Quality Inn Draper near Salt Lake City

Not crazy about the breakfast, pretty limited. No thermostatic heat control. Made it difficult to find a comfortable temperature. Since my stay was required as a result of surgery the same day, it was somewhat difficult. Overall, a nice property, clean, and friendly, but needs some updates.

Property is in poor shape, our room looked rough. The amenities were very dated and the bed was so so. The bathroom was clean and in order. Staff was helpful and present. Clean for the most part. Would pass this place up for something down the street that is newer and in better shape.

After spending almost 10hrs at 2 different airports due to flight cancellations and delays, I finally arrived at around 2am. The gentleman that assisted me was beyond helpful and super nice! I didn’t catch his name cause I was so exhausted. As soon as I walked in it smelled great lol, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was quiet. Didn’t get to have their breakfast due to having to be in class at 6am each morning but everything was perfect! Will definitely stay here again when I come back next semester.

Great location, Parking was easy. The place was clean. Friendly staff.

Terrible, front desk Asian lady was NOT helpful, nor Customer service driven. I will never go back.
