A King room was reserved and paid for at 6:27 on 5/8/26 for one night and and when we got the to check in 45 minutes later they couldn’t find out reservation because they had been having glitches in there system due to updates and therefore some peoples reservations were lost and luckily we were one of them. They could not give us another room due to being completely booked, but assured us that we would be able to get a FULL REFUND through Hotels.com with no problems since was out of our control. We had to find a new hotel for that evening and still have not been able to get past the lovely hold music for more than 30 minutes at a time in order to request our refund. Could someone please look into this and give us our refund. Thank you in advance for any help you can give us regarding this matter. Kim wade
