Coratel Inn and Suites Maple Grove

No coffee in the am. Machine is out of order. TV never worked. Pillows were old and no support. Wouldn't stay again.

Don’t not stay here they demand that you pay the deposit in cash only and then they keep it no matter how clean and neat you are. The owners act like they don’t speak English when you speak up about the condition of the room. And the cleaning/ maintenance staff don’t fix anything properly. The only plus is it is near major highways and shops.

Talk about catfish! The photos for this property and the actual property do not align. We arrived to strong cigarette smoke smell, dirty carpeting in common areas and a very outdated and dank check in area. This motel requires a $100 CASH deposit at check-in. Which they then keep in an envelope and return to you at check out - Who carries cash?! The room itself was dank, the sheets and bedding were old, very worn and dingy. The pillows were lumpy and gross looking. There were cigarette burn holes on some linens. The curtains and bedspread look very old and very used. The one and only positive I have for this room was that it had hardwood flooring and not carpet (I can only imagine what the carpet would’ve looked like in this room). The location is fine, close to Maple Grove amenities - however, this place is false advertising. If it wasn’t near midnight when we checked in and if I had anywhere else to go, we would NOT have stayed the night.

There were many shoppes nearby.
