Has kitchen but no pans, dishes, cups or utensils! People wondering around and hanging out in the parking lot at night! Bathroom was just pieced together. And loud! You can hear when there are children above you running around in that room! Sounds like horses running!

Hotel smelled like weed. As I was greeted with an inconvenient sigh, I was told they only had 1 room left and its not what I booked to go look at it. I stay in hotels every weekend, this was by far the dirtiest establishment. There was no comforter on the bed. 2 small pillows, no towels or wash clothes in the room. When I left they immediately closed the office, locked the doors and turned the lights off. The air conditioning did not work and we saw a few small roaches. Phone in room did not work and when we went to checkout office was still closed. Would love to speak to management.

Remember this is an extended stay hotel so it won’t have the immediate feeling of a regular hotel but staff was very friendly and helpful and it’s good for the cheap price

Staff is super slow an unmotivated to help people check in. I watched from my car on a business call as it took one woman 20 minutes to check in. I asked to check in early and the room full of cleaning staff behind the desk attendant said too many rooms to clean before 3. White girl with Wolf Tattoo was nice and checked me in at 4pm. Maintenence worker also helped me get back in my room when he saw I stepped into hallway without room key. Front of building like a prison with locking systems and small lobby limited to one person. Room had damages carpet was dirty - floor was sticky. TOO MANY PEOPLE SMOKING AT THE DOOR ENTRAENCE

I wouldn't say it was unsafe, but did feel a little bit iffy. Several people by the front door hanging around. Staff locked the check in office. Staff was friendly enough, but overall wouldn't stay there again.

The rooms are advertised as having a kitchen but have no accessories. Not even coffee cups. Just as well because there is no coffee in the room nor lobby.

Sleep in your car if you have to!!!! Roaches everywhere. Family slept in shifts with lights on. Bought our own spray but this place is too far gone for it to help. There was smeared blood on walls and splatter on ceiling. Sheets had a mystery stain on them. Sketchy people all around. Safety seems to be a concern as front desk closes at 10pm and to get in even the front door you need a room key. WiFi was pretty good.

The property is dated but acceptable. The pet friendly thing of course always ends up with poop in the parking lot and dirty floors in the rooms. Through it all, every member of the hotel staff were cheerful and friendly. The personelle at the front desk are exceptional. Hats off to the hiring going on here. I was greeted with a smile at each encounter and never met with anything but the most courteous and kind treatment.

The room didn’t appear to have been swept and was dirty. After the first few days it became apparent that they were not providing any housekeeping services during our stay. There were 2 towels in the room, on the 4th day we requested fresh towels and asked for washcloths. We were told that they could not provide fresh linens due to their dryer not working. The guest laundry had 5 working dryers (I know this because I did laundry while I was there). The guest laundry was located directly across the hall from the hotel laundry so I’m not really sure why they couldn’t take the linens across the hall to dry them, definitely was just laziness! At some point during our stay they started posted signs around the hotel stating that they no longer had housekeeping services. On our last night I set a bag of trash in the hallway that had been bagged up in our room but had never been picked up for days. At 8:30 the next morning we were rudely awakened to banging on the door and then a hotel employee entered the room asking if this was a bag of trash in the hallway. We told her that it was trash and we had put it there because we didn’t know what to do with it. She continued to scream at us and tell us that it needed to go to the dumpster out back to which I replied “I’m not housekeeping”. I slammed the door and flipped the security lock, she immediately tried to re-enter room and screamed that she was calling the police to have us thrown out for not taking our trash out, they never came.

Our sheets were dirty and obviously used, there was still trash from the previous people, and when we told someone we were just given sheets to change it ourselves instead of having someone just clean our room. when we came back from Bonnaroo there were roaches on the counter. The staff seemed genuinely friendly and really nice, just the hotel was super unclean. Also make sure you bring your own hand-soap because there is none provided.

Within 5 minutes I saw minimum 5 roaches crawling around as soon as I walked in the room. I’ve stayed at a Woodsprings Suites years ago in Houston near airport & it was a great experience! I did not stay last night (left with :20 mins of check in) I refused to bring my Gkids into that filthy room. Chairs w/worn seats. Bed linen terrible! Floor visibly dirty & greasy looking!

The shower was broken and had zero water pressure. The carpet was thread bare and HEAVILY stained. The toilet ran all night long. The lock was broken off the door. The bathroom fixtures were rusty.

First room was not ready was on the 3rd floor. Bed was not made girl at the front counter gave me blankets to carry up to my room. When I got into the room, it smelled like mildew floors were filthy not vacuumed at all appeared to be blood stains in the carpet, everything was dirty. The next day the general manager called me and told me to give them a second chance and she was going to give me an “upgraded room” it was on the 4th floor, it did have new flooring and didn’t smell of mold. The room was cleaner but had stuff splattered on the bathroom door that wasn’t cleaned off, a child’s sticker on the bathroom door frame, refrigerator door opened in the wrong direction and when it turned on, it sounded like somebody using a sander on a piece of wood, and it kept me up all night. Behind the refrigerator was a giant pile of roach bait that looked like white round discs and dead and alive cockroaches everywhere. The dresser drawers had cockroach feces in the corners. When you set the shower to a certain temperature, the knob continued to rotate to scolding hot and would not stay in place. The toilet would not flush correctly. This hotel does not mention that it is a extended stay hotel, the hallways smell of dog piss and dander. And the Internet would never let me connect.

The smell of this property kept me up in the night. We booked this room for two nights and went home early bc the room was just awful. They say non smoking but there definitely were other guests smoking in the building. The room was ill kept and smelled dirty.

It felt like a rent a room by the hour type of place.

Sleep in your car if you have to!!!! Roaches everywhere. Family slept in shifts with lights on. Bought our own spray but this place is too far gone for it to help. There was smeared blood on walls and splatter on ceiling. Sheets had a mystery stain on them. Sketchy people all around. Safety seems to be a concern as front desk closes at 10pm and to get in even the front door you need a room key. WiFi was pretty good.

First room was not ready was on the 3rd floor. Bed was not made girl at the front counter gave me blankets to carry up to my room. When I got into the room, it smelled like mildew floors were filthy not vacuumed at all appeared to be blood stains in the carpet, everything was dirty. The next day the general manager called me and told me to give them a second chance and she was going to give me an “upgraded room” it was on the 4th floor, it did have new flooring and didn’t smell of mold. The room was cleaner but had stuff splattered on the bathroom door that wasn’t cleaned off, a child’s sticker on the bathroom door frame, refrigerator door opened in the wrong direction and when it turned on, it sounded like somebody using a sander on a piece of wood, and it kept me up all night. Behind the refrigerator was a giant pile of roach bait that looked like white round discs and dead and alive cockroaches everywhere. The dresser drawers had cockroach feces in the corners. When you set the shower to a certain temperature, the knob continued to rotate to scolding hot and would not stay in place. The toilet would not flush correctly. This hotel does not mention that it is a extended stay hotel, the hallways smell of dog piss and dander. And the Internet would never let me connect.

Room was ok-although someone attempted to enter our room around 11:30 pm and would have entered had we not had the security bar on. Front desk admitted they had assigned our room to 2 people when I had to get my key re-keyed after taking our dog out for the morning walk.

The property was dirty. Had bugs. It was under construction but stuff was all in the hallways.. it did not match the picture on the website at all!! The beds were like a school dorm bed. Do not recommend. And you could never get the staff to come to the front to help with things needed!!!

Expedia showed that there were 6 available rooms that are double beds at the time for Woodspring in Murfreesboro TN. When I got there, the receptionist told me that there are NO double beds available--only single bed. I'm traveling with my family and Alan (who was helping me through chat) said that i wouldn't get a refund

We arrived at 12 am after a long drive & were exhausted. We went to the room & took one step inside, but left immediately. There was a pile of towels in the floor & bedding piled on the bed. Clearly it had not been cleaned. We went back downstairs, called the front desk, & waited for someone to help. She was very apologetic & assigned us another room on the 3rd floor. We go back, still carrying our luggage & exhausted, to the other end of the hallway. We were upset to see another dirty room! There were several water bottles on the counter & no linens at all on the bed. This time I called from my cell phone to the front desk so we wouldn't have to wait as long. We went back down to the lobby & waited on the staff member, as she was going herself to check on the next room she was sending us to. Again, she was very nice & apologetic. The rooms are very old & a bit dingy, the walls in the hallway need to be scraped/painted, and the elevator is very old. We could deal with all of that, though, because we didn't expect much for a rate of about $100. The 3rd room thankfully had been cleaned, so we were able to shower & get a quiet night's sleep. When I went to the lobby to check out, the AGM was working & asked about our stay. I told her what happened at check-in. She was upset & said that shouldn't happen, so she would refund our money. I was thankful because I wasn't expecting that. But it's been 11 days - I've called 3 times & been told the GM would call me back. No call back!!!

The property is dated but acceptable. The pet friendly thing of course always ends up with poop in the parking lot and dirty floors in the rooms. Through it all, every member of the hotel staff were cheerful and friendly. The personelle at the front desk are exceptional. Hats off to the hiring going on here. I was greeted with a smile at each encounter and never met with anything but the most courteous and kind treatment.

Staff is super slow an unmotivated to help people check in. I watched from my car on a business call as it took one woman 20 minutes to check in. I asked to check in early and the room full of cleaning staff behind the desk attendant said too many rooms to clean before 3. White girl with Wolf Tattoo was nice and checked me in at 4pm. Room smelled so strongly of lysol that it irritated my eyes. Made me wonder if someone had been murdered there. But room was clean, if a bit threadbare. Unsavory characters hanging around, but I only spent about 6 hours there. Checked out at 4:30 am to continue my trip.

I wouldn't say it was unsafe, but did feel a little bit iffy. Several people by the front door hanging around. Staff locked the check in office. Staff was friendly enough, but overall wouldn't stay there again.

Property was poorly kept up. It was in an area that was occupied by a lot of homeless. Police were called across the hall from me. Dog barking from across the hall. Didn't really feel safe. Not as advertised lets say. Stayed 2 nights and found another hotel after there was a firevon the floor above me from someone cooking tortillas on a hot plate. Cant make this stuff up.

We had 4 rooms and all had mold on the walls. One had feces on the wall. One had blood on the mattress. There were vagrants loitering. Did not feel safe nor were the rooms remotely clean. We demanded a refund and changed hotel.

I would NOT recommend this place. Stay ANYwhere BUT here. We checked in and LEFT after seeing the deplorable condition of the rooms. Looks good, clean and new from the outside. It ABSOLUTLEY is NOT.

Warning this a nasty place rooms worse then anything I have ever seen. Human waste on the walls of room and bathroom. This place shouldnt be open one bed full of bed bugs we left and of course no refund from hotels com. If you stay you will leave with something you didn't want
