Unfortunately this property has declined over the years - still a great stay, but the blinds were very torn up & we found trash under the beds.

The property is conveniently located, and the beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival, we found multiple instances of damage to the property, and most windows were not closed / not secure - some were not able to be closed all the way due to faulty installation. The property manager was notified and told us that maintenance would be notified of the issues. This particular unit faces the roadway (not the parking area as pictured) and the building across the street has a floodlight that stays on all night, filling the master bedroom with light through the mini-blinds. Be sure to bring an eye mask as well as soap / shampoo for the shower.

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient expecially being so close to the airport. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again!

My daughter & I stayed at the Modern 2BR townhouse. We found it to be centrally located & convenient to both the city itself but also to RIT and the surrounding area where my daughter is in school. The place is quite clean & had everything we needed including coffee with creamers ready to go! We'd stay here again.
