Palacio Royale Inn Signature Katy

The hotel had informed everyone by placing a letter under the door that there was a problem with the hot water and there would be no hot water until the next day the day I was checking out. I was unable to use the hot tub because I didn’t feel like taking a cold bath the whole reason why I stayed there. After talking to the staff, I could not be refunded because I purchased my room via this app.

We were appauled at the condition of this hotel. Upon arriving at first look it appears to be your average hotel. After checking into our room and looking around we were completely grossed out. The room was grimey, any hanging curtain from the windows to the shower curtain were full of rips & holes and some were barely hanging on. The floors were so nasty that your socks &/or feet turned black after walking on them just a little bit. There was no phone in the room. We supposedly rented a room with a " kitchenette" however there was only a fridge & a hotplate... THAT WAS IT 😱. Most definately the smell of mold in the entire hotel if you can smell it over the OVERWHELMING POT SMELL as there were multiple drug deals going on in the parking lot. 😱 There was even a motorcycle parked out front to a guy who jumped the fence from behind after dumpster diving and took off 😱 The cover to the AC unit in the living room fell completely off in the middle of the night and the one in the bedroom sounded as if it were a jet airplane taking off and landing all night 😱. Definately WILL NOT BE BOOKING A STAY HERE EVER AGAIN 😱😱😱😱
