Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was everything we could have asked for. Prime location that was also very quiet even on the weekends. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. So much space, updated bathrooms, and a beautiful courtyard. Very clean upon arrival. Added convenience of Lucky Savannah being able to watch our bags before and after checkout which allowed us to maximize our trip. Would 100% stay here again!

My husband, 2 1/2yr old and I stayed for 5 nights. The location was fantastic, the dedicated parking spot and courtyard were great bonuses. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Our biggest issue was the mattresses, they are fairly firm and we weren’t fans of them.

Very sweet property with plenty of space for our adult child and spouse and our teen son. Enjoyed walking to River Street. Parking a bit tight for our Yukon but managed fine. Back gate entry a plus !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying here. The location was great, the home was clean and cozy and well kept. Lots of space for the 5 of us to eat breakfast and play games in the evening at the dinning room. Our main complaints were: lack of dish towels in the kitchen and mainfloor bathroom, mattresses need to be replaced, and someone was parked in our stall most of the time so we had to find street parking.

Truly lovely three days with two old friends. The house was perfect—big enough for us ro each have our own bedroom, clean, well-located. The folks at Lucky Savannah were very responsive, helpful and polite to the few questions I had. NOTE: electric kettle works, but leaks, and is, I think, a hazard. Needs to be replaced. Thx!

This was a great location and property! I would stay here again. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms had fans, and the bathrooms were great. The AC worked really well. The only downside is that light sleepers would probably be bothered by some surrounding construction noise, especially on the master bedroom side, but that should be temporary. It's a lovely property with a designated parking space right behind it.

Great walk-to location, close to River St and restaurants. Could have used a light in the covered porch, and access to the house from the back where parking is. Otherwise, plenty of amenities and very comfortable.

Overall, this was a great place to stay at. The price was reasonable for the location. Real close to the Riverfront and access to plenty of shops. Restaurants weren't a problem either. Almost everything we wanted to do was easily within walking distance. Only "issue" that we had was there was no Kleenex tissue and no coffee filters. Small things but it require us to go and pick some up. Again, small things and didn't hamper our stay. I would stay here again for sure.

Great location. Easy access. Well maintained. Walking distance to waterfront and historic district. Charming little private courtyard.One issue to call out; it smells like dog pee downstairs where there is carpeting in areas. This definitely would be something to address with a deep carpet clean.

This is a nice house, great location, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants on River Street, Bay Street and Broughton Street. We did hear traffic noise from Bay Street, but it was terrible. The only issues we had were that the home was not very clean. I observed that the railings and banister were dusty and you could actually see the accumulating dust on all of the white molding along the floors. The toilet in the main bath could have been cleaner. In addition, there were several boxes of medical supplies in the living room and in the MB, and one of the boxes was actually open with what looked to be IV bags hanging out. I did call immediately upon our check-in and sent pictures. The boxes were picked up the next day, but I did not hear anything regarding the condition of the place. This is a nice property, but the cleaning service needs to do a better job.

It looked like the place hadn't been rented in a while so they probably did not check it. There had to be well over 100 flies in the house. Other than that, it was in good condition, well air conditioned, and fully stocked. I recommend taking care of the fly issue before the next rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home we chose to rent was a very nice, quaint older home with updates. All the items you could think of to make your stay comfortable were included, beyond your basic towels there was a well-equipped kitchen, irons, vaporizors, fans, etc. The master bath, bedroom and closet were spacious, well-decorated and updated. The customer service from Lucky Savannah was excellent before, during and after our stay. They were friendly, professional, informative, attentive, easy to reach and even available at night when we had an alarm panel concern. There was a concern with construction right outside of the home, causing significant noise from the morning hours throughout the workday. This was beyond the control of Lucky Savannah, but they still went the extra mile by coming to speak with the foreman regarding what was taking place and time expectations. As a follow-up, Lucky Savannah attempted to do their best to alleviate this unexpected noise and vibration concern that kept us from enjoying the inside and outside of the home as we'd planned. The house has a very cute back porch and courtyard w/a grill which would have been enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend the house and definitely Lucky Savannah.

Loved the location and charm of this lovely home. Easily walk to so much! Our one wish would be for a king sized bed in the main bedroom, with a softer mattress. The mattress was incredibly firm and we both did not sleep both nights. There was construction next door but it did not bother us.

This was a vacation for my 65th birthday with my daughters and granddaughter, and all of us were well pleased with our experience! Only negative thing is we all agreed that the windows definitely need to be replaced! At least in the bedrooms anyway. The noise was quite bothersome at night when trying to go to sleep. We all felt like new windows would make the full experience 10+

This was a great location and property! I would stay here again. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms had fans, and the bathrooms were great. The AC worked really well. The only downside is that light sleepers would probably be bothered by some surrounding construction noise, especially on the master bedroom side, but that should be temporary. It's a lovely property with a designated parking space right behind it.

All the items you could think of to make your stay comfortable were included, beyond your basic towels there was a well-equipped kitchen, irons, vaporizors, fans, etc. The master bath, bedroom and closet were spacious, well-decorated and updated. The customer service from Lucky Savannah was excellent before, during and after our stay. They were friendly, professional, informative, attentive, easy to reach and even available at night when we had an alarm panel concern. There was a concern with construction right outside of the home, causing significant noise from the morning hours throughout the workday. This was beyond the control of Lucky Savannah, but they still went the extra mile by coming to speak with the foreman regarding what was taking place and time expectations. As a follow-up, Lucky Savannah attempted to do their best to alleviate this unexpected noise and vibration concern that kept us from enjoying the inside and outside of the home as we'd planned. The house has a very cute back porch and courtyard w/a grill which would have been enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend the house and definitely Lucky Savannah.

Wonderful stay. The location is perfect, right on Bay Street, close to plenty of dining options. The house had everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Had to call the property manager for a couple of minor issues and they were always courteous and prompt.

Truly lovely three days with two old friends. The house was perfect—big enough for us ro each have our own bedroom, clean, well-located. The folks at Lucky Savannah were very responsive, helpful and polite to the few questions I had. NOTE: electric kettle works, but leaks, and is, I think, a hazard. Needs to be replaced. Thx!

Great Place!!! We had our 1st sisters trip in our 50’s. It was a beautiful home super clean. 1 block off the river walk which was amazing. Also this location comes with a parking spot this is a huge bonus in Savannah. I highly recommend doing a trolley ride the 1st or 2nd day. Lucky Savannah was a great company to book with very responsive, and super sweet employees. We loved this Vrbo and trip

Rented this home because it had a private parking spot…due to heavy construction we were not able to get to it. Bulldozers, jackhammers 10 feet from the house was a nightmare, so noisy we had to leave the home until after 5 … we should of been informed about this

Charming house built in the early 1800's and located in the historic district. Easy walk around the district, but we also enjoyed using the Hop On, Hop Off bus for the historical tour. The river walk is across the street. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Vic's on the river. We loved our stay.

Overall, this was a great place to stay at. The price was reasonable for the location. Real close to the Riverfront and access to plenty of shops. Restaurants weren't a problem either. Almost everything we wanted to do was easily within walking distance. Only "issue" that we had was there was no Kleenex tissue and no coffee filters. Small things but it require us to go and pick some up. Again, small things and didn't hamper our stay. I would stay here again for sure.
