The proximity to attractions is great but the amenities are not being maintained. The pool has mold/algae growing on the side, the paint on the pool room ceiling is peeling and metal fixtures are rusty. The exercise machines don’t work and staff pretended not to know this.

Although this property is older, it was very clean. My stay was quiet and I slept well in the comfortable king bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness room was small and a little warm, but provided a fan. The pool area was clean and well kept. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

The room was alright, we found candy under the bed which was kinda gross BUT the hot tub was absolutely disgusting!! There was mold, black stuff, and hair in the hot tub. The entire pool room smelt like stinky feet and the water made you smell like stinky feet. However, the breakfast was nice though.

This property was very convenient to almost everything. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were not working. Idk if that is because the time we came, but it was not that big a deal. Really enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again.

Good value! Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Treadmill needs some work. It kept making strange noises and finally just stopped working after running for 30 minutes.

Our room specifically said “non smoking” and then smelled really strongly of cigarette smoke. This was not ideal for me as I have bad asthma. The rest of the room was okay. Some things are clearly in need of replacement like the bathroom door is pretty old/grimey. Shower was really nice other than some hair visible on the shower shelf.

I’m not a picky person when it comes to hotels, but there was so much grime on the walls, headboard, the carpet was gross, smelled like cigarettes, and broken furniture in every direction. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed, this is the second worst as far as cleanliness, not kidding. The breakfast sausage made me gag as well

Very dirty and run down. The hallways were saturated with cigarette smoke even though they say it is a smoke free hotel. Ripped carpet, ripped chair, used toilet paper on the carpet by the bed. Stained sheets. We were only on the room for about 3 minutes and left. The front desk person was very easy to work with and gave us a quick refund.

I liked the price and the service. The breakfast was pretty good. The air conditioner worked well and the beds were fine comfort-wise. Everything was well stocked and nothing was broken. As far as the negatives, the carpets are old and sad looking. Parts of it were pulling away from the wall. The curtains had holes. There was mold and water damage on the shower ceiling. The window frame had gaps, probably from the older building settling, so it wasn't remotely soundproof. It sounded like the windows were wide open and the freeway was super loud outside. It also looked like the top bed covers hadn't been washed. Although they might have just been stained.

The sheets were nasty, like someone blew their nose on them and they didn't change them. The bathroom had hair in the tub. I had asked to do a late check out and they charge extra every hour you stay. I've never had to pay to do a late check out. Specially after the condition the room was in.

The room was very clean and the shower was wonderful. The sink was a little leaky if you didn’t put the lever in the middle, but other than that, no complaints!

This property is filthy. I made reservations a few days in advance of my stay. Upon entering my room (#114), it smelled like mold and mildew, the air felt humid and there were food crumbs everywhere. It was clear the room hadn't been vacuumed. I thought if I opened the window it might help clear the air out. I took off my sandals and the floor was soaking wet. I told the front desk and they gave me another room (#225). Upon entering that room (#225), it smelled like cigarette smoke (all rooms are non-smoking), the floor was filthy, and the overall cleanliness was grime level. I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund. The receptionist apologized, told me they had booked up for the night and he had given me their last two rooms. He did offer me the full refund. I do not recommend staying at this grime covered establishment. There is a great Hampton Inn just 10 minutes down the road that is only a few dollars more and you get a clean, comfortable experience.

Pros: The room was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Cons: The desk chair was broken and tilted to the right when you sat it in which made it impossible to sit in and work on my laptop. The freeway traffic was very loud outside the window. Overall, for the price, it was a good place to stay.

The room was nice at first glance, besides the carpet looking old, torn in spots and dirty. The bathroom was very nice looking and clean besides the shower curtain having fingerprint/hand marks along the edge where it looks like someone had extremely dirty or oil on their hands when they touched it. It was in multiple spots and very noticeable. The main area and bed of the room appeared very clean. There were some smear dirt/food marks on the wall next to the bed that I’m sure could be wiped off as well as dirty finger marks smudges around the doorways/trim. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the softness of the pillows. Overall I would say it was a good room and I would stay there again.

Good service. Clean lobby, halls and rooms. However, windows are thin and the bed is the hardest bed that I have ever slept on. Room was nice but barely slept between the hard bed and noise from interstate.

The freeway wasnt that load I could definitely hear it but i feel like people exaggerated on how bad and how load it was, the pillows were soft but they were smooshed down but you jave to fluff them but my husband preferred smooshed in, thr beds were definitely a little hard but not the worst ive layed on, i did wake up with my back hurting a little bit but i moved and felt fine, i didnt have any of the breakfast but it did smell good and looked like any other hotel breakfast, the inside and outside were all cleaned the only thing i didnt like was that the curtains didnt shut all the way so yiu only had a whitw thin see through fabric covering the windowi would give it a 6.5/10

The GM came banging on my door screaming that he was charging me a pet fee when I had already told the lady that I had a service animal for my son. I requested the first floor and she put us by the emergency door in case of an emergency. I didn’t appreciate the lack of respect and his rudeness infront of my children I’ve always had some type of issue staying here. I don’t recommend at all

The hotel is a bit tired in that it is older. The room and bed was comfortable, the shower hot w good pressure. Breakfast buffet had much to choose from. Front desk clerk during the day was not helpful or kind whatsoever - in fact she was quite rude and dismissive which in a service based job is troubling. I would not stay again just to avoid that one individual - very poor choice of management to risk putting her as the first face one sees upon entering.

Parking area is great. Staff are so wonderful. Left my phone charger in my room, and they were so kind enough to keep it until we were able to go back and pick it up.

The majority of the staff were excellent except for the maintenance man. He walked in without knocking and caught my husband coming out of the shower disrobed. He refused to apologize as the door was accidentally ajar due to it being in bad repair. Management did the best they could to resolve the situation. He never did apologize.

They couldn't find my reservation at the hotel. I had to argue with him and contact hotels.com for an hour late at night to get in and sleep. Hotels.com rep was helpful though.

Safe location. Right by TONS of food places, entertainment and shopping. Very family friendly. The free breakfast was AMAZING. Waffles omelette, sausages, three different kinds of cereals, oatmeal yogurt whole bunch of stuff delicious too. The rooms were very spacious, and the staff were extremely friendly! Will definitely be back! Thank you for making our vacation awesome! Also, they have a list of complementary items that I noticed at the end of our stay that if you forget something they got your back!

A little older Quality Inn located just south of the airport. Lots of shopping, dining, and the aquarium across the street. One downside is the major highway out front with constant truck noise. Continental Breakfast was just so so compared to other Quality Inns

Close to shopping and entertainment areas. Enough space for parking. My kids stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Perfect pool temperature. Friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. I just wish their breakfast menu change at least every other day if not every day.

Breakfast was good and although the pool was inside I was able to prop open the doors, sit outside and still be able to keep an eye on the kiddos while they were swimming . The beds and sheets were very comfortable and having good water pressure is always a plus. The only small inconvenience was cold coffee, both during breakfast and in the lobby. The rooms were equipped with a microwave and that solved the issue. I really like that it had a good size refrigerator. The stay overall was great!!! When I head this way again I would stay again !!!

Great place to stay. My usual was full and I picked this one, and it was nice. Even nice then my usual. I will need to visit again. I did my laundry when here, and it was a clean laundry room. The hallways were kept clean and it was quite. The breakfast was amazing Great omelets and waffles. I'll need to make another reservation and go back again. Thanks for letting me stay for a weekend getaway.

The hotel is definitely old and needs updated. Noise could be heard from the room next to ours as walls are very thin. Laundry machines are expensive compared to other hotels. Breakfast is not great. The worst thing about staying here is the lack of coffee. They have 1 small urn which runs out quickly at breakfast. It was always lukewarm if it was available later in the day.

Noise from freeway is non-stop, difficult to fall asleep. Window heat/AC unit inconsistently rattles so you can’t even get used to it during the night. Pillows are extremely lumpy, feel like they are 10yrs old. Mattress is hard on the edge, slopes in the middle. Desk chair was awful, back of chair was over extended and would not stay upright and did not provide any support, I ended up having to pull the arm chair over to the desk. Hot tub in need of repair, missing tiles around the edge, paint chips in the water.

Traveled from Oklahoma for school. My 2nd time staying here and everything was great! Only thing was when I opened the door to my room the restroom smelled as if a mop sitting in water for awhile was used. But I always carry antibacterial wipes with me everywhere I go and wipe everything down (just a habit I guess since COVID lol) after doing that, it took the smell away. But I will be back in May for graduation!
