The room smelled like an ashtray even though indoor smoking was banned years ago. Toilet did not flush. Tv did not work initially - I had to play around and figure it out. Worst part is it is not ADA compliant!!! I have walking issues. There was no way I could carry my bag up the stairs and walk to the end of the hall on the 2nd floor. I asked for a room on 1st floor and she said they were sold out. I asked for a room closer to stairs on 2nd floor. Got the same answer. Fortunately a man checking in right after me brought my bag upstairs. Very inconvenient for people who use canes. Never again will I stay there and will warn anyone staying in Hopewell, do not go to the Inn at Arbor Ridge!!!

Tv had wires missing so that the cable box nor the TV would turn on. There were potholes on the parking lot property which damaged my vehicles tires

This place has no elevator.

The room was perfect for a night stay where we were just there to sleep. The rooms weren’t the best we’ve ever stayed in but were clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

The carpeting needs to replaced. The bed coverings were disgusting. The bathroom floor tile needed to be cleaned up against the tub and the ceiling was incredibly rusted. The dirty fingerprints on the inside of the room door were a treat! My room leaked water from the ceiling for quite a while during a rain storm so I put the ice bucket under the main leak. The rest just dripped onto the glass table top. YMMV!

Very durty. Stains on carpet water damge ceiling. Rust paint peeling of doors. Spots on towels.

there is lots of peeling paint all over window sill. There are water and black mold stains on the wall and ceiling. The towel racks have an abundance of rust and the hallway smells of urine

Property needs major updates...paint peeling & sink glued together. Contracted bed bugs

This hotel was dirty. I was so happy when the morning came so I could leave.they need to work on cleansiness.

Expedia had a clinch did not book for Arbour Ridge nor will i staybhere it is filthy mold all theough ceilibs ealls bathrooms flooring.. beds have mites no tha k yiu i want a full refund

One of the beds had women's hair from the previous person. I woke up to bedbugs in the bed.

Staff is pleasant but the hotel has seen better days. Room was sort of clean, but paint peeling, carpet was dirty. Room smelt a little musty. Sad to say, I woke up twice in middle of night itching, on arms and neck, discovered bed bugs.

I did NOT stay here as the room was filthy and reeked with an odor. In fact, the odor was throughout the building. This place needs to be bulldozed. The front desk person was not accommodating at all. She couldn't make a decision without contacting the boss.

The rooms needs renovation! Bathroom walls, door damaged , ceiling damaged,sink,:poor lighting in bathroom. No info on how to work the TV! Hair drying missing out it holder. Verydiappointed! Won’t stay there again!

There was no safety latch on the room door

Refrigerator screeches very loudly every 30 min for 7 min while cooling. Woke me up all night. Mushrooms growing out of carpet gave that outdoors persona. Mold in desk drawer made an interesting pattern. Needs a carpet cleaning or replacement.

At arriving nobody at the reception. In the room tv don't work, tv remote no good, the bulb lights was only one working. At the check out time nobody at reception.

My tv was broken in my room nobody came to help me fix it the guy told me to unplug it and then do it myself

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The person at the desk was not friendly nor efficient. I was there at 1:30 and she said she couldn't check me in until 3. No one was around and the hotel did not look particularly busy. When I returned I waited and asked her what I would need when checking in. She then told me that she was not sure but my room may or may not be ready, even at 3. I didn't get a very comfortable feeling with the staff member.

The staff were very helpful and the room was very spacious. The room decorations were spare, but we were just looking for safe, clean place to stay the night, so the accomodations were perfect for us.

Place needs a solid cleaning. Staff was perfect. All needs were met and Svc was excellent

Parents weekend. My flight landed very late in NYC, forcing me to arrive around 3 am. I waited at the front desk for almost two hours, watching the security monitor and Superman on the TV hung in the corner - only chair behind the desk - no one came. I called the only number displayed for the hotel, but it rang the front desk, so I left a voicemail. I slept in my car until 8 am, when I woke to people coming/going. I went in, and the morning desk person wasn't going to let me check in until 3 pm, even as I explained what happened, that I had a room reserved, she refused to believe that I was waiting overnight, and the desk person failed to show up (I reiterated, review your security tape.) She kept pointing to a turned-over manager's contact sign (I'd suggest making that sign permanently visible.) 45 minutes later, exasperated, she called the manager, whom I could overhear, not believing my statement that the front desk was unattended, but allowed me to check in then. The room that the morning desk person gave me (115) didn't have cable or an antenna, so there was no television. I just wanted to sleep. The Saturday evening clerk was the most helpful, exchanging my nonfunctional key, and was shocked by what had happened. If there had been another room somewhere else, I'd have taken it. Admittedly, this was a unique situation, but to completely dismiss a guest who had flown 1,000 miles, rented a car, paid for their room, and then slept in their rental car... that's bad business.

No staff to check me in, lots of individuals smoking outside entrances and loitering in the parking lot. There was a wedding going on, but these were not wedding guests.

Black mold and mildew in the bathroom near the shower area. Peeling paint in both areas.Night Check in Staff was very attentive. Morning Check out staff refused to print out receipt.

Safe and quiet good value...reasonable distance from Marist for parents weekend

I liked that it was so close(nextdoor) to a catering hall where we were going to a party. What I didn't like was the state of disrepair the place was in. Wallpaper was falling off the wall & paint was flaking off the door.

It was a great place near our venue.

The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, it was quiet and the air conditioning heating was perfect. There were a few details missing - no toilet paper holder, some wear and tear on the floors, stained carpet in the hallway. It worked well for us because of the location but was a bit run-down. The hotel staff was very pleasant and responsive.

This is an polder hotel but it is very quiet and fairly clean. The front desk personnel was very polite and nice. For the price I paid in this foliage season it has a great value. The room was clean. I would suggest the owner to put some handles in the bathtub or at least to have some slippery prevention stuff to prevent people fall from the tub. I would use this place again if I have a trip to this area.

Very beautiful and clean, I had my wedding nxt door at mill creek caterers but I got ready at this Inn and spent the night there with my husband before going back home to Jamaica. Everything was exceptional!

A very old building in need of serious updating. Room smelled damp and musty. Bed was lumpy and extremely soft. Bedding had small holes. One of the windows in my room was cracked. Hotel was more than 15 minutes from the nearest town. The employees were nice and helpful though. But I seriously doubt I’ll stay here again.

Mini fridge and microwave provided in the room. But it did not have either a hair dryer or toothpaste. Coffee not in room but available near check in. The ceiling in 205 needs a paint job as there are water stains and what appears to be mud? spattered on it. Walls bare of any pictures. The check out clerk was unable to answer when $100 incidental charge for 2 rooms would be reapplied to charge card.

The entire experience was horrible. Not only did I pay $200 for this room, that was non-refundable (red flag 1) we got into our room, there was a hole in the wall and paint peeling off. There were yellow stains all over the white walls so easily visible. Our TV was missing a remote and HDMI. (Which did end up getting solved) the entire place in the hotel smelled so bad. Like Mildewy. There was no breakfast options. We got there 15 min before our reservation and they made us pay and extra $25 just to check in “early” even though our room was ready.. and when we walked up to the counter there was a very large man just sitting on the desk countertop. It was incredibly unprofessional looking. The window sill was disgusting and peeling with paint as well in our room. Never again will I stay here. I didn’t even want to take my shoes off but we needed a place to sleep.

Bathrooms subpar (old). No conditioner, bathtub faucet appeared to fall off. Only coffee available in morning.

It was a basic room with a bathroom and air conditioning. There was no dining and no daily maid service, but it provided a place to lay our heads at night.
