Keene Elm City Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Encontre una ropa interios debajo de la cama de otros huspedes, esta en remodelacion y no lo notifican . La piscina interior no estaba disponible por esa razón. No habia casi huéspedes y a pesar de eso no cambiaron toallas .

Great stay. Would stay again

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the amount of towels given in the room and 3 rolls of toilet paper. This may not appear to be essential but it was. I didn’t have to ask for an additional item. Plus they had hot chocolate to warm my 91 year mother up. The room was chilled from the AC being on. I would stay here again for the next time I visit my family in Keene, NH. I was really impressed with this hotel.

Nice hotel for the price range. It is in. It was very clean and staff was very helpful.
