The size of room was perfect for 2 people. New hotel so everything was clean and comfortable. Check in was a little busy when we arrived but staff was very nice ! They also have a nice small gym. No breakfast only coffee. It is a 15+min drive to the city in Charlotte. I would stay here again. I would suggest you bring your own hair dryer .

While staying at this property, there were several cars broken into. I had to go 24 hours with no hot water and the staff act like they didn’t even want to accommodate me for that. A certain staff members can be more friendlier and welcoming.

This was my initial stay at this particular hotel. The staff was very helpful…esp EDDIE at the front desk. Hotel and room were very clean and were all I needed for my stay for the most part. Location is tucked away in a business park near I-77 and Tryon Rd…convenient to Uptown Charlotte. Security for guests is upgraded through mandatory use of room keys in order to access main corridors/elevator areas. No breakfast options or restaurant available on site however there’s coffee in the lobby…along with vending machines. There are many restaurant options in the Tryon Rd area close by. Rooms have full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, drop-in hotplate, and sink for cooking. Plenty of storage as well. No carpeting to worry about…flooring throughout hotel/room is luxury vinyl plank (LVP). Simple/basic hotel/room for extended stays. Good value for the money. My only recommendation would be to install ice machines on the hotel floors…or at least ice machines in the freezer area of refrigerator.

The address shown is not correct. Either that or maps has not updated. Very noisy, seems like the walls are thin considering I could hear the folks above me getting it on. One of the days, there was no hot water while I showered. Also noticed a car with a busted out window, which led me to believe that it’s possible cars aren’t safe there. So I made sure to park where the cameras had a view.

New place nice clean safe water doesn’t get hot enough or pressure isnt strong but we stayed only a night it was fine also double check address they had it posted wrong on this site resulting us to drive another 32 mins away from our event. Upon checking into the listed address apparently they were experiencing this same problem with multiple people. This is ARROWOOD location not Deboer! Front desk ENTIRE staff is awesome @ both location. Woodsprings customer service is A1

Hotel was nice as it's new, but the smell of weed hits you as soon as you walk in. The walls are not very insulated as it sounded like the people above us were rearranging their room all night. As we were checking out there was a trail of blood leading to the elevator. If I hadn't of been with my husband i definitely would not have felt safe staying here. The guy at the front desk was super nice, but I will not be staying here again.

The hotel is brand new on located at 1555 W Arrowhead Rd and not near IKEA. Look at this location and not what it says online to get the correct placement. It is a decent place to stay with all new fixtures. The rooms are spacious, but there are few frills. We didn't use the kitchenette area. The room smelled of marijuana, and the walls/floors were thin. Our neighbors upstairs were heavy walkers, stayed up till after 1, and were up by 8. You get what you pay for, but the area was quiet and safe, with dining options a short drive away.

Nice hotel. Clean, friendly and quiet and inexpensive. Stayed during Thanksgiving, therefore front desk and service staff were limited (had no effect on me personally). Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbor snoring 😴. Beds are on ole skool frames and the floors are wood, so bed could slide a lil bit. Heating/cooling unit worked well. Bed was clean and comfortable with 4 comfortable pillows and a decent tv with "REAL" cable stations. Minutes from strip malls, Walmart and downtown Charlotte. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Blah, unappealing, stark. “Water saving” shower heads have no pressure. The doors are weighted to slam shut. Good luck sleeping if anyone in the hall is opening or closing doors.

The building seemed very new. The staff was really good. The doors of the property are very loud and you can hear them at all hours, but I did sleep just fine. A full fridge and a kitchen sink is a really nice touch as well

Hotels address is incorrect. Took us to a location across town where we were informed this happens all the time and given a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ADDRESS to the one found online and on their voicemail. Front desk wouldn’t answer my calls or calls from choice hotels. This must happen a lot because their voicemail was full. The actual address was an hour away from our event so we asked for a refund or to transfer to the woodspring we were physically at and were denied. Then the Woodspring wouldnt let me use their restroom before we had to drive across town to the other location! I hate writing a bad review but this was truly a horrible treatment of a customer.

The size of room was perfect for 2 people. New hotel so everything was clean and comfortable. Check in was a little busy when we arrived but staff was very nice ! They also have a nice small gym. No breakfast only coffee. It is a 15+min drive to the city in Charlotte. I would stay here again. I would suggest you bring your own hair dryer .

The hotel is brand new on located at 1555 W Arrowhead Rd and not near IKEA. Look at this location and not what it says online to get the correct placement. It is a decent place to stay with all new fixtures. The rooms are spacious, but there are few frills. We didn't use the kitchenette area. The room smelled of marijuana, and the walls/floors were thin. Our neighbors upstairs were heavy walkers, stayed up till after 1, and were up by 8. You get what you pay for, but the area was quiet and safe, with dining options a short drive away.

The map and directions to the hotel take you to a Woodsprinfs suites 30 minutes on the other side of Charlotte. Very inconvenient. I think Orbitz is to blame also

This was my initial stay at this particular hotel. The staff was very helpful…esp EDDIE at the front desk. Hotel and room were very clean and were all I needed for my stay for the most part. Location is tucked away in a business park near I-77 and Tryon Rd…convenient to Uptown Charlotte. Security for guests is upgraded through mandatory use of room keys in order to access main corridors/elevator areas. No breakfast options or restaurant available on site however there’s coffee in the lobby…along with vending machines. There are many restaurant options in the Tryon Rd area close by. Rooms have full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, drop-in hotplate, and sink for cooking. Plenty of storage as well. No carpeting to worry about…flooring throughout hotel/room is luxury vinyl plank (LVP). Simple/basic hotel/room for extended stays. Good value for the money. My only recommendation would be to install ice machines on the hotel floors…or at least ice machines in the freezer area of refrigerator.

The address shown is not correct. Either that or maps has not updated. Very noisy, seems like the walls are thin considering I could hear the folks above me getting it on. One of the days, there was no hot water while I showered. Also noticed a car with a busted out window, which led me to believe that it’s possible cars aren’t safe there. So I made sure to park where the cameras had a view.

Hotels address is incorrect. Nice hotel. Clean, friendly and quiet and inexpensive. Stayed during Thanksgiving, therefore front desk and service staff were limited (had no effect on me personally). Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbor snoring 😴. Beds are on ole skool frames and the floors are wood, so bed could slide a lil bit. Heating/cooling unit worked well. Bed was clean and comfortable with 4 comfortable pillows and a decent tv with "REAL" cable stations. Minutes from strip malls, Walmart and downtown Charlotte. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews, good or bad, but this experience was concerning enough that I feel others should be warned. I stayed here in late March for my daughter’s frisbee tournament because her team was staying here. I expected a basic hotel, and that was fine. The problems went far beyond that. My daughter’s flight was delayed and when her team arrived late, their rooms had been given away despite several attempts to call the hotel to notify them. No one answered. Even more concerning, I left my room for a few hours Saturday and returned to find my door ajar. Inside was a cup of soda spilled across the floor, with the cup, lid and straw left behind. It was not mine. Someone had clearly been in my room, yet the front desk showed no concern and said no one could help because housekeeping did not work weekends. I was even refused extra towels to clean it up because extra towels are not policy. I finally asked for a mop and was handed one without a bucket. The employee was rude and dismissive and actually told me he didn’t care because he had given his notice and wouldn’t be working there much longer. I cleaned up as best I could, packed my belongings and checked out a night early because I no longer felt comfortable staying there. I was told I would not be refunded for the unused night. A basic hotel is one thing. Finding your room unsecured and evidence someone entered it, followed by complete indifference from staff, is entirely different. I would not stay here again.
