First time staying and it was nice. Staff was very nice an we enjoyed the pool. The dog park was surprisingly bigger than what we thought for a small hotel. The gate to the dog park needs to be fixed since our big dog was able to push it open because the lach is very loose. Everyone was happy and breakdfast we delicious, will be back. PS. coffee was very good also.

Nicely painted exterior and interior, clean both outside and inside. Good parking space, two charger spaces for Tesla vehicles. Room that we stayed, King suite felt spacious. But you could hear traffic and people in other rooms. Bare minimum Continental breakfast. Hallway and elevators had weird smell all the time, wish they could do something about it! Furniture in the room old but clean. Bed and sofa were comfortable. Overall reasonably priced and fits the description of 2 star stay.

The bed, blankets, and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast had limited options and they ran out well before the end of service, the hot tub wasn’t anything special. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom nor a steam fan. There was no soundproofing so we were often woken up by noisy dogs or children.

This is the 2nd time My wife and I and the dogs stayed in this place This is by no means a Marriott hotel but for the price you pay it is very good! It is clean. Some minor things are not new new but clean and acceptable. You can tell it has been renovated not too long ago. There is a fenced dog area for the dogs to do theirs business. Nice and well maintained. We did not use the swimming pool but there is one. The breakfast is adequate with fruits and waffle machine. Eggs and bread. Breakfast are is clean and pleasing. My wife and I and the pugs will definitely go back to stay in this Hotel/Motel. Lawrence and Berry

My husband and are driving across country and we were very pleased to come across this property. We stayed for one night and had a wonderful welcome by the gentleman at the front desk. He was very helpful and accommodating. We even got a change to take a nice dip in The pool to wash the days driving off of us. I would recommend and stay again.

This was our first time staying here I was skeptical because of past reviews and I should have listened there were roaches in the room and the other guests on our floor were very loud and obnoxious so we got no rest and the room was dirty

The staff was cool they had good service but it was nasty when you walked inside the building and it had like a dog smell. The floors was dirty had mud everywhere. Soon as I walked in I seen the floors inside the building in the smell I already knew my room wasn’t going to be like the pictures I seen online. Walked up to the room my bathroom was nasty my sheets had brown spots on them with pubic hairs & on my towels. I stayed there for an hour then I checked out to check in at Holiday Inn was 10 times better. My child & I was comfortable!

When we walked in the room, it look clean, but my daughter killed two roaches, and I killed another one so I’m sure there’s more and the front door which is the only door of course totally an open space on the bottom there is no door sweep. I didn’t like it. I did complain to the front office. He was going to move me but we had too much stuff and we were so tired. We went ahead and dealt with it.

Upon check in, horrible smell roamed the corridors and lobby. Inside room smelled very musty. Cockroach scattering on the floor. Pillow and bed felt like concrete and walls are paper thin. Took kids outside to pool area and it smelled like a dumpster was right behind us. Good part was my daughter liked her waffles, but besides eggs, yogurt, and waffles that was it for breakfast which was 730-930. I would never stay here again!

We were in Houston for a birthday party for a niece. The price was very reasonable. The check in was smooth and problem free. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, but smelled a little musty. The Hallways smelled of old and new cigeratte smoke. Our floor had a guest with a dog that barked every time a guest stepped into the hallway.

Upon arrival the front desk man was extremely friendly. The room was sub-par. We had a 1st floor room and we could hear every sound made in the hallway and surrounding areas even late into the night. Bathroom door wouldnt stay shut, the lighting was very dim, the ac barely kept the room cool, there were old dry hairs in the bathtub and sink, only 3 tiny pillows for a king sized bed, and the bed itself was squeaky and uncomfortable. When we checked out and turned our key in the front desk lady smiled on approach then gave us disgusted looks. I won't be staying here again.

Good overall. Should've checked it was pet friendly. There was a dog barking on my 1st night and supposably they didn't usually put pets on 4th floor. AC was nice and cold and room was clean. I asked for 4 towels for 4 people and I was questioned because I only returned the 3 that were in the room. I believe I should get 4 towels without question if we are 4 in the room.

Wish the breakfast had better options. They had the standard - cereal & waffles. Also offered oatmeal, bagels and toast, Boiled eggs. But no scrambled eggs or sausage/meat. Walls are paper thin. I could hear the neighbors conversation at 8am Good cheap choice if you just need a place to sleep for the night.

It was decent for the one night we stayed. Only 3 pillows on the king size bed. Thought that was odd. No coffee maker in the room or refrigerator. If I was staying more than 1 night that would have been a problem.

The staff are extremely unhelpful. There is a sign in the room saying to request room cleaning a day in advance, we requested our room to be cleaned the next day and the girl say “yes” but didn’t write anything down. We asked twice to make sure she got our request and she “yes yes”. We got back the following evening and our room was a mess, no clean towels. We had to go to the front desk to ask, the front desk didn’t do anything about it. He said that when they tell housekeeping sometimes doesn’t listen. When we said that isn’t our problem, we paid to stay here and requested our room to be cleaned and it’s not cleaned, he said there is nothing they can do and they would not reimburse anything. We then had to bring our own dirty towels to the front to get clean towels. Horrible service, would never stay here again. Staff was terrible and service was even worse!

I arrived late at night to find a very friendly host that checked me in quickly and easily. The property had a very clean lobby and hallways. It was quiet and peaceful. I stayed in a room that was on the back side of the property so there was zero road noise. The room was very spacious and the bathroom had great relaxing lighting. Everything was just very clean and neat and I had a very smooth stay. I would definitely book this hotel again.

When we arrived there was no one there. Took at least 10 minutes or so before they arrived. Strong smell in the lobby and room. Also smelled like sewer in room. We didn’t spend the night or the next night there.

The staff here was friendly and helpful. You can tell they spend a lot of effort to try and make your stay better. Everything is clean and well cared for. A bargain price for what you get.

The staff here was friendly and helpful. You can tell they spend a lot of effort to try and make your stay better. Everything is clean and well cared for. A bargain price for what you get.

I liked the lady that checked in to our hotel she was very nice! Breakfast was not very good wasn’t any meat whatsoever very slim pickings. No decaf coffee for those of us that need decaf. They only serviced our room 2 times in the 5 days we were there. Asked one night and they said they would mark it down for the next day but nothing. Found a cockroach crawling on the wall killed it. Our hall smelt bad of marijuana and the elevator at times, the pool it was outside but clean it there was hair and trash floating in it. Over all disappointed in the hotel itself

At first it was confusing on where to artive since there is two hotels named the same next to each other. Once we gigured it out the rest was good. For one night stay we were comfortable and found things around to eat and shop easily.

The hotel was nice, clean & comfortable rooms. The TV had to be switched out because it wasn’t working but staff handled it quickly. Breakfast hours could be extended from 9am to 10am. The location was walkable for a few restaurants. Overall, experience was good & will stay again.

First time staying and it was nice. Staff was very nice an we enjoyed the pool. The dog park was surprisingly bigger than what we thought for a small hotel. The gate to the dog park needs to be fixed since our big dog was able to push it open because the lach is very loose. Everyone was happy and breakdfast we delicious, will be back. PS. coffee was very good also.

The bed, blankets, and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast had limited options and they ran out well before the end of service, the hot tub wasn’t anything special. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom nor a steam fan. There was no soundproofing so we were often woken up by noisy dogs or children.

This is our second stay here and 2 years later, does not disappoint. From Brenda at the front desk to the cleanliness of the entire property, including hot breakfast in a dining room with ambiance! We will be back!

Hotel way okay. The rooms were clean, beds okay, and AC worked. However, the door didn't seal all the way so light and noise trickled in the room from the hallway which included barking dogs at 3am. The AC was very loud so it would wake up the kids all night when the fan kicked on. The breakfast didn't start until 8am because it was Saturday and was the bare minimum from what we spotted. Bagels, toast, juice, bananas, etc. We had to find somewhere else so we could make our event on time. The rooms have hairdryers by request only, and you have to go to the front desk to get it yourself. If I was on a super tight budget, I might stay here again, but most likely I would just pay the extra $15 & stay at a nicer spot.

Wish the breakfast had better options. They had the standard - cereal & waffles. Also offered oatmeal, bagels and toast, Boiled eggs. But no scrambled eggs or sausage/meat. Walls are paper thin. I could hear the neighbors conversation at 8am Good cheap choice if you just need a place to sleep for the night.

It’s not bad for the price. But the breakfast they won’t let you take to your room. It was way slimmed down breakfast. Wasn’t a fan of the beds. They aren’t bolted to the wall and they move around. Location wasn’t to bad. The dog park area is a joke.

Our stay was pleasant , the hotel and the room were very clean. Our only complaint was the breakfast not serving any meat. It appears the management are from India, and they don't offer breakfast meat. Because i asked, and got a reply, we don't serve any breakfast meat.

Overall, I really l8ke this hotel. It super clean, neat, and waaay good for the price. I stay here pretty regularly. When I checked in, the woman at the desk was very pleadant, helpful, efficient...such a joy! In contrast (unfortunately) *sigh..... the young man that came to help us with the TV. Well. He was extremely rude. Bad. He was not helpful, he was sarcastic, argumentative, He literally walked away while i was talking to him, walked out and slammed the door. He lied to us. It was really awful. Im quite certain that I won't be back. Important note: I gave them several 2s and 3s. The woman there when I checked in....SOLID 5. Wonderful! She should be mad that he single-handedly brought all of the scores down.

Room is clean and decently comfortable. However, the hallway is extremely noisy, including from the room, and smells like mold. Partying late at night. Fair location, but no close services. Good deal, but not cozy, definitely not romantic.

If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, avoid this hotel- the hallways smelled pretty heavily of it. The room was fairly nice and clean. The jacuzzi didn't hold water for very long. I will say that the bedding was nice (some stains but they smelled clean). It was soft and the pillows were great. The rooms are also not very sound proof.
