Such a beautiful property. To start the rooms were very large and spacious. Convenient seating and storage. Water pressure and drainage was great. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. From the pastries to the soups, the fruit, everything was fresh and delicious. Pool was large and beautiful but because it was cold out we could not enjoy it. Gym was clean and modern. Spa was alright. Didn’t seem like they really knew what they were doing or how to work anything. We didn’t fill out any paperwork before our massage and vs the other places we’ve been to in Vietnam, it felt like it was lacking especially at that price point.

We stayed four nights at the Newly rebranded Crowne Plaza City Center DaNang (formerly Bay Capital). Impressive hotel with a warm welcome and immaculate service. Guest rooms were well furnished, good sized and comfortable. Modern designed bathroom with a stand alone bath tub and separate shower cubicle. Housekeeping service efficient and timely. Breakfast a little pricey but service was good and with an ample buffet selection of local and western spreads. Excellent coffee! Only less complimentary feedback is the size of the swimming pool which is not big enough and faces the all day dining room. Location slightly tucked away on a quiet street, with few eateries but near enough to walk down to the riverfront towards the Song Han Bridge. Overall a great hotel experience!

Wow! What a hotel. Brand new. Couldn’t be better. Staff so helpful. Free mini bar and great breakfast included. I have just spent 6 weeks staying in hotels all over Europe and this is by far the best in terms of amenities and value for money. Keep it up.

Brand new hotel, large and modern. Excellent shower, comfy bed, nice sized room. Beautful lobby. Very helpful staff. Free minibard replenished every day. A grab to the main areas was only a few dollars, and walkable distance to some markets. Lots of bars and restos in the area. We loved our time there! Da Nang is a great city

The hotel location is in a perfect location, walking distant to restaurants and markets. Our room was fabulous with the best view to the river and bed was extremely comfortable. I would love to stay at this hotel if we are in Da Nang again.

We booked the Crowne Plaza in Da Nang at the last minute. The hotel we had originally booked wasn't up to the standard we had expected, so we chose the Crowne Plaza from their profile on Expedia. Within an hour they had prepared a standard room on the 28th floor! The room was excellent; a comfortable bed, a wonderful shower and bath area, a stunning view of the city and the river and bay beyond, and a smart TV that we could connect to our Netflix and You Tube accounts. Room service was very good, with a nice set of meal, dessert and drinks options. The best aspect of the hotel was the staff. Everyone from the reception desk and the breakfast staff, to the gym and spa staff (shout out to therapist Mina and spa receptionist Tania!), all were absolutely wonderful - so helpful and always smiling. We love Vietnam and will definitely be coming again. Thank you Crowne Plaza, thank you Vietnam!

We arrived earlier than expected, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was fantastic! The suite included two bedrooms—a spacious master room and a separate single bedroom—perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the suite also featured a handy mini kitchen. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

The hotel was centrally located in a quiet part of the city. The hotel's and room's amenities were excellent for a family of four and more importantly all the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. A special mention goes to Vivian from the breakfast restaurant who genuine looked after my wife when she became unwell during our trip. A highly recommended hotel for when you visit.

The room was excellent; a comfortable bed, a wonderful shower and bath area, a stunning view of the city and the river and bay beyond, and a smart TV that we could connect to our Netflix and You Tube accounts. Room service was very good, with a nice set of meal, dessert and drinks options. The best aspect of the hotel was the staff. Everyone from the reception desk and the breakfast staff, to the gym and spa staff (shout out to therapist Mina and spa receptionist Tania!), all were absolutely wonderful - so helpful and always smiling. We love Vietnam and will definitely be coming again. Thank you Crowne Plaza, thank you Vietnam!

This hotel was a lovely haven in our stay at Da Nang. The rooms are large and comfortable with great bathrooms. Breakfast was an experience with such a wide range of international and Vietnamese food to select. Staff were exceptional throughout. We would like to especially thank - Mia at breakfast for knowing what we wanted. In reception - Nora, Nancy and Ruby for making us feel so welcome. Ken for making sure we were Ok. Finally Tracy in helping us with our bags and leaving the hotel. Other staff were amazing too. Thanks everyone!

If it’s a 5 star hotel, it would be nice for the staff to speak a bit of English. They are not organized. They charged me extra fees by mistake and then they apologized and wanted to charge me for something else that had already been paid. Every little issue they had, they come and interrupt us where ever we were in the hotel instead of letting us relax and bring up any issue at the end of our stay

Modern, beautiful hotel with gorgeous views! Great walkable location or just a short grab ride away from other parts of the city and beaches. I think a lot of tour groups may stay here so check in was a bit hectic and our two rooms weren’t ready until over an hour past the check in time of 14:00. The hotel is quite large compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed at in Vietnam so didn’t have as much of a warm and personalized experience with the staff here but overall would still recommend!

The hotel location is in a perfect location, walking distant to restaurants and markets. Our room was fabulous with the best view to the river and bed was extremely comfortable. I would love to stay at this hotel if we are in Da Nang again.

Brand new hotel, large and modern. Excellent shower, comfy bed, nice sized room. Beautful lobby. Very helpful staff. Free minibard replenished every day. A grab to the main areas was only a few dollars, and walkable distance to some markets. Lots of bars and restos in the area. We loved our time there! Da Nang is a great city

This is a lovely hotel! The rooms and facilities are so clean and comfortable. Very nice room. Wonderful breakfast buffet, great room service, excellent food. The gym is also very nice. The pool is a bit small but I never used it anyways being so close to the beach. I was apprehensive about not being on the beach but I actually loved this area. The riverwalk is beautiful, and right outside the hotel. The beach is about a 10 minute drive away. The beds were so comfortable too! Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend.

Hotel chef, Flower, was friendly and welcoming each morning. Her soups (chicken/beef pho and bun bo hue) was the highlight of breakfast during our two night stay. Won’t hesitate to return to Crowne Plaza on a future trip to Da Nang!

I booked a junior suite for 3 persons, and paid an extra person fee of 100 USD to accommodate a total of 4 guests in the suite. Upon my arrival, I was surprised to find just one queen bed and one single bed. There was also no sofa bed available. Upon enquiring at the front desk, I was told the the extra person fee was merely for additional towels and beddings of which none of these were anyway provided at check-in. When I asked if an additional bed could be added, I was told that this would be a further additional fee. I find it ridiculous that a fee was charged for an additional person when there was in fact no way to accommodate a fourth person in the room, Additionally, the front desk staff was extremely rude. When I mentioned I had contacted the hotel prior to clarify the sleeping arrangement in the room but received no answer, the staff lied and said they did not monitor emails on the platform. As I had received replied prior, just not to this specific question. They also tried to make me feel like a second-class guest because I had made my booking via a 3rd party platform. If you do not wish to serve guests equally, then do not advertise your hotel via platforms! Horrendous service and blatant lying by the front desk staff just to dismiss my concerns were truly disappointing. Furthermore, we found a cockroach in one of the beds! I do not recommend this hotel in the slightest.
