The website NEEDS to update their photos ASAP. I was very disappointed that the hot tub is no longer is in the pool area. It has been taken out and filled in. I was looking for this amenity when booking. Also, the game room is no longer there as well. If you have kids don't expect that to be a feature as well.

Overall experience was good, but very disappointed that the hot tub was not available, hot tub was a major factor in the stay. Room was good and clean but no chair, huge empty corner, no place to sit to put on shoes, etc. Pool was OK and warm but again, chairs seem to be a problem here, no where to sit in the pool area. Only had TWO chairs and they were obviously taken. Friendly place and would stay again but would definately check on the hot tub before reserving a room. Breakfast was MORE than adequate.

Clean and comfortable, though my room (432) needed maintenance for a few minor issues. My only real complaint is that the parking lot, with the exception of the front entrance area, is very dark. If you're not directly under a light, it's nearly impossible to see what you are doing as you unload your car.

Nice property a little secluded on a hill. Pool was not usable. Under Maintenance the day I booked it. Allowed to use alternate hotel with pool, however pipes above pool were leaking water in pool at alternate location. Comparable hotels in the area included breakfast, this one does not.

The hotel was great. The only issue was that the bartender was responsible for cooking the food in the bar and serving it while maintaining the bar. The poor person was running ragged. It was very distressing for the employee. It seems like an impossible job and the hotel definitely needed to staff The position better. They had to turn people away for food and drinks.

The property was very clean but the amenities were not available due to construction. We weren’t able to use the gym or the pool.

The pool was closed during our stay.

Room was nice and clean. Was there only one night for a sports event for my daughter. Restaurant/bar was horrible. One person working bar kitchen and service. Didn't have full menu and the food was not great. Did not eat breakfast there. Only issue with the room was no soap.

The entire property is under remodel and construction. Its school vacation week in NH we specifically chose this property for the indoor pool and game room. Both are currently unavailable.

Very clean

It was a quick night stay because my husband was having an early morning surgery. We got in very late and left early, but everything we saw was clean and looked like it was recently renovated. The front desk staff was friendly and quick and informative. I would definitely stay here again.

Bed and bath dirty.

There was water on the floor leaking from somewhere. There were ants all over the bathroom floor. The management was slow to respond or make any adjustments to the bill. The room was worn and not pleasant. All in all a poor experience. Will not stay there again.

Clean quiet room and super friendly staff

Room was absolutely not cleaned to any decent standard. Found cups from breakfast, wrappers from snacks, even meds on the floors. Nothing in the description is accurate. Pool is very small. Deposit is 150 per room per night, not warned about that. Can’t hear outside of the rooms from inside but inside you can hear everything. The bedroom not handicap friendly, or the bathroom even when asked. No hot tub just small pool. Can’t bring a drink to the room from the restaurant. And no one let us know the microwaves are child locked and how to work them.

Staff were nice and kitchen looked clean. My room was very dirty. Floor needed vacuuming and washing. Blood stains on curtains or something that looked like blood. Splattered white something on TV and pubic hairs on toilet. If I hadn't paid in advance through Expedia I would have walked out. If this review would let me attach photos, I would.

Beautiful, clean rooms. Great customer service, friendly staff. A lot of shopping and dining options close by.

Staff was nice but room was very gross. Had a large brown spot on the carpet and another large spot that I didn’t notice until I picked up my bag and it was all sticky from whatever was there.

Easy, Quick and Quiet

First room wasn’t clean and second room was noisy.

Hi there, staff was great. We were in 219, directly above us was noise till early AM. Nothing big but dropped items on a hard floor at 3 am will make a light sleeper wake. Toilet didn’t flush without removing the cover and manually lifting the float as well. Disappointed with the hotel though the staff was great.

Over all the stay was wonderful. Lots of closet space and wall sockets all around the room for charging phones and laptop. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No need to bring these things from home. 24 hour desk service which is a plus. Very safe and quiet to sleep in. Black out curtains was a plus. Also microwave and fridge was a plus. They also have a desk and chair and a nice couch in the room. I would stay again.

The bed was sooooo comfortable with down duvets.

From the welcoming greeting by Dan and Kim at the reception desk to our delicious breakfast buffet the following morning serviced by Elsa, we were impressed by the customer service by the friendly staff who really seemed to care that we had a positive experience. Kim was very helpful in advising us on our destination and was sympathetic when our concert was postponed for one more night! Gracious staff made up for the delay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the bed was high quality and we slept well. We will definitely come back, should the need arise. Thank You!

I have been traveling to the Manchester area for work and I’ve been trying to find a hotel that hits everything I want. This was a nice hotel to stay at. Friendly staff, no complaints on the cleanliness of the room. The in room microwave did not work in my room, and the fridge wasn’t as cold as it could have been. The AC made weird noises that woke me up a few times. The rooms are virtually soundproof. The ONLY sound I heard from other guests was at about 330 AM and it was heavy foot steps above me. Otherwise it was absolutely silent. I would have thought I was the only guest. Bed was comfortable. Overall good-great experience.

My flight got rescheduled so I arrived to the airport early. I called in advance and a lady told me I could check-in if it was after 12 (the start of a new day) so I went to the hotel. Upon arriving I confirmed with the man at the desk that I could in fact check-in after 12 without extra charge. I then waited until it was after 12 and checked in. The rooms are decent, but housekeeping ignores the do not disturb signs and will open your door while you’re in the room. I had one lady open the door twice within 30 minutes of each other. A few days later I get a random charge on my card for $126 and my room cards stopped working, so I then go to the front desk and the lady fixes my cards and tells me the $126 charge should clear and not post stating someone from the morning shift charged it for whatever reason. Upon checking out of my room, the GM tells me the $126 charge was because I checked in early and it charged me an extra day, in which he was not willing to reimburse considering MULTIPLE PEOPLE TOLD ME I COULD CHECK-IN EARLY WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE. Edit: Upon checking in they also double booked our room, so we tried our keys at the door and they would not work. To our surprise there was already someone in there and we found out because a lady screamed “STOP THAT”. Poor woman.

The staff at the front desk were so nice!! I said we would be leaving early the next AM due to an early flight and they had a “ to go “ breakfast bag ready for us. How nice was that? Loved the room, very spacious.

Checking in was smooth and the staff are amazing. I had a package sent in advance and it was available as soon as I checked in. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious! Quick overnight stay with great breakfast. Quiet, clean and convenient to what we needed to do today. Close to Manchester airport. Target right next door. Dunkin’s down the street. It has a pool but we didn’t have time ! Next time I guess! Slept great!

The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed a continental breakfast in the morning with lots of options. Check in and check out were quick and easy.

The breakfast was terrible. The motel was remodeling their kitchen/dining room and didn't serve a hot breakfast. The breakfast bag was limited and more like a continental breakfast. I have seen motels offer catered egg sandwiches with sausage or bacon and this would have been an improvement. I had to ask about juice which was dispensed out of a machine in the back of the dining room away from breakfast bags.  The room card didn't work when I came back late for my second night. The room was not cleaned and the coffee and hot cups were not restocked in my room.  The exercise room was excellent with very modern fitness equipment.

Wonderful 1 night stay after a very late arrival at the airport. Check-in quick, friendly staff at 2am! received free upgrade to suite which was lovely, very clean and huge. Beds and linens top notch and very comfortable, so appreciated. Breakfast included in some rates; it was the only thing that was not up to par with lodging. I would not pay for it if not included in your rate. Check out time very generous ( noon) and we were allowed late check out due to arriving so late. Would highly recommend everything but breakfast.

Everything was great except I would review the food and beer prices at the restaurant/bar.

We booked an Easter get away at a trusted Country Inn and Suites with pool and full service breakfast. We arrived to a remodel. Our room was newly renovated with brand new carpeting and paint. However, the pool was closed and the breakfast was a grab and go bag that as a diabetic I couldn’t eat. I had prepaid, so the manager said I couldn’t cancel or get a discount. I asked for a gift card to another hotel, or for breakfast. Neither was available. We went to church services, came back to sleep and left first thing in the morning. Disappointed that the lack of those amenities were not outlined on the Hotels.com site. We would have gone elsewhere.
