Old, dirty, smells! With never stay here again

Whole place smelled like chlorine from the pool. Bathrooms need updating for sure and the sheets weren't great. The pictures online do a good job of making it look nicer than it is

Room was ok, carpet was dirty, stains on the comforter. Kids in the hallway running, screaming, slamming doors at 4 am no phone in the room to call the front desk.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. From the moment we walked into the room, there was a horrible smell. As we got closer to the beds, it became obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned. There were crumbs underneath the sheets, lint and what appeared to be cat hair all over the bedding, and the entire room looked like it had simply been turned over without actually being cleaned. The worst part was finding needles sitting on the edge of the chair. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly disturbing, especially for a family traveling with children. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, and the fans were covered in layers of built-up dust. The overall cleanliness was disgusting. Customer service was just as disappointing. I was offered another room, but after being given a key to the second room, I discovered garbage left behind in the cupboards from previous guests. At that point, I had absolutely no confidence that any room in this hotel was being properly cleaned or inspected. To make matters worse, people outside the hotel were openly smoking marijuana, and the overall environment felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I was traveling with my children, and I should never have to question whether the hotel environment is safe for my family. This was not a minor inconvenience or a room that simply needed a little extra cleaning. This was a serious cleanliness, safety, and customer service issue. Finding needles in a guest room is completely unaccept
