This property was excellent. The location, amenities and rooms were superb. The manager Sagar was extremely helpful, curtious and welcoming. Our waiter Alem gave great service, conversation and lots of tips on the surrounding area.

A hidden gem, Santa Boka is a treat and a place where beautiful memories are made. The staff are outstanding and excellent at what they do. Their genuine kindness shines through in everything they do as they go above and beyond, making each moment feel filled with ease and calm. What a lovely hotel. Only 11 rooms, a beautiful terrace looking out to the lake and lovely and helpful staff. They helped arrange car transfers from the airport to the hotel so everything was effortless. The room was clean and tidy, and for a sofa bed it was so comfortable. Loved the shower and it was lovely to be close to the lake and relax. I think the only thing I would say is some attention to details were missed. Our shower gel had run out but I would expect that to be checked when rooms are cleaned. Definitely would go back and stay in this perfect location

This beautiful, renovated property feels luxurious yet comfortable. The views are spectacular from the pool and rooftop terrace. We were welcomed by Djuro who made us feel well taken care of and treated us like friends. We enjoyed chatting with Mohamed who told us about the area and provided excellent service. If you would like to stay in the picturesque town of Perast (Kotor is just a 20 min drive away), this small hotel is highly recommended. It is a place to truly relax and enjoy beautiful Montenegro.
