I only stayed here one night on our way south. Their internet was not working. So, they couldn't confirm my stay. This was very difficult after being on the road 7-10 hours. The staff are excellent, the breakfast was very good, and the pool is amazing! I would stay here again.

Many things happened during our stay, starting with a mess up with our room type. We did book through third party so it may have been their mistake. The front desk attendant was as helpful as he could be given his hands were tied because no rooms were available. Elevator broke while we were there, keys to rooms hardly ever worked and constantly had to go and get them to front desk to work. Pool was nice and property was nice.

The young woman at the front desk named Tiffany was super. Two of us had to move our room due to noisy children who's parents let them yell and run around the hallways. Tiffany made sure we we moved to quieter rooms. The pool water was not as clean as one would expect. Rooms were dated and tubs edge showed mold in corners. Breakfast was better than average and clean.

The lobby was clean and looked great! Breakfast was excellent. However, the room could have used an extensive cleaning. Furniture was dusty and the vent on the air conditioner really needed cleaning. It was visibly dirty. Everything else was good.

The room smelled of mold and mildew. The walls had obvious water damage and the walls and ceiling and most door frames were covered in black mold. We immediately left as there was no way we could stay there. We sent in photos of all of the mold and they refused to issue a refund

Dirty washcloth from previous visitor in the shower. Spiders in bathroom. Limited bath towels provided. Bed sheets too short and uncomfortably harsh feeling. Door key failed to work multiple times. Altogether not what was expected for the increased room price due to a football game that we did not attend. Most likely will not return for another stay at your facility. I always stay here, but I feel the cleanliness is slipping. My room had stains on the rug and rust in the bathtub. My mother’s room smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned (stinky feet) and there were chips all over the rug! The food in the morning was cold and not as good as it used to be. Pool was closed because there was a huge spider in it!

It’s an old hotel….i think the front desk person told me 17 years old. Some stuff is updated but the rooms are outdated. My wallpaper was stained with large water stains, bathroom floor was gross in the corners. Just signs of “old”. Would i stay here again? Yes because It was clean, people were friendly, bed was comfortable and i felt safe staying here with my kids. And we had a pretty decent breakfast included in the morning before we got back on the road.

The hotel was available at a good price. The condition of the room was OK. The furniture looked worn. The staff was very nice and accomodating. The breakfast was good. There was plenty of parking. With a little updating, this could be a great property.

It was a one night stayover while driving north. Everything was fine until 6am the next morning when we were awakened by loud voices. We were in room 208 and unfortunately there is a cutout in the wall that opens to the lobby. The loud voices were the front desk staff ( a man and a women) socializing with guests having breakfast right below our room. Reject rooms 208 and 210 for this reason.

Booked two rooms but one had several problems: no wifi, tv not working, non functioning clock had electrical cord torn, no bulb in one lamp. Staff was great and offered another room immediately.

Both times we were given the same room that the door did not lock. The catch plate was upside down on the frame so the deadbolt didn’t work. They kindly gave us another room but after our first complaint it should have been fixed. Safety to guest is priority!

It was an ok stay. Started off rough they tried to pre authorize our card before we even got there. Since it wasn’t the card we use because of people hacking our cards they were going to cancel our reservation luckily I spoke with Shelia who helped us and explained it was a policy one that I have never experienced using hotels.com before.

Check in was at 4pm. I arrived at 4 to find a wedding party checking in at the same time. Seems like you would have had an extra person working at that time, knowing that there was a wedding party. I will add that the staff was always pleasant.

The hotel lacked control over guests who were acting out of control. Children were running around on all floors as well as making a water line from the pool past the main entrance into the welcome area. When I questioned the front desk to inquire about controlling the chaos, the reply I received was “to bad their parents don’t parent.” I had hoped for a “I’ll take care of it” or “my apologies sir yes we have been dealing with the issue and it should be handled shortly” some sort of response that indicates that they would be taking control of their property. Room was a bit dirty as well as the hotel as a whole. Disappointing considering the chain the hotel falls under.

Unfortunately when we arrived with our reservation there was not a room available with 2 queen beds. Never had this issue before so was concerned that we would not have a room for the night. It took some time but the hotel staff got us sorted into 2 rooms with king beds. Big thanks to the staff at the hotel for finding a solution 👍. As a Customer Service Manager I empower my team to find solutions and that is exactly what these 2 did for my family.

This property is tucked back off the highway in a small corporate center that is quiet, well lit and has several eateries within (safe) walking distance - pizza, wings and an Irish Pub. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and it was quiet- no sound of semi-trucks or highway traffic. Parking lot was well-lit and felt secure. Breakfast was fine, nothing special, typical hot chafing dish with scrambled eggs, sausage & little potatoes, make your own pancake machine, instant oatmeal & cold cereals, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, whole fruits. We will stay here again.

Would stay at this hotel again. Room was modern and spacious. Nice big TV in room! Don’t agree with the 3.00 a night emergency services fee that they charge. Didn’t know about that until check in. Free breakfast was great! Loved the scrambled eggs with cheese in them. Variety breakfast items was nice too.

Our stay was horrible!! First, our room key didn't work. I had to go back down to the lobby to get new keys. We had to deal with with loud people and kids screaming and running on our floor. We called front desk. They said they had other complaints but nothing was done. Very little sleep!! Then, the next morning we went down for breakfast. There was a bagels. Eggs and everything was empty. There was an hour before breakfast was over. Really??? So, my husband went to get a cup of coffee. Nope!! Just enough for less than a half a cup. Total disappointment!! You pay for the amenities and this is what you get. No one was willing to be helpful. Stay away from this one.

The common areas were not particularly clean. Chairs in breakfast were stained. My room was much cleaner than common areas and bed was good. Room was spacious. Bathroom was okay but shower curtain needed a good clean. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was there. But bread given had fungus and was not safe to take. When I reported, they just took away a few bread pieces only and kept the remaining there itself. Room was ok.

Staff was very friendly. Some cosmetic issues with broken tiles, stained carpet, things like that. But that is not the fault of the staff that was on duty. Breakfast was just okay, not a ton of options. But overall, would stay again

The pillows were terrible. Check in at 4 PM??????? Got there at 3:35. Wanted $25 for "early" check-in. Waited until 4. Breakfast was just OK. Probably stay elsewhere next time. Staff was great.

Property needs a good cleaning- bathroom was almost disgusting. Door around the handle didn’t see any cleaning product for months. Bathtub was patched up and I’d be fine with it if it was a last minute fix - but there was already a mold growing around the area so it’s been there for a while. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff were all very nice and pleasant. Beds were nice too. We haven’t used any of their facilities.
