT EVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS FREE....

The room was large and clean. The hotel is in walking distance to the Captain George seafood buffet and the shopping outlet. There are a number of restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Also, a short drive to Busch Gardens!!

The hotel had a very bad odor. It was supposed to be renovated but was not fully done. Can’t open windows or turn on exhaust fan. Very uncomfortable.. overpriced.. dirty and room phone did not work. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF THOUGH.

Rooms weren’t the cleanest, they painted over the peep holes on the doors which is a huge safety issue. Doors didn’t shut all the way so that was another safety issue. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Tv wouldn’t connect to the network. WiFi hardly worked. Lobby smelled like a soured dish rag

Don’t be fooled by the pretty photos of a modern looking hotel room, this is a low rent hotel. The folks at the front desk were nice, but I think the good experience ended there. We were initially given a room that turns out was already occupied (awkward…and very confusing to everyone - even the staff)! The bathroom in our replacement room was gross and needed maintenance: hair in the tub and sink, no hot water for the sink (only the cold water pipe was connected to the faucet), the tub drained VERY slowly, and the diverter valve that should have activated the shower only diverted about a third of the water. The room’s paper thin walls made it sound like the adjacent unit unit’s alarm clock was going off somewhere in our room. We were literally trying to find the iphone to turn it off before real realizing it wasn’t ours. Oh yeah, the TV kept turning itself on throughout the night - possibly someone else was unintentionally controlling it with a similar remote in a different room (once again, paper thin walls?) but ultimately I just had to unplug it. Pretty much everything sucked. Breakfast was a bare-bones free-for-all… The savings for this place wasn’t worth it.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work. Our door wouldn’t shut so we had to latch it. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Limited amount of rooms available so we were stuck with the issues for the night. It wasn’t horrible as far as it was clean and I saw no bugs. But property is clearly under construction with machinery in parking lot and a lot of property still needing upgrades. Our room seemed newly remodeled with updated bathroom and furniture. Walls were clearly painted over causing doors not to latch properly. Okay for a last minute night but wouldn’t suggest for a planned stay/trip

The rooms are ok. I wish they had a keurig for coffee. Our first night we had to switch rooms because the toilet wouldnt flush. The hallway is super loud, you can hear everyone. The staff were friendly. The tv is hard to figure out.

The tv in the room did not work properly. It cut off on us every 10 minutes because the Wi-Fi would give out. The curtains would not close. The window was busted on the corner. We left for the day and came back in our room key was deactivated. We had a family emergency but because we booked through hotels.com. they would not even accommodate that so we had to be gone for an extended period to take care of things and then couldn’t get back in the room. I tried to text the number that was provided to me to ask that they contact the people in the next room so we could get some sleep but did not get a response. The breakfast consisted of cereal a not much else. The area where you get sodas and stuff was practically empty. It looks like the hotel is being or has been renovated, but the renovations are not very good as the elevator didn’t even have the bar on the wall a it was all holes. I would not recommend or ever stay at this hotel again.

Don’t be fooled by the pretty photos of a modern looking hotel room, this is a low rent hotel. The folks at the front desk were nice, but I think the good experience ended there. We were initially given a room that turns out was already occupied (awkward…and very confusing to everyone - even the staff)! The bathroom in our replacement room was gross and needed maintenance: hair in the tub and sink, no hot water for the sink (only the cold water pipe was connected to the faucet), the tub drained VERY slowly, and the diverter valve that should have activated the shower only diverted about a third of the water. The room’s paper thin walls made it sound like the adjacent unit unit’s alarm clock was going off somewhere in our room. We were literally trying to find the iphone to turn it off before real realizing it wasn’t ours. Oh yeah, the TV kept turning itself on throughout the night - possibly someone else was unintentionally controlling it with a similar remote in a different room (once again, paper thin walls?) but ultimately I just had to unplug it. Pretty much everything sucked. Breakfast was a bare-bones free-for-all… The savings for this place wasn’t worth it.

After bicycling 60 miles, property said machine for door cards was broken and they could not get people into rooms. Excuse does not check out as management, cleaning, and maintenance all have master cards, so it’s a bigger issue. Options given (a) get a refund or (b) wait ~4 hours for a replacement machine may or may not arrive (it didn’t). While looking for other hotels, worker said “If a door is open, I will put you in that room. You just will not be able to leave and lock the door or you’ll be locked out of the room” (ie, if I left the room, I had to keep the door ajar with my valuables in the open/unlocked room). He found a room with an open door and started to process it when a renovator said the room was not available because it was not complete and was in use. Worker found another room with an open door. As I was putting my bicycle in the room he said “Hey you got $10? Common man, I got you in the room.” I had to fight with the deadbolt lock for 10 minutes because the door was not aligned with the door frame. All USB outlets/adapters did not work, except for one. Shower head was dismantled. Door’s towel hook fell off. No WiFi info given. TV was not set up and could not be set up because no WiFi info was given. So bad, I only stayed 1 of 2 nights. I luv this hotel as far as the rooms, wich are fresh, crisp look like theryre strate out of an ikea commercial, indoor pool and close to shopping , but all the time i stayed i only saw breakfast one time , and was told differnet things by 2 staff members , one said only on wknds , other said they do continental b fast some days and full breakfast others..i cannot say wich is the case...the staff is mostly incredible but i had 2 bad experiences and am disappointed because i like this hotel so much...a staff member banged on my door at 1pm in afternoon,sayin i was too loud talkin on phone and was disturbing guests ,it was embarrassing and i felt so uncomfortable ...now when u walk down the hall, u hear Tvs, people talking & laughing, playing music etc, this is alll normal , its a hotel, but to telll a good customer that had been good to every staff member , tipped everybody daily etc, that they cant talk on phone have to be quiet cuz u can hear me talking was mind blowing, imagine its 1pm and u feel like u cant even speak because youll get in trouble, smh..so i went n spoke to another staff member , long strory short somebody staying there does tnings that causes them to stay up for days, then gets upset when theyre coming down tryna sleep because u can hear normal human behavior, unreal , i still cannot believe this staff member chose to still come to my door and embarass me like that..my entire 8 day stay was ruined because i was walking on egg shells so be aware

The room was fine. But,I had to file a claim with my bank to get my $50 incidentals deposit back. They didn’t have a phone number which to reach them. That’s incredibly bad business.

The property was going under refurbishment and it was not actually by Wyndham. It was a days Inn if it had been advertised as the days inn in, we would not have even ventured in there. Their service was terrible and their key cards did not work, which means every time somebody left the room. They had to have somebody there to help them lock and unlock the door. Unacceptable.

So i came back to thos hotel becaur it truly is nice bug qasnt worth stay by tome i got to my room as i booked on this app had conf # and receipt and even tho guy at desk knows me and knows i paud he woukdnt let me check in becaude hitels.com booked thru erd party and they hadnt paid theu yet..i just feel thaf shoukdnt have been put on me , ubwas upsdt becaur i went becaudse i needed a good realx nute and wanted ti enjoy their amaxxing bed , and the indoor pool and couldnt do either, they apoarently had 1e othwr ppl this happen to on wknd and i guess i was used ti make an example to the co , ghe hotel is very nice , staff is great justvwsnt to make pll aware this can happen it was awful and i had to pay for room in cash as well n then sownd 4 hrs online and phone tryn to straighten it out myself

We booked three rooms for only one night to break up our trip to the Outer Banks. I loved the size of the rooms and the fact that there were no carpets due to dust mite allergy. The breakfast had a great assortment of choices for everyone. The staff is friendly, professional and took pride in their work. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was polite, friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, i would just pay attention to the pool areas need some tlc. Over all everything was good ill be back to this area for sure.

The room was large and clean. The hotel is in walking distance to the Captain George seafood buffet and the shopping outlet. There are a number of restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Also, a short drive to Busch Gardens!!

Had everything I needed for a good nights sleep at an affordable rate compared to other hotels nearby. Thought the location was good, just a little outside of town, but there are sidewalks which allowed me to take a walk into the shopping district and explore a bit.

Well we were aksed to leave after check in but that was corrected the 1st room had a broken air conditioner then there wasnt a closet nor a table to eat at as well as only 1 chair to sit at.our room wasn't cleaned when we asked she only gave clean towels the tub nor was the bathroom clean hair was still in shower from a previous guest. Had no ice bucket nor did housekeeping dump the trash in the room . The sheets and towels were clean The television didnt work we had to add our Amazon Prime to watch tv, and add the wifi at least 2x a day just to watch tv. There was a continental bkfst but not I wasn't impressed. This was a last min trip the price was affordable and at least 3 other hotels in the area were totally booked when we considered leaving. The pool filter wasnt on and there was an indoor & outdoor locations. NO CHAIRS AROUND IN THE INDOOR AREAS..I WONT EVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS FREE....

Meh! I had high hopes, especially when I saw and indoor pool and breakfast and was texted that we could purchase a rollaway bed for an extra $25 for our young child, which I did, however when checking in was told they did not have them. So, I had to make sure that I was not charged for that. The bed was good but the newly renovated floor was extremely dirty. I do not believe that our room was vacuumed before we arrived. Our socks and feet were filthy. The breakfast was horrible. Nothing to drink, had to ask for water. The food was sparce and seeing as we were going into Busch Gardens for the day, we were hoping to eat beforehand. Anyway, there are plenty of other hotels in the area that are just as meh for cheaper. Really expected more form the place and staff.

I was very pleased with my stay. This hotel is going a good job at their updating and renovation project. The room was clean. Refrigerator microwave. Hopefully a coffee machine soon. This hotel has a good future with its upcoming restaurant & additional meeting spaces. Staff was very nice. Wish you the best! Will consider you again. Blessings.

The breakfast had a great assortment of choices for everyone. The staff is friendly, professional and took pride in their work. I would definitely stay there again.
We booked three rooms for only one night to break up our trip to the Outer Banks. I loved the size of the rooms and the fact that there were no carpets due to dust mite allergy. Hotel itself in process of renovation. Dining room and pool areas still closed but lobby and rooms are all brand new and beautiful. Staff unbelievably courteous and kind and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

The breakfast was only available on the weekends. Juice, cereal, assorted breadsand fresh fruit. Bed was hard as a rock. The shower water pressure was laughable.

The place smells like mold. The AC broke, then it was fixed and then it broke. There was some type of black mold or black slime on the AC power cord. The crack heads across the street in the gas station grass was different but added to the overall stay. The sheets were clean. If my wife was with me I wouldn’t have allowed her in the place

We arrived late and nobody was at the front desk to greet us. It took nearly 30 minutes to check in and when we arrived to our room it was stuffy and the A/C was not plugged in (it was over 100 degrees that day). We decided to cut out stay short and Sherry at the front desk was extremely helpful and very understanding.

The AC was in the corner of the room so it didnt reach the whole room well. There was also an elevator that always stopped on the second floor. Overall the staff was very nice but the facility was poorly maintained and the room and hallway were not well air conditioned.
