Booked king room 316. Bedding very comfortable. Window air conditioner was very loud. Needs maintenance, rattling noise not normal.Carpet in room had some stains. Didn't use pool or hot tub. Area looked clean. Water was cloudy. Lots of cleaning crew working around hotel. Breakfast didn't have many choices.

The refrigerator didn’t work and the dust beside the refrigerator and microwave was pretty thick. The bed side table and phone were dusty also but not as bad. Everything else was clean and I felt comfortable walking around barefoot and using the shower.

Fine property. Breakfast included eggs and sausages and an assortment of cereals, breads etc—nothing fancy but certainly adequate to start your day. The room was fine, though the shower in the room we were given was hard to manage and I never did succeed in getting it to work well. My fault for not asking for a different room. Also, due to the common problem of many motels/hotels not having enough staff, the rooms were only cleaned, new towels etc if you asked. We were fine doing without since our stay was so short.

1st room the a/c wasn't working. Switched to 2nd room but the same thing, so I had a miserable night's sleep and felt terrible for work that day. If you love sleeping without a/c you'll be fine. Not for me though. Won't be back.

My first impression was terrible. The front desk girl was not presentable and not wearing anything refecting best western. The bathroom in my room was full of hair and the toilet was dirty. I stayed in my room after dark because of the clientel walking around. I left a day early because of it and found another hotel

Reported this to the desk on Thursday afternoon and was told that maintenance was not available on that shift. The option was to move to another room. We were on our way out and not coming back until later that evening so that wouldn't work out for us.

Nice size room and bathroom, good breakfast with lots of options for food. Liked the outside window in the breakfast area for lots of natural light. I had prepaid the room so wasn't thrilled with having to give my credit card for possible other room charges. Especially since they put a $200 hold on the card! It was promptly removed when I checked out. To me the fee is excessive and I don't charge things to my room when just staying one night.

Nice hotel for the price! Decent conditions overall. Rooms were nice. Bathroom shower wasn't the smoothest to operate, and we did find a random hair or two on the towels. Breakfast was terrific and had lots of options. The hotel staff was very pleasant too. Overall, a great stay.

This was a complete shock for the price. I had a room with a jetted tub. The girl who checked me in was great. And her sister was there as well. She lives at the hotel so not loitering. THE TUB HAD TWO SCUM RINGS. I HAD TO CLEAN THE TUB MYSELF. The front desk helped me find the stuff needed to properly de-scum it. Surprisingly, it was never suggested that housekeeping would do it. Upon checkout, the front desk staff was shocked at this as well. They made NO adjustment for the room. Did not suggest any remedy. This hotel is old, dated, not at all as it was rated. Towels were threadbare, linens and pillows were sour with that old sweat smell. This was not a completely terrible stay so difficult to rate properly. At $239 and property description, I expected SO much better. Clean room and fresh, thick towels and bedding are essential for ANY hotel. I did enjoy my conversation with the sisters. This is definitely not what was advertised and there has never been any time where I had to clean my room before using it.

We had a nice clean room with a very comfortable bed. We didn’t use any amenities, or eat breakfast, as we needed to get on the road early. Would stay here again.
