had a great time at one of the best places for recovery. The service staff was extraordinary and very helpful. The breakfast was great, and it is close to the Dead Sea. I will continue going there.

It's a really nice place. Friendly staff. Adorable rooms, kids loved the second floor! The outside offers a few fun activities as well. All in all great experience!

O hotel tem excelentes instalações e é bem aconchegante. Contudo, a equipe de atendimento da recepção é muito reduzida e fica claramente sobrecarregada. Logo, o serviço acaba deixando a desejar. A banheira de hidromassagem estava com bastante sujeira, principalmente dentro dela (ao ligar a hidromassagem, saia bastante sujeira na água). Comunicamos a recepção, mas nada foi feito, mesmo após cobrá-los. Ficamos 2 diárias e saímos para fazer passeios de manhã, retornando no final do dia. Quando retornamos, nenhum dos 2 quartos que reservamos estava arrumado. Falamos com a recepção, mas não tinham funcionários para realizar a arrumação. Chegamos ao hotel pouco depois do horário de check-in (15h) e um dos quartos ainda não estava disponível, ficando disponível apenas as 16:30h. O horário do funcionamento da piscina é reduzido (até as 17h), sendo que nessa época, o céu só escurece depois das 19:30h. Poderia estender um pouco mais o horário. Café da manhã com bastante variedade, mas é bom chegar cedo, pois as coisas acabam.
