Baymont by Wyndham Belleville Airport Area Free Airport Shuttle

Clean, comfortable pet friendly room. Very nice, helpful desk and staff. Parking can be an issue as i suspect alot of folks leave vehicle here and take shuttle to airport. However, everyone was accomidated with creative parking.

No security lock on door. Security key did not work most of the time. Toilet was rocking. Long wait for shuttle even though we called ahead. Limited breakfast options. Check in person did not know how many were coming even though we called.

I booked here for the pool( which was out of order), room was dirty. The mini fridge wasn't working. Just a bad place to stay!

The pool was not working. This place needs an update. Too dark and dreary. I won’t lie when I first opened my room door I said man! This does not look like the pics on the website. I was disappointed.

The airport shuttle was excellent and the price was great! However they desperately need more than one person on the desk. Additionally the heated pool off the lobby gives check-in a fetid atmosphere and there was a weird liquid inside the mini fridge which grossed us out. It was clear that the cleaning staff was not expecting a tip.

Hotel was dinghy, pool filthy, stains all over the walls, tub, towels. There was no air bounce area like listed on website (reason i picked this hotel for the kids). When I went to complain front act like they couldn’t understand me. For 2 nights I was very disappointed. Oh also we left out to go to the store and came back our room door just pushed open. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

There was insufficient parking. Proprietor appears to be renting parking spaces to airport travelers using hotel shuttle. I admire the entrepreneurial spirit, but it caused guests (and shuttle users) to park in fire lanes. This is a fire code violation and dangerous to guests.

While the Clerk was friendly and helpful, the conditions of the hotel can only be labeled as deplorable. I booked this hotel to stay at while my Fiancé and I celebrated his birthday at the Michigan game. After checking other hotels in the area I settled on this one and selected the suite option with a Jacuzzi which was supposed to be a nice surprise. Upon arrival at the hotel everything seemed fine, the clerk was friendly and helpful and I had high expectations for our room. Once we opened the door everything looked fine, we sat our luggage down and began to actually look around we noticed that things were less than satisfactory. After a long drive to the hotel I needed to use the restroom only to be met with urine already in the toilet, mysterious brown stains behind the restroom door and brown markings on the towel that lined the edge of the tub. After promptly exiting the restroom I noticed that the wall along the sink was covered in pink toothpaste residue, there were stains and white marks on various mirrors, hair on the towels next to the sink, hair and what appeared to be dirt inside of the Jacuzzi and the jets and dirty drawers in the dressers. I decided to photograph these things and asked the clerk for different accommodations, he was very pleasant and helped us look at a new room. Unfortunately, the second room we looked at was also unclean. I have further complaints but have run out of characters, which ironically describes my experience.

The room didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The bathroom floor was filthy and hairs were around the sink. Ants and other bugs were on the bedroom floor. The bed had stains on it and what looked like crumbs down the back. There was a smell throughout the room.

I had to go buy cleaning stuff because the bathroom was nasty it had hair and dirt all in the tub. The mini fridge had mold all in it and around it. And the smell was bad too. The people next door were loud. Their dog barked half the night. People were sleeping in the hallway and the pool was broken down. I booked for 2 nights but left after the first night.

GROSS! so unclean. Cant even take a shower as the tub is so gross. Hallways smell like smoke. Sheets are stained. Food and debris on floor. Mini fridge not wiped Out. Smudges on lights and walls. Stains on curtains. TV doesn’t get any channels. Door is janky and doesn’t feel Secure.

This property was dirty and unsafe. We stayed in three different rooms before leaving early. Stains in sheets and in carpeting in all rooms. Two rooms smelled like urine. No housekeeping. Locks on doors were broken. I will never stay at another Wyndham.

This place is scarily un cared for. Carpeting needs replacing. Our room was not clean. Place smelled of sweat. Furniture was worn out. We did not stay and i want my money back

Not very clean, found a contact lens in the middle of the floor, kinda grossed me out. Hasnt been updated in a long time, and not worth the money it costs to stay.

Room disgusting overall, Pee on the bed, Ejaculation on the dressers Lamps and wall, Hair in bed sheets, Pee left in the toilet In the second room after being moved from the first room, And the floors were disgusting. I would not recommend this to anybody and I’m even disgusted that I even paid for it!

The sheets on the VERY old bed were the only clean thing in the room. There was a used bottle under the curtains, electrical tape left in the room, a "wet" stain on the cushioned chair, multiple stains in the bathroom on the wall, and dirt/dust/mold on the AC. Would never stay again not suggest staying to anyone

They did not have any local television station so I could just check weather in the area.

Electrical issues, lost cover plate screw, posed safety issues for guests with childern or inquisitive adults with no common sense by allowing access to wirring. Reported to desk for maintenance.

If you’re just looking for a spot to lay your head at for a day, this place is okay. However for more than just a night it may not be the right fit. Checking in was a breeze and Michael at the front checked me in quickly, however he didn’t tell me what the amenities were like where the gym was, if and when breakfast was served etc. When j got to my room the door was ajar and the handle was slanted downward (I.e. broken), there was one towel in a towel rack that hung off the wall and needed to be rebolted onto the wall and then when I turned the tv on the antenna could get service so you couldn’t watch TV. I raised my concerns and was told at 6pm to call at 10pm to see if another room was available. I was moved into a new room but this room was also not the best. The door handle faced downward, which seemed to be a common issue and there was something splattered on the side of the night stand that looked like dried up food or vomit. Also the pool was pretty cloudy. Definitely not clear like the photos.

I needed to get online in the part of the hotel that I was in there was no Internet it was very very weak I had to move to the front of the hotel in order to use my computer

Why is it that hotels can't have TV remotes that you don't have to go to reception for instructions on to use them?

There was barely any parking at this place. You can hear everything that was going on it the hotel.

Bathroom floor and bathtub no clean, just half roll of paper toilet, also carpet need maintenance, room is noisy, the family couldn't sleep first night. When we arrived had to wait more than 10 min to check in because the front desk was alone, the employee was fixing a tv in a room. Our tv neither worked. Couldn't have breakfast because bread finished. Parking doesn't have capacity if the hotel is full. Rate based by the quality/service is expensive compared with other hotels in the area. Not a good experience.

Customer service was good at check-in, convenient location, and room was nice. It was stated that they had cable tv but little to no signal at the tv in the rooms. Almost all stations could not get a signal and would not come on or if it did it would go out within 10-15 minutes. I said something about it and they stated they would reset it but it did not change anything. When you stay in a motel room for 3 days a tv is basically your only entertainment besides staring at the walls. For this reason i would not recommend, other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The property is decent and doable if you’re looking for somewhere to sleep for a night. The night guy was rude and was hard to schedule a shuttle pick up with from the airport which was why we picked that hotel on the first place. The Shuttle driver that picked us up was rude. The morning front desk associate was very nice and I had no shuttle issues in the morning. The staff is really trying to improve their stars for the hotel ratings. They’re constantly handing you a card to scan and give them 5 stars. It’s definitely not a 5 star experience in any aspect of the stay but I will give them an A for effort. Would we ever stay there again? Maybe.

Quite frankly the only thing worth staying here for is the location, if not for that there is nothing going for it. The hotel staff was rude, dismissive, got combative over nothing, avoided my calls, the manager lied over the phone, and the manager himself (in addition to his staff) would hang up on me while I was asking questions. There was one employee who was at least honest and told me that the manager goes out of his way to avoid talking to customers and has been doing that since the employee worked there. Doesn’t end there though. When we arrived, the hallway and elevator stank of something I can’t even name, the sheets, pillows, and duvets were stained and dirty. The majority of our stay there was also a pile trash in the hallway that no one bothered to take care of until our last day there. Honestly, avoid this place. What a terrible experience.

While the room was basically clean and the bed comfortable, the motel lobby and hallways were not air conditioned. The service desk was below par, in my opinion.; definitely not Wyndham-worthy. At check-in, I was asked to give the motel, and, specifically, the desk clerk, a 5 rating, and I hadn't even checked in yet. The motel lobby and hallways were not air conditioned. The front desk clerk did not appropriately service the breakfast area and said the food was gone, even within the first hour; and we could see plenty more available in the room next to the area, as we were leaving. The rooms were not serviced between days.

Sam at the front desk was awesome. He was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean. There is no such thing as a FULL breakfast. The only thing available was coffee, apples and cereal. Disappointing

Room was ok. The service is terrible and the breakfast is a joke. They do very little in the way of cleaning the rooms each day. My room was not cleaned and they don't replace anything as far as towels. I don’t recommend this hotel find another hotel and skip this one.

The older man who manages/runs this location is not friendly. When I walked in the hotel to check-in, he was with other employees and he said, “Hijra,” a derogatory term for transgender people in India/Pakistan. My room keys continued to not work, forcing me to return to the front desk to get them rekeyed. The TV barely worked, with barely half of the channels on the guide offered. Only my phone would connect to the Wi-Fi, not either of my laptops. The older man would not accept the fact that I have 2 service dogs, and demanded to see paperwork, despite ADA regulations against it. He kept demanding I pay for the service animals until I showed him the regulations and said I would report him to the department of justice. The other employees that cleaned rooms etc were nice and accommodating.

We had a 15 hour stop so we choose to book this hotel based on the price and the rating. The Hotel needs work the staff was amazing especially Michael. Very friendly and kind. The Hotel needs new tv’s

Clean, but they put me down as having checked out instead of the room across the hall from me. I returned to find my sheets on the floor (which I ended up changing for the overworked cleaning staff) and multiple beers missing from my fridge along with finding my suitcase opened with my medicine missing. I reported it the night it happened. Front desk staff was upset and suspected their staff had done it, and was apologetic that the manger wasn't in as he wanted something to be done. I was told the manager would be in the next morning, and when they weren't, the morning front desk employee tried to blame me for their mistake the day before, and then after acknowledging to me that YES they had wrongfully said I was checking out, and YES their staff had opened my room while I was gone, and YES my property was stolen from my room due to their actions, that they were choosing not to help me in any way with the theft that (again) they verbally acknowledged being responsible for.

Good: Good location. comfy mattress. nice towels. Bad: dirty faciliry and rooms, bed linens we poor with dirty pillow cases (huge drool stain). Old discolored dirty bathtub. We had party people in hotel next to us and walls are paper thin.

The bathroom tube had what looked like black mold around the edges and the edges of the sink. Wall paper near the tube was peeling off. Breakfast was not ready at the 6am like they said, we had an early flight. Only had waffles and toast.

A bit disappointed for the amount paid. Digital clock had number bars missing so we couldn’t tell time. The tv received only national cable channels, no local news or weather. Overall condition: Carpet was worn and the dresser held a fridge inside a warped door that needs repair. Our free breakfast was ok but the napkins were actually paper restroom towels. On the positive side, staffers were friendly and accommodating.

Not a bad room. Definitely needs updating! But the bed was comfortable. We did NOT appreciate the strong pot smell both nights around 2 or 3 am. Woke us up. It is non smoking, but someone didn't respect that rule. We probably won't stay there again because of that. The breakfast was pathetic too. Not much there. Plan on going out. On a positive note, they have decent coffee. Staff was friendly
